This research uses a quantitative research approach which emphasizes data in the form of numbers and processing it using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The population in this study was 278 Lombok Power Plant FTP 2 Construction workers for the March 2024 period with a sample of 165 workers. The research results show that (1) safety knowledge has a significant effect on safety behavior, (2) safety knowledge has a significant effect on safety performance, (3) safety climate has a significant effect on safety behavior, (4) safety climate has an insignificant effect on safety performance, ( 5) safety motivation has a significant effect on safety behavior, (6) safety motivation has a significant effect on safety performance, and (7) safety behavior has a significant effect on safety performance.

Abstract

The existence of cash in a company's financial balance sheet is an important component. Without cash, the company's activities will not be able to run. This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of growth opportunity, net working capital, cash conversion cycle, cash flow, and firm size on cash holding in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange of Thailand and National Stock Exchange of India in 2018-2022. This research uses secondary data collected. The data used is non-financial company financial report data from 2018-2022. The sample for this research was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely determining samples that met certain criteria so that 269 companies were used as samples in this research. The research data was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Based on the test results using statistical tests, it shows that the growth opportunity and firm size variables have a significant negative effect on cash holding, the net working capital and cash flow variables have a significant positive effect, while the cash conversion cycle variable does not affect cash holding.

Abstract

Virtual shopping has grown rapidly in the first two decades of the 21st century, driven by advances in information and communications technology and mobile devices. TikTok, a video sharing application from China, has introduced a shopping feature called TikTok Shop, which has attracted the attention of researchers studying its adoption. This research aims to understand the factors that influence the adoption and use of TikTok Shop in Indonesia. This research uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. Data was collected through an electronic questionnaire distributed to TikTok users in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The research results show that performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, price value, hedonic motivation, and habit have a positive influence on attitude and behavioral intention. Apart from that, attitude also has a positive influence on behavioral intention, which in turn influences consumer trust behavior relationship between behavioral intention and use behavior, strengthening this relationship. This research provides insight for technology developers and marketers about the key factors that drive e-commerce adoption through social media platforms such as TikTok Shop increasing the use of TikTok Shop in Indonesia.

Abstract

Business sustainability shows the existence of a business wherever it is, so it is always a goal that business actors, including Tofu and Kopeci businesses, must achieve. However, achieving this business is not easy because many factors influence it. This research explores the influence of social media, products, and prices on the desire for Kopeci tofu businesses. The study was conducted in Kuningan Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia, from May to July 2024. The research design was quantitative, using survey methods. Accidentally sampling determined the sample size of 146 Kopeci tofu consumers. Variable indicator measurements use a Likert Scale, and data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that there is a mediation series, namely that social media directly affects the product, the product directly affects the price, and the price directly affects interest in the Kopeci tofu business. The most dominant indicator in explaining the condition of the social media variable is "interaction", the product variable is "good taste," and the price variable is "price according to the brand". Therefore, it is recommended for kopeci tofu businesses in Kuningan Regency and surrounding areas to always communicate regularly with consumers, maintain the taste of kopeci tofu, and always maintain the product brand image on the market to maintain the desire for kopeci tofu

Abstract

This study aims to provide an Islamic legal analysis of the concept of ecological tourism in Pulau Banyak District through the perspective of Fiqh al-Bi'ah. Fiqh al-Bi'ah, as part of Islamic teachings, offers ethical and religious guidance in preserving the environment. However, the phenomenon of tourism development often clashes with environmental welfare agendas. Halal tourism in Pulau Banyak still faces problems despite being regulated by Aceh Qanun Number 8 of 2013. Therefore, an objective regulation and a redefinition of the halal tourism concept in Pulau Banyak, framed within Maqasid Sharia and aligned with the Fiqh al-Bi'ah concept, are urgently needed. There are still structural inequalities in Pulau Banyak District. The halal tourism development policy in Pulau Banyak should address the various inequalities that have occurred so far. The common inequalities found in Pulau Banyak District include regulatory disparities between tourism and conservation policies, social inequalities between religious values, customary rules, and the perception that tourist areas are free zones, as well as economic access inequalities from tourism activities in Pulau Banyak. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through observation and documentation of valid sources to capture the phenomena in Pulau Banyak District. The authors hope that this research can serve as a source of Islamic law in environmental regulation and as an effort to provide a contemporary fiqh paradigm in guiding the development of halal tourist areas that align with infrastructure development and increase environmental awareness among the community and tourists.
