Abstract

The conservation and restoration of heritage buildings represent crucial challenges in preserving human cultural and historical wealth. In the current era of digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as an innovative tool playing a pivotal role in supporting efforts to conserve and restore historical buildings. This paper explores the fundamental role of AI in the digital transformation of heritage building preservation. We review various AI technologies used in this context, such as sensor-based structural monitoring, pattern recognition for damage identification, and the utilization of 3D modeling algorithms for virtual restoration. Furthermore, we discuss the positive impact of AI in digitizing historical data and creating realistic simulations that facilitate better conservation decision-making. The research aims to examine the role of AI in heritage building conservation and restoration. The research methodology employs qualitative and literature review studies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of loose parts media on improving the science ability of children aged 5-6 years. Research method quasi-experimental quantitative method, with non-equivalent design one group design by comparing pre-test and post-test values. Sampling using a saturated sample with a total of 15 students. Data was collected with an observation sheet in the form of a checklist. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics of paired t tets sample tests. The results of data analysis showed that the mean value of the postest was higher than the mean value of the pretest. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated t value is greater than the table t value with a significance value of 0.00, so it can be concluded that the use of lose part media can improve students' science skills.

Abstract

Art education has undergone significant transformation in the era of digitalization. With the advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, there is tremendous potential to enhance the art learning experience. This research aims to elucidate how AI technology can be effectively utilized to improve art education in the context of digitalization. The study aims to introduce AI technology and explore its potential applications in enhancing the art learning experience. In the context of art learning experience, AI technology can provide broader access to digital art collections, online galleries, and virtual museums. Students can explore various artworks and cultures through digital platforms, thereby enriching their understanding and appreciation of art. The research findings reveal that AI technology can offer personalized guidance to students in developing their artistic skills. Intelligent AI systems can analyze students' artworks, provide tailored suggestions, and assist in enhancing their technical and creative abilities. In conclusion, the integration of AI technology in art education holds immense potential to elevate students' learning experiences. By expanding access, providing personalized guidance, and creating interactive experiences, AI technology enriches art learning in the era of digitalization. This is expected to provide greater insights and understanding of how AI technology can be harnessed to enhance the art learning experience in the context of digitalization. By optimizing the potential of AI, art education can become more inclusive, personalized, and engaging.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of an Industrial World-Based Printing Graphic Design E-Module at SMK Negeri 1 Selayar. The type of research that the author uses is Research and Development (R&D). Using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Which is modified into a 3D model (Define, Design, and Develop). The results of this study indicate that the learning media in the form of Industrial-based Printing Graphic Design E-Module is appropriate for use in teaching and learning by teachers and students. Based on several stages of trials, the learning obtained was valid with the eligibility level of the validity test with the results of media expert I of 94.2% and media expert II of (81.7%) with a very valid category, the author's practice test obtained results on material expert I of (96.8%), on material expert II of (95.3%) and on the test of 20 training students (93.7%) with a very practical category, based on the results of this product test, it can be useful for teachers, students and advanced students

Abstract

Micro-scale enterprises are one form of business venture to realize the level of community welfare in a non-formal environment. Home industry actors (fashion tailors) have their own ways of developing their businesses, for this reason this study aims to: 1. determine the transfer of knowledge obtained by home industry actors (fashion tailors) and 2. identify the role of social capital in the welfare level of home industry actors (fashion tailors) in Makassar City. The method in the research conducted was descriptive qualitative, namely with interview techniques, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the research analysis show that 1. the transfer of knowledge obtained by home industry players (fashion tailors) in Makassar City in Parang tambung Village, Tamalate District is obtained from experience, knowledge and skills learned, attending training conducted by the Department of Labor and Cooperatives, courses and opportunities conducted by several free institutions, joining several tailoring communities and some of them continue the inheritance of parents' businesses that have been carried out, some open their own businesses with capital skills or loans based on education that is relevant to the field being run. And this industrial business is running well with promising profits. 2. the role of social capital on the welfare level of home industry actors (tailors).

Abstract

Student academic achievement indicators are known as the Grade Point Average (GPA). The GPA score of a student is a picture of a student's academic performance while studying at Higher Education (PT). Students will get a grade point index every semester so they will know how much score they get for each subject that has been printed on the Study Plan Card (KRS). Obtaining a GPA which is a description of student academic achievement is of course influenced by many factors both internal and external to students. One of the internal factors that play a role in the academic process is the intelligence factor. Adequate intelligence abilities make it easier for students to understand lecture material. Basically, students' cognitive abilities are not only seen through IQ, academic performance before entering higher education is also a consideration for students to be accepted at a tertiary institution. Because of this, there are various pathways into Higher Education that students can take by considering the academic grades obtained in high school. Students who have academic and non-acadebjwhmic achievements and take the SNMPTN route. For prospective students who do not excel in high school, they can take the SBMPTN route. Furthermore, some students who do not pass the SBMPTN will usually take the independent route to enter PT. In this regard, this study aims to determine differences in academic achievement and potential in terms of university entry pathways. This research captures the potential of 427 new students from the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University (UNM). The instruments used are questionnaires and IQ tests. This type of research is a quantitative research with logistic regression analysis using SPSS statistics and its implications are used as a basis for seeing student potential. The results of the study show two research results, namely 1) There is a relationship between IQ and learning achievement in Class 2021 Students of the Faculty of Psychology UNM, 2) There is a significant difference in the learning achievement of Class 2021 Students of the Faculty of Psychology UNM in terms of university entry pathways.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions of multimedia-based Makassar language and literature teaching materials so that the results can serve as guidelines in producing multimedia-based Makassar language and literature teaching materials for SMA/SMK/MA/SMALB students in South Sulawesi. The type and form of research carried out refers to the Borg and Gall model which is modified from Sugiyono. This model includes 1) Potential and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation, 5) Design revision, 6) Product trials, 7) Product revision. This series of research lasted for one year with the object of research being Makassar language teachers to find out the perceptions and criteria of multimedia-based teaching materials, including the development and testing of online-based Makassar language and literature teaching materials for SMA/SMK/MA/SMALB levels in South Sulawesi on the resulting teaching materials. The results obtained in this activity are: (1) online-based Makassar language teaching materials that are appropriate and in accordance with learning outcomes, and (2) the perceptions of SMA/SMK/MA/SMALB teachers in South Sulawesi towards the multimedia-based teaching materials that have been produced.

Abstract

Creative power (creativity) is one of the potentials that children have that is important to develop from an early age. Every child has creative talents and in terms of education, creative talents can be developed. The UNIEC model makes dance learning in elementary schools have other advantages than just being able to demonstrate students' dancing skills on a stage that can be watched by many people, so that the UNIEC model can be used in elementary schools to enhance the development of creativity. This study uses action research. The school used as the research location was Class III of SD Negeri 4 Rappang. The data collection instrument used was the student activity observation sheet. The next instrument used is the student's ability observation sheet.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that aims to produce a strategy of the accountability for building approval services at the Gowa Regency. Informant selection was carried out by purposive sampling technique and data collection were used interview, observation, and documentation technique. The data analysis in this research was used the Miles and Huberman interactive models. The results of this study indicate that the process of public service accountability for Building Approvals at DPMPTSP Gowa Regency is considered not to be going well because there are still employees who do not follow procedures in providing PBG management services to applicants and there is no clarity of information and costs that are clearly displayed both on the SIMBG website page and those contained in the respective DPMPTSP agencies and the Gowa PUPR Service.

Abstract

Marketing through social media has become a marketing strategy that is widely used by the cosmetic industry, especially with the number of consumers that continues to grow along with the number of generations. Generation z women are a potential market in this industry where they are newcomer consumers and have a relatively large number compared to other generations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of implementing marketing strategies through social media on Gen Z attitudes toward cosmetic products in the city of Makassar. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 288 sample respondents. The primary data collected was then processed using the linear regression method using SPSS 23 software. The results showed that marketing through social media had a positive and significant effect on positive attitudes toward cosmetic products. The results of this study imply that cosmetic companies targeting the female gen z market in Makassar City should pay attention to the right social media marketing strategy to get a positive attitude from their consumers.
