<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how to implement school rules at MA YPK Cijulang and also the principal as a manager in an educational institution must have three main intelligences, namely professional intelligence, personal intelligence, and managerial intelligence so that he can cooperate with others. With this ability the principal is able to improve school performance through discipline coaching, namely compiling and implementing school rules. The problems faced by MA YPK Cijulang are the lack of a sense of responsibility for the tasks they carry out, the lack of adherence to school rules that are applied by the school. The purpose of this study was to find out how the principal's management applied school rules and regulations, to find out the role of the school principal in implementing school rules, and to find out the principal's obstacles in implementing school rules. This research is qualitative in nature, with the background taken at MA YPK Cijulang. Data collection methods are carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting all data then analyzing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that school rules cannot control all student behavior at MA YPK Cijulang, but school rules are sufficient to raise awareness and provide a deterrent effect to students who have committed violations. So it can be said that school rules are good enough to be used as a tool to control student behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to strengthen the character of Muslim students in public elementary schools in Denpasar Bali through Islamic religious education, especially faith and morals and to analyze teaching materials in strengthening character in the material "Ayo Berperilaku Terpuji". The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and supported by literature in analyzing character strengthening through PAI. The results of the research on strengthening the character of faith and morals through Islamic religious education of Muslim students at SD Negeri Denpasar. There are able to apply character strengthening through habituation carried out in class and school. Through the PAI teachers can provide an understanding of Islamic values to students, namely religion, tolerance, and harmony. While the analysis of teaching materials in strengthening character in the material "Ayo Berperilaku Terpuji", provides an understanding of character strengthening through pictures, comic stories, games and classroom practices. Through this character strengthening, students have a spirit of social behavior, empathy for the environment and foster active participation of peers and the environment.]]>

<![CDATA[The current picture of education in Indonesia seems to have drawn a lot of criticism from various circles of society because it is considered not fully capable of making students have moral values that are embodied in student behavior. Not only in personal and social life, deviant behavior is also seen in the religious behavior of adolescents today. This study refers to written materials related to the discussion of the concept of integrating the values of Islamic religious education in the teaching and learning process. This research includes library research. The data extracted in this study are about the integration of the values of Islamic religious education in the learning process, which are contained in books on the philosophy of Islamic education; second, secondary data, in the form of a theoretical review on the integration of the values of Islamic religious education in the learning process either in the form of articles in magazines, journals, newspapers related to the discussion. The data collection process was carried out using documentation techniques. This technique is used by researchers to explore data relating to the study of philosophy about the integration of the values of Islamic religious education. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques, which researchers used with the aim of finding, identifying, processing and analyzing. The results of the research show that the integration of the values of Islamic religious education in the teaching and learning process is carried out from the planning stage (preparation of lesson plans), the implementation of learning, to the evaluation of learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This research tries to observe how RA Al Hidayah implemented the financial intelligence towards their early childhood students through limited transaction management habits. This research used descriptive qualititave method. Etnography study was used to analyze the data obtained. The research subject was all of early childhood students and the teachers in RA Al Hidayah Kediri. The data was collected through interview, observation and selfreport. The result of the study has shown that it was not succesfully implemented because it still requires a variety of instruments, ranging from varied methods, educational tools specifically for financial intelligence, and the creativity of educators in processing activities and materials and the biggest obstacle is minimal parental involvement, thus requiring two-way communication with parents and existing stake holders to succeed this. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to explain the purpose of developing, fostering and innovating curriculum. Want to explain the renewal of the school curriculum and the impact of curriculum reform in schools. The research method used is library research starting from collecting research materials to analysis. The results of the research Curriculum development and development activities are activities that alternate or can be said as one cycle, after the development activities are completed, they are continued with coaching activities. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by some students who are in asking or answering questions during the learning process. I learning media that are around the school environment such as plants, sand, and stones so that in learning students were less focused and quickly feel bored. This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of diorama media on the activeness of student learning environment material in first-grade of SD Negeri 16 Sungailiat. The approach used in this research is quasi-experimental quantitative using nonequivalent control group design. The instruments used are questionnaires and multiple choice test. This research was contucted at SD negeri 16 Sungailiat. The sample technique used was saturated sampling in class 1 totaling 52 students. The results showed that, from testing the hypothesis using an independent test sample test showed that the results of the hypothesis obtained from the value of ? count was 6.103 and ? table was 2.009, then ? count > ? table was 6.103 > 2.009 and contained in Sig. (2-tailed), namely the pretest and posttest have a value of 0.000 < 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of globalization era requires everyone to be able to communicate in English, including Islamic education students. This study aims to analyze the Islamic Education students' motivation for learning English. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. The subjects were taken by simple random sampling technique and who completed the questionnaires. The data were taken by online interview questionnaire using Google Form application. The students were asked to answer each question provided. The results showed that there were external and internal factors that influenced students' motivation to learn English. External factors include the lecturer's personality, teaching, and learning methods, and the social environment. Meanwhile, the internal factors are interest and goal. ]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic education is a process of individual formation based on Islamic teachings. In Islamic education we involve the basic basic elements of the Koran and Hadith. Furthermore, changes and developments in Islamic educational institutions among traditionalists are almost never touched upon, although similarities are found between traditional educational institutions and institutions developed by modernists. (first) to find out KH Abdul Wahid Hasim's thoughts on Islamic education and (second is to find out the relevance of KH Abdul Wahid Hasim's thoughts on contemporary Islamic education. qualitative research method with the type of library research and the data was collected using "content analysis".The result is, That KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim is a figure born in an Islamic boarding school who has moderate thoughts. He is one of the figures who was very instrumental in the policies he implemented when he was Minister of Religion. The aim of education according to him is to create students who have good morals, fear Allah and have the skills to live independently so that they do not become a burden on others. Vice versa. According to him too regarding combining general education and religious education is very relevant to Al-Qur'an education. He also explained that knowledge must be free from narrow religious boundaries or confines, let alone political confines. According to his understanding, Islam teaches humans to learn throughout their lives. KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim founded the State Islamic College which has now developed into a State Islamic University and can be useful for everyone.]]>

<![CDATA[The principal is the most important role in advancing an educational institution. Visionary leadership patterns such as the two institutions in Sumenep district are one of the benchmarks for the development and progress of the world of education in this era. The involvement of female school principals signals the demise of the perception in society that gender issues are no longer relevant. With a qualitative approach, this article highlights the reality of women's leadership in Sumenep district in carrying out leadership duties and is able to create a more lively leadership atmosphere in educational institutions. <![CDATA[This research is entitled "Comparison of Problems in the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Curriculum at SMPN Tasikmalaya". The aim of this research is to determine (1) the problems of implementing the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum at SMPN Tasikmalaya. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out at 10 SMPN Tasikmalaya. The instruments used in this research were interviews, documentation and observation instruments. The data analysis technique in this research uses data validity testing techniques through triangulation. The results of research regarding the problems of implementing the 2013 curriculum include teachers still teaching using conventional methods, a lack of IT-based learning facilities, teachers still not being proficient in using IT, a lack of learning resources for students, and very many administrative systems. Meanwhile, problems with implementing the independent curriculum include difficulties in preparing learning plans, difficulties in creating learning modules, differentiated learning systems, difficulties in determining learning methods, lack of learning facilities, and difficulties in preparing assessments.]]>
