Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the concept of tolerance between religious people in Islam by using the study of classical and modern texts, such as Al-Qur'an and Hadith, in order to understand how Islamic teachings view religious differences. The research method used is with a library research approach that is descriptive-qualitative by using various references that are relevant to tolerance topics, such as journals, books, and online media, which are used as supporting data that is directly related to the research focus. Based on research results shows that tolerance between religious people in Islam is more than just respecting differences, as well as harmony between religious people. This research is expected to deepen the understanding of the relevance of tolerance between religious people in Islam as a basis for peaceful coexistence in the era of globalisation.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang manajemen pemasaran produk jasa keuangan perbankan yang beretika sesuai dengan prinsip dan nilai-nilai Islam. Tulisan ini dibagi kepada beberapa bagian, pertama: menjelaskan tentang apa yang dimaksud dengan pemasaran, ruang lingkup serta pentingnya pemasaran dalam bisnis. Bagian kedua: membahas bagaimana etika manajemen pemasaran dalam Islam, bagian ketiga menerangkan apa saja yang menjadi perbedaan antara pemasaran syariah dan konvensional. Pembahasan terakhir adalah tentang bagaimana etika dan nilai Islam diaplikasikan dalam manajemen pemasaran produk jasa perbankan. Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi catatan dalam pembahasan artikel ini, praktik penerapan etika dalam perusahaan perbankan akan selalu menguntungkan perusahaan baik jangka menengah maupun jangka panjang. Selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi kru, melindungi prinsip kebebasan berniaga serta meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Keseluruhan manajemen strategi yang telah dibuat berlandaskan etika akan berjalan sukses, sesuai dengan rencana, apabila para pihak marketing secara konsisten menjalankan strategi yang dijalankan, dan melakukan review terhadap strategi pemasaran yang telah dijalankan apabila tidak berhasil dalam usaha.

Abstract

This research addresses the critical issues surrounding the role of Islamic education in character development among youth in the context of globalization. The primary objective of this study is to explore how Islamic education can effectively instill moral values and ethical behavior in students, enabling them to navigate the challenges posed by modern society. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews and surveys with educators, students, and parents to gather insights on the impact of Islamic education on character formation. The findings indicate that Islamic education significantly contributes to the development of integrity, social awareness, and environmental consciousness among students. Furthermore, it highlights the necessity of integrating Islamic values into the educational curriculum to foster a generation that is not only academically proficient but also morally upright and socially responsible.

Abstract

This study examines the development of an Islamic Education (PAI) learning design based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to enhance students' spiritual competence. The PBL model is applied to encourage students to identify, analyze, and solve real-life problems related to faith and spirituality. The research methodology involves needs analysis, design development, implementation, and evaluation steps. The findings reveal that the PBL-based learning design can improve students' spiritual competence, including strengthening values such as faith, patience, and noble character. This study recommends PAI teachers adopt the PBL approach to create interactive and relevant learning experiences aligned with students' daily lives.

Abstract

Trust in Islam is a fundamental concept that includes divine values ​​(hablum minallah) and human values ​​(hablum minannas). As a divine value, trust symbolizes human responsibility to Allah SWT, which is manifested in worship, obedience to the Shari'a, and management of the earth as caliph. This principle is confirmed in QS. An-Nisa: 58 and QS. Al-Baqarah: 30, which links trust with justice and human obedience to God's will. By carrying out trust, humans strengthen their spiritual connection with God, maintaining the balance of nature. As a human value, amanah emphasizes the importance of moral responsibility towards fellow humans, such as upholding justice, solidarity and respect for human rights. Islam teaches that humans must maintain harmonious relationships through the practice of social justice and fair treatment of individuals and society. Recent research shows that violations of trust, such as dishonesty and overexploitation, have a negative impact on relationships between individuals and the ecosystem. Thus, trust becomes an integral element in realizing harmonious human relationships with God and others, while ensuring the sustainability of life on earth.

Abstract

The philosophy of Islamic economics is an important foundation in building an economic system based on Islamic values. Based on the Qur'an, Hadith, ijma, and qiyas, this philosophy offers a holistic conceptual framework to answer modern economic challenges. This research aims to describe the principles, characteristics, and main objectives of Islamic economics based on the values of tawhid, justice, and benefit. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative based on literature study to explore the relationship between the philosophy of science, sharia principles, and the application of Islamic economics in the Islamic finance and banking sector. The results show that Islamic economics not only offers practical solutions to various economic problems, but also instills moral and spiritual values to create prosperity in the world and the hereafter. The development of Islamic economics in Indonesia is influenced by internal factors such as the large Muslim population and external factors such as the influence of the global Islamic banking system.

Abstract

One of the important values ​​taught in the Qur'an, especially in Surah al-Ma'un, is social concern. Surah al-Ma'un emphasizes the importance of providing care to the weak, such as orphans and the poor, and invites Muslims to not only focus on their vertical relationship with Allah, but also make it an important part of their worship and religious practice. other. The Qur'an defines social concern as true faith. In Surah al-Ma'un, Allah warns that people who ignore their obligations to society and do not care about their neighbors are considered religious liars. This shows that faith can be measured by social concern. Therefore, having an attitude of empathy and solidarity with other people is very important in the life of a Muslim. The Qur'an says social concern is the true faith. This shows that social concern can measure faith. As a result, having an attitude of empathy and solidarity with others is very important in the life of a Muslim. Al-Azhar's interpretation, according to Buya Hamka, covers various aspects of social care, such as looking after and caring for orphans and the poor. A true understanding of religion will encourage people to be more sensitive to the needs of other people, said Buya Hamka. Therefore, so that future generations have high social awareness, education about social awareness must be part of the Islamic education program. Overall, the values ​​of social care found in the Qur'an invite people to do good and build a just and prosperous society. By understanding and applying these teachings, Muslims are expected to be able to create an environment where people support and care for each other, which results in harmony in social life.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an important approach in the context of the diversity of modern society. Abstract

Dalam bukunya “Wanita di dalam al-Qur’an”, Amina Wadud berusaha membuat interpretasi al-Qur’an menjadi punya makna dalam kehidupan kaum wanita di era modern. Interpretasi di sini dimaksudkan sebagai proses peninjauan ulang kata-kata yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an dan konteksnya, agar bisa memahami arti sebenarnya teks al-Qur’an. Setiap interpretasi berusaha menggambarkan maksud dari teks, namun pada saat yang sama ia juga mengandung prior teks (persepsi, keadaan, latarbelakang) orang yang membuat interpretasi. Meskipun setiap interpretasi dari setiap ayat adalah khas (unik), namun pemahaman para pembaca terhadap satu ayat yang sama, akan menghasilkan pengertian yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kritik Filsafat Ekonomi Terhadap Ajaran Eksistensialisme Dalam Praktik Bisnis Kontemporer. Praktik bisnis merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan industri. Jenis penelitian yang digunkan adalah kualitatif digunakan sebagai pendekatan penelitian dengan menggunakan studi pustaka sebagai metode penelitian. Bisnis dalam aktivitasnya berusaha menggunakan berbagai sumber daya yang terdiri dari manusia, material dan waktu. Dalam pemahaman eksistensialisme, Eksistensi manusia selalu memiliki kebebasan sejauh tindakannya mendatangkan manfaat bagi eksistensi hidupnya. Di dalam Islam kebebasan manusia sangat dihormati. Namun kebebasan tersebut bukanlah tidak ada batasnya. Al-Hurriyah (kebebasan) dan Al-Mas’uliyah (tanggung jawab) termasuk dalam prinsip ekonomi Islam.oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan tidak untuk meligitimasi sistem ekonomi tetapi justru untuk memberi pertimbangan kritis sehingga ekonomi dapat mencapai kesejahteraan dan keadilan bagi seluruh manusia.
