Abstract

When children learn math, there are various misconceptions and lack of understanding of the ideas. It will be difficult for students to answer math problems if they do not understand the principles they learn in math class. The purpose of this study was to determine the current state of the research field of mathematics teaching materials and to identify potential future research topics. This research methodology uses bibliometric analysis. The research data was obtained through the Publish or Perish software with the Google scholar database, the keywords of mathematics teaching materials and the maximum number of results "1000", the articles obtained were 760 articles with a period of 2013-2023 The results showed that the trend of publications with the theme of mathematics teaching materials research experienced the highest increase between 2014-2017.

Abstract

Tomato Planting and Digital Marketing Education activities for the Berkah Tani Mandiri Women's Farming Group in Nanggewer Hamlet, Jelat Village, carried out by a group of social and social sciences students from Galuh University, this activity lasted for approximately one month after observing the needs and conditions of the Women's Farmers Group. The aim of this activity is to have a positive impact and be able to provide education regarding the importance of digital marketing which is useful for increasing results and income for the Berkah Tani Mandiri Women Farming Group. This activity uses the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages method.

Abstract

This coaching aims to increase students' creativity in writing scientific papers and achieve success in participating in scientific writing competitions. Apart from achieving achievements in writing scientific papers, coaching also aims to form students' attitudes of obedience, perseverance and discipline in writing scientific papers. KIR Extracurricular is a forum for students who have an interest in writing scientific papers at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi. The method used in this mentoring is the service learning method by following three stages, namely: the preparation stage, namely the preparation of KIR Extracurricular learning modules, the service stage, fostering students' creativity in writing, which is held in one meeting on Saturdays, and the reflection stage, namely looking at the results of written work. students who have been created. The target for coaching is students who are members of the KIR Extracurricular consisting of classes X-XII. The results of this assistance show that fostering student creativity through KIR extracurricular activities, it was found that there were changes and increases in student creativity in writing scientific papers at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi. This coaching runs smoothly by following all stages with the hope of improving student achievement in writing scientific papers.

Abstract

The development of the digital era has made the mastery of computational thinking a key component in informatics education, particularly at the middle school level. This community service activity aims to enable middle school informatics teachers in Bandung Regency to integrate computational thinking into the Merdeka Curriculum. The assistance provided to teachers encompasses not only the technical aspects of teaching informatics but also a deep understanding of computational thinking as a crucial tool for developing students' analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities. Key aspects emphasized include algorithms, data modeling, abstraction, and automation, as well as their practical applications in everyday problem-solving and cross-disciplinary contexts. This activity promotes a paradigm shift in the teaching of informatics from a technical understanding of computers to an approach that combines theoretical instruction with practical application, aiming to prepare students for the challenges of a digital world. Abstract

This research focuses on understanding the nature of humans as God's most perfect creatures, who have a balance between physical and spiritual elements, and how this spiritual dimension plays a role in the development of science. Humans, as creatures with a mind, soul and body, have the potential to achieve good or bad. Through Islamic education, humans are taught to optimize their good potential and control their bad tendencies. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature studies to analyse the views of Ibn Arabi, Ibn Maskawaih, al-Farabi, al-Ghazali, and Ibn Rushd regarding humans as a micro-cosmos, and their influence on the development of science. Apart from that, this research also examines the important role of the spiritual dimension which involves the elements of Ruh, Qalb (heart), Aqal (reason), and Lust in the formation of scientific thinking. The main aim of this research is to explore the relationship between human spiritual potential and science, and how the two can interact positively in improving the quality of human life and society. In this context, the scientific knowledge obtained is not only based on rational logic, but also takes morality and ethics into account in its development.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama merupakan suatu materi penting yang perlu diajarkan dan dipraktekkan secara berkesinambungan oleh para siswa-siswa sekolah di Indonesia, baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Salah satu sarana yang dapat ditempuh adalah melalui program Pondok Ramadhan, dimana siswa dapat mengkaji materi, berdiskusi, dan mempraktikkan langsung bentuk-bentuk moderasi beragama serta nilai-nilai Islami. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islami dan moderasi beragama kepada siswa melalui suatu kegiatan Islami di sekolah, yaitu Pondok Ramadhan. Abstract

Desa Cibiru Wetan, yang berlokasi di Jl. Cibiru Wetan, Kec. Cileunyi, Kab. Bandung, Jawa Barat, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas promosi bagi UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjudul “Implementasi Teknologi Multimedia Interaktif sebagai Strategi Promosi Digital UMKM” diusulkan untuk memberikan solusi yang relevan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan platform digital yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai tools multimedia interaktif, yang dirancang untuk memudahkan UMKM dalam menciptakan konten promosi kreatif dan efektif. Platform ini tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan kualitas promosi, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi pada penguatan ekonomi lokal melalui strategi promosi digital yang lebih efisien dan menarik. Abstract

Desa Wisata Cibiru Wetan, yang terletak di Jl. Cibiru Wetan, Kec. Cileunyi, Kab. Bandung, Jawa Barat, memiliki potensi besar sebagai desa wisata edukasi. Namun, upaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan efektivitas program edukasi di desa ini masih memerlukan penguatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjudul “Implementasi Multimedia Interaktif sebagai Atraksi Edukasi untuk Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris” diusulkan sebagai solusi inovatif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan platform digital berbasis multimedia interaktif yang dirancang untuk memperkaya pengalaman pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Platform ini menawarkan berbagai alat kreatif dan interaktif yang dapat digunakan sebagai atraksi edukasi, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan bagi wisatawan sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan Bahasa Inggris warga desa.

Abstract

Learning innovations that utilize technology are an important need in efforts to improve the quality of education. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of the Kahoot utilization workshop in mathematics learning in schools. This workshop was designed to improve teachers' skills in using Kahoot as an interactive and interesting technology-based learning tool. This study used 4 stages, namely planning/preparation, implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The research method involved the participation of mathematics teachers from various schools who attended training sessions, direct practice, and teaching simulations. The results showed that the workshop succeeded in improving teachers' understanding of Kahoot's features and their ability to develop lesson plans involving the platform. Teachers were also able to design contextual quizzes that were relevant to mathematics material, thus motivating students to learn actively and increasing their involvement in the learning process. It was concluded that this workshop had a positive impact on the quality of mathematics learning through the use of educational technology. This study recommends regular training, exploration of other technologies, and the provision of an offline version of Kahoot to support wider implementation, especially in areas with limited internet access.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakt (PKM) ini dilakukan selama 2 hari terkait pengenalan hoax/berita bohong, ujaran kebencian (hate speech) dan penipuan dalam jaringan (daring). Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan diskusi. Peserta kegiatan PKM ini adalah 20 anak perempuan dari Panti Asuhan Tat Twam Asi – Denpasar. Guna mengetahui pemahaman peserta terkait pengenalan hoax/berita bohong, tes awal menunjukkan bahwa ada 15 anak yang belum memahami dengan baik dan benar terkait topik yang dimaksud. Sedangkan hasil tes akhir menunjukkan bahwa ke-20 anak sudah memahami topik dengan baik dan benar. Hal yang sama dilakukan pada pertemuan kedua dengan topik ujaran kebencian (hate speech) dan penipuan dalam jaringan (daring), tes awal menunjukkan bahwa ada 14 anak yang belum memahami dengan baik dan benar terkait topik yang dimaksud. Sedangkan hasil tes akhir menunjukkan bahwa ke-20 anak sudah memahami topik dengan baik dan benar. Kegiatan PKM ini perlu dilakukan karena tim merasa penting terkait pengenalan hoax/berita bohong, ujaran kebencian/hate speech dan penipuan daring karena hampir semua aktivitas masyarakat di era digital sekarang ini sering menggunakan dawai/gadget/devices dan perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan akan dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan dawai/gadget/devices tersebut
