Abstract

The rule of law is one of the principles of the Republic of Indonesia and is regulated in the 1945 Constitution. As the principle states that Equality Before The Law is a form of legal guarantee and provides certainty that everyone is equal before the law without any discrimination, besides that there is also the right to recognition and protection. Based on the principle and the right to protection, the Advocate profession is one of the professions that can be relied on. The role and function of an Advocate who is free, independent and responsible provides a glimmer of hope that the guarantee of certainty and justice will be fulfilled for people who really need legal assistance. The existence of Advocates also plays a role in the scope of justice which also has an important aspect, legal aid services from Advocates open up wide opportunities for the thirst for legal knowledge for the community. Therefore, as Officum Nobile or an honorable profession, Advocates must be truly reliable by the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide training to teachers at SDN 010 Langgini. The method of implementing this community service is carried out through a structured and practice-based training approach. From the results of observations, it can be seen that teachers are very enthusiastic in participating in the activity. Through training on internalizing character values ​​in children's literature learning based on Riau folklore, teachers become more aware of character values ​​in children's literature. Teachers also show a high level of curiosity, reflected in their enthusiasm in asking and answering questions. From this observation, it can be concluded that training on internalizing character values ​​in children's literature learning based on Riau folklore provides better benefits than just understanding children's literature. Overall, this activity has proven effective in increasing teachers' insight into the internalization of character values ​​in children's literature learning based on Riau folklore and arousing teachers' enthusiasm and curiosity because they can utilize literature in Riau.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the capacity of human resources (HR) in Erambu Village, Merauke, through participatory-based training and empowerment programs to support the social and economic welfare of the community in a sustainable manner. The approach used involves identifying community needs through interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and direct observation. Intervention programs are designed based on the results of the identification, including job skills training, small business management, and effective HR management education. Program implementation is carried out through workshops, mentoring, and the formation of community-based business groups. Evaluations are carried out periodically using surveys and group discussions to measure the impact of the program on improving skills, income, and community participation in HR management. The results of the service show an increase in community awareness and capacity in managing HR independently, as well as a positive impact on economic welfare. Support from the village government and other stakeholders also contributes to the sustainability of the program. With a systematic monitoring and evaluation system, this program can be a model of empowerment that can be applied in other areas to create more competitive and competitive HR.

Abstract

Reading ability is one of the basic skills that is important to support the student learning process. However, in SMP Muhammadiyah Kwandang, it was found that 10 out of 47 students had difficulty reading which had an impact on their learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the factors causing reading difficulties and offer effective solutions. The approach used was qualitative with a case study method. The results showed that reading difficulties were caused by psychological, socio-economic, and external factors. Physical factors such as visual and hearing impairments were not found to be the main cause. The proposed solutions include reading guidance programs, innovative teaching methods such as the use of letter cards and reading together, and collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. The implementation of this strategy succeeded in significantly improving students' reading abilities.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika realistik merupakan pembelajaran yang dapat membuat konsep matematika menjadi dekat dengan kehidupan peserta didik seperti budaya. Salah satu jenis kebudayaannya yaitu ulur tenun suku Baduy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis etnomatematika tenun Suku Baduy pada materi pola bilangan dan mengetahui keefektifan dari pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis etnomatematika tenun Suku Baduy pada materi pola bilangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di MTS Attahiriyah kelas VIII satu semester dua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Tenun Baduy merupakan warisan budaya nenek moyang pada masa penjajahan Belanda, motif Baduy terdiri dari motif janggawari, suat songket, suat samata, dan adu mancung. Hasil rata-rata persentase observasi aktivitas peserta didik yaitu sebesar 77,95%, ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu sebesar 83,33%, dan rata-rata persentase respon peserta didik sebesar 69,44%. Penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis etnomatematika tenun suku Baduy pada materi pola bilangan dilaksanakan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu: memahami masalah kontekstual, menjelaskan masalah kontekstual, menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual, membandingkan masalah kontekstual, dan menyimpulkan. Keefektifan pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari peserta didik aktif dalam pembelajaran, hasil belajar peserta didik tuntas, dan respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran baik. Learning using the realistic mathematics education is learning that can make mathematical concepts close to the lives of students such as culture. One type of culture is the ulur weaving of the Baduy tribe. This study aims to describe the application of realistic mathematics learning based on Baduy Tribe weaving ethnomathematics on number pattern material and determine the effectiveness of Baduy Tribe weaving ethnomathematics based on realistic mathematics learning on number pattern material. This research uses qualitative methods. The research location was carried out at MTS Attahiriyah class VIII one semester two. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data analysis of this study used qualitative descriptive analysis. Baduy weaving is a cultural heritage of ancestors during the Dutch colonial period, Baduy motifs consist of janggawari motifs, suat songket, suat samata, and adu mancung. The average result of the percentage of observation of student activities is 77.95%, the completeness of student learning outcomes is 83.33%, and the average percentage of student responses is 69.44%. The application of realistic mathematics learning based on ethnomathematics weaving of the Baduy tribe on number pattern material is carried out through five stages, namely: understanding contextual problems, explaining contextual problems, solving contextual problems, comparing contextual problems, and concluding. The effectiveness of learning can be seen in students who are active in learning, complete student learning outcomes, and student responses to good learning.

Abstract

Bullying di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan serius yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk perilaku bullying di MTs Attaufiq Padaelo serta mengidentifikasi peran strategis guru dalam menangani dan mencegah kasus bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah menerapkan sistem penanganan yang komprehensif dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk guru, wali kelas, guru BK, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua. Pelaku bullying diberikan konseling intensif dan pengawasan berkala, sementara korban mendapat perlindungan fisik dan psikologis. Selain itu, sekolah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam program pencegahan bullying serta menjalin kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal guna meningkatkan efektivitas penanganan. Kesimpulannya, peran guru sangat krusial dalam membentuk lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung bagi seluruh siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency. The approach to this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) At the planning stage of academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it shows that the planning of academic supervision by the principal in improving teacher pedagogical competence can be said to be running well and also what has been planned has produced results and has been achieved optimally. (2) At the stage of implementing academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it shows that the implementation of supervision is as effective as possible so that it can be a solution to various deficiencies in problems related to educators in general. The principals of State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency can provide understanding and are able to carry out supervision. (3) At the stage of evaluating academic supervision through the implementation of training to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it was shown that the evaluation of academic supervision in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers.

Abstract

This article will discuss the Islamic perspective to explain the application of contextual teaching learning (CTL) methods found in the Qur'an, by utilizing e-learning that can facilitate online learning. The purpose of this article is to explain the concept of contextual teaching learning (CTL) contained in the verses of the Qur'an and the use of e-learning to improve student learning outcomes in online learning. The method used in writing this article is qualitative research with the type of literature review. The results of this article show that the contextual teaching learning (CTL) method is one method to improve student learning outcomes by learning independently, creatively, student-centered and more meaningful and utilizing e-learning to facilitate learning outcomes in online learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman model Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) terhadap makna teks dan membedakannya dengan pemahaman manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai penelitian yang membahas struktur pemrosesan GPT serta keterbatasannya dalam memahami konteks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun GPT mampu menghasilkan teks yang koheren, model ini tetap terbatas dalam menangkap nuansa bahasa, makna tersirat, dan konsep kompleks yang memerlukan pengalaman sensorik dan sosial. Kesimpulannya, GPT sebaiknya digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pemrosesan bahasa, bukan sebagai pengganti pemikiran manusia, serta perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseptualnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) generatif dalam membantu guru di Indonesia dalam menyusun materi pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang membahas pemanfaatan AI dalam pendidikan, khususnya dalam pembuatan materi ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI generatif, seperti ChatGPT, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan kualitas materi ajar yang dihasilkan oleh guru. Selain itu, pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap teknologi ini, yang berujung pada peningkatan keterampilan digital dan minat mereka untuk terus memanfaatkan AI dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa AI generatif memiliki potensi besar dalam membantu guru mengurangi beban administratif dan memperkaya kualitas materi pembelajaran. Namun, tantangan dalam infrastruktur dan keterampilan guru perlu diatasi untuk memastikan implementasi yang merata dan efektif di seluruh Indonesia.
