Abstract

The Community Service Program integrated into the Community Practice Course–Field Work Practice (KPB-PKL) was conducted at UMKM Simping & Gapit Sri Logay in Purwakarta. This activity aims to broaden students’ knowledge and enhance their competencies, as well as contribute to UMKM development through SWOT analysis and the determination of problem priorities using the USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) method. The implementation involved direct observation, interviews, and documentation collection. The findings indicate that the UMKM possesses several strengths, such as consistent product quality and complete business legality; however, it still faces challenges in the form of limited digital marketing efforts and inadequate financial recording systems. Based on the results of the USG analysis, the problem with the highest level of urgency is the lack of digital marketing. The recommended strategies include digital marketing training and packaging innovation improvement. This program contributes to enhancing business owners’ understanding and supports the formulation of more directed business development strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the function of Teaching Practicum (PPL) as a "Pedagogical Laboratory" in constructing the pedagogical competencies of pre-service teachers at SMK Swasta GKPI 1 Pematangsiantar. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, this study highlights the dialectic between educational theory and the realities of vocational schools during the practicum process. Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of instructional design documents. The results indicate that the practicum serves as an arena for habitus negotiation, where students do not merely apply theories but engage in "pedagogical textualization" by developing instructional devices responsive to the students' context. The independent teaching phase acts as a stage for autonomy, testing the students' ability to innovate within dynamic classroom environments. Furthermore, this research identifies the importance of aligning administrative accountability with the depth of professional reflection to overcome procedural formalities. The study concludes that the teaching practicum holds transformative potential when designed as an intellectual-reflective process that integrates systematic administration with authentic pedagogical development.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Meliling, Kecamatan Kerambitan, Kabupaten Tabanan. Fokus kegiatan adalah pendampingan manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) Jagaddita dan peningkatan kemampuan membaca, menulis, serta berhitung (calistung) siswa di SDN 1 Meliling. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi BUMDesa adalah pengelolaan keuangan yang masih manual, kurangnya aturan baku organisasi, keterbatasan dalam pemasaran digital, serta belum adanya katalog produk. Sementara itu, di bidang pendidikan, siswa SDN 1 Meliling memiliki kemampuan calistung yang masih rendah, pembelajaran cenderung monoton, sarana peraga kurang memadai, serta literasi digital guru masih terbatas. Metode kegiatan meliputi observasi awal, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Pada BUMDesa, diberikan pelatihan manajemen keuangan, penyusunan SOP, serta strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial. Pada SDN 1 Meliling, dilakukan pendampingan pembelajaran dengan metode kreatif, pelatihan guru terkait media ajar, serta penyediaan sarana edukasi sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan manajemen keuangan BUMDesa, terbentuknya akun media sosial untuk promosi, serta meningkatnya motivasi dan kemampuan siswa dalam calistung. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi desa melalui penguatan BUMDesa serta peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

This paper discusses various innovations in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) education and learning. Educational innovation is the application of new ideas, methods, technologies, or approaches to update and improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes to make them more relevant, effective, and efficient in responding to the challenges of the times. Learning innovation is the renewal or development of new methods, strategies, media, and technologies in the teaching and learning process to increase effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and student engagement, making it more interesting and appropriate to the needs of the times, such as the use of digital technology, project-based learning, or flipped classroom models. The goal is to create a more meaningful learning experience, motivate students, and equip them with relevant skills for the future. This research is part of the relevance of the characteristics of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) education and learning innovation in the theories of educational experts. The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the characteristics of educational innovation. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of library research.

Abstract

This article introduces Ulumul Qur’an as a discipline that serves as the key to comprehensively understanding the revelation of the Qur’an. The discussion covers the main scope—such as asbāb al‑nuzūl, qirā’āt, nasikh‑mansukh, the history of the compilation of the mushaf, and methodologies of tafsir—as well as the role of this field in bridging historical, linguistic, and legal contexts. With a concise and communicative approach, the article highlights the practical benefits of studying Ulumul Qur’an for general readers, students, and dakwah practitioners, while also emphasizing the importance of scholarly study to prevent misinterpretations in exegesis.

Abstract

This study examines the internal conflict that occurred at Muhammadiyah Weleri Elementary School, involving the principal and teachers. The conflict arose primarily due to perceived unilateral leadership policies, lack of communication, and teacher dissatisfaction with welfare and workload. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The conflict analysis was conducted using social conflict theory and conflict analysis instruments such as conflict mapping, the Attitude-Behavior-Context (DSS) triangle, and the onion analysis. The results indicate that internal conflict can be managed through a conflict resolution mechanism based on deliberation, negotiation, and compromise, involving the Muhammadiyah Elementary and Secondary Education Council as a mediator. This research is expected to contribute to conflict management in Muhammadiyah educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of the prior year's audit opinion, opinion shopping, firm reputation, and audit tenure on the going-concern audit opinion. The population of 220 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period was 220. This study used a purposive sampling technique. From the existing population, 134 manufacturing companies were selected that met the established criteria over a four-year period. The sample size was 134 companies x 4 years = 536 company data. This study used independent audit report data. The analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the prior year's audit opinion and firm reputation have a significant positive effect on the going-concern audit opinion, while opinion shopping and audit tenure do not significantly influence the going-concern audit opinion.

Abstract

The strengthening of student roles in creating a clean and environmentally conscious campus has proven effective in fostering a culture of environmental awareness. Students act as active change agents through participatory activities such as communal cleaning of campus areas and waterways, planting and maintaining edible and ornamental plants, and responsible waste management. This program applies the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, emphasizing the utilization of local assets and collaboration among students, lecturers, and campus staff, thereby promoting collective awareness in maintaining cleanliness, sustainability, and campus aesthetics. Beyond the physical impact of a cleaner and healthier campus, the program enhances students’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding environmental management. Educational activities, hands-on practices, and awareness campaigns cultivate values of mutual cooperation, responsibility, and social solidarity. The synergy between students, campus authorities, and the local community strengthens the sustainability of the program and serves as a replicable model of community engagement. Consequently, empowering students not only improves the campus environment but also prepares a generation that is environmentally conscious, responsible, and ready to face future sustainability challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman dan implementasi asesmen autentik dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di ruang kelas digital pada jenjang sekolah menengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap seorang guru PAI yang mengajar di sekolah berbasis sistem digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dinamika yang kompleks antara konsep ideal asesmen autentik dan praktik di lapangan. Meskipun sekolah telah difasilitasi dengan perangkat dan platform digital serta guru memiliki pemahaman teoretis mengenai penilaian holistik yang mencakup aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan, implementasi asesmen autentik belum sepenuhnya optimal. Teknologi digital cenderung dimanfaatkan sebatas untuk mendigitalisasi bentuk penilaian konvensional, seperti pelaksanaan ujian daring dan pengolahan nilai, tanpa disertai pengembangan evaluasi yang interaktif, reflektif, dan bermakna. Tantangan utama tidak hanya bersifat teknis, tetapi juga humanistik, antara lain menurunnya minat siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PAI serta beban administratif yang tinggi sehingga membatasi ruang guru untuk membangun relasi personal dengan peserta didik. Temuan penting penelitian ini menyoroti strategi adaptif guru yang menempatkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan sebagai inti asesmen, dengan menekankan pendekatan personal dan menjadikan penilaian akhlak sejajar dengan capaian akademik, bahkan dalam sistem digital yang cenderung kaku. Penelitian ini menegaskan adanya kesenjangan antara potensi teknologi digital dan pemanfaatannya dalam asesmen PAI, serta merekomendasikan pengembangan model asesmen digital yang lebih fleksibel, berorientasi pada penguatan karakter, meringankan beban guru, dan mampu menghidupkan kembali motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga teknologi benar-benar berfungsi memperkaya esensi pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Economic development is an integral part of national development, in which operations management has become a significant research topic influencing both academics and industry professionals in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Effective operations management within a company increases the likelihood of organizational sustainability and competitiveness. This paper aims to propose several strategic recommendations that can be implemented to address operational process challenges within firms. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method to illustrate existing conditions and operational issues. The findings indicate that companies seeking to improve operational efficiency can adopt Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strategies, particularly in enhancing quality control and reducing waste and process variability.
