Abstract

AbstracTo improve teacher competency in schools one way is through the management of Islamic education institutions that favor the improvement of teachercompetencies. What is the supervision of Islamic education institutions inincreasing the professionalism of teachers in the Darusalam Middle School Sragen.This study aims to describe the management plan of Islamic education institutionsin enhancing the professionalism of teachers at the Darusalam Middle School inSragen.. The research subjects were the Principal of the Middle School ofDarussalam Darussalam Sragen, Deputy Head of Affairs (curriculum, studentaffairs, finance, facilities), TU Staff and Teachers. Data obtained throughobservation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting data, presenting data,and analyzing data. The data shows that the increase in the competence of teachersat the IT Darussalam Middle School can be achieved through two things, namelythe efforts of teachers and the participation of educational institutions. The effortsof teachers in order to improve their competence through four things, include:pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies.Key Word: Management of Islamic Education Institutions, Teacher ProfessionalismAbstrakMeningkatkan kompetensi guru di sekolah salah satu caranya adalah melalui manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berpihak pada peningkatankompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan Mendeskripsikan perencanaan manajemenlembaga pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMP ITDarusalam Sragen. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah SMP IT DarussalamSragen, Wakil Kepala urusan (kurikulum, kesiswaan, keuangan, sarana prasarana),Staf TU dan Guru. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan analisis data diperolehdata bahwa peningkatan kompetensi guru SMP IT Darussalam dapat diraih melaluidua hal yaitu dengan usaha dari guru dan peran serta lembaga pendidikan. Upayaguru dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui empat hal, meliputi:kompetensi pedagogik, pribadi, sosial dan profesional. Abstract

 AbstracThe role of parental attention in supervising the child's learning process at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, parents become teachers automatically, accompany children's learning, help explain subject matter to children, provide means of accessing learning from home such as laptops, smart phones and others. , facilitate internet access. Inhibiting factors in the child's learning process at home during the Covid-19 pandemic include: limited internet access or quotas, not having a lektop or gaadged, lack of parental attention, difficulty in understanding lessons due to the online learning process, while supporting factors include the availability of tools online learning, the existence of student interest in the online learning process, the motivation of parents and the healthy condition of students. This research method is a field research or field research. Research Subjects, the subjects to be studied are school children in RT 002 RW 001, Sekayu Village, Semarang City. The object of this research will be carried out in RT 002 RW 001 Sekayu Village, Semarang City. Analysis of the data used is non-statistical analysis but with qualitative analysis. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic in RT 002 RW 001, Sekayu Village, Semarang City, from an economic point of view, is not very influential but from an educational perspective it shows that it is very influential because of the readiness of schools and students to participate in online learning.Keywords: Parental Attention, Learning Process, Covid pandemic AbstrakPeran perhatian orang tua dalam mengawasi proses belajar anak di rumah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 orang tua menjadi guru secara otomatis, menemani belajar anak, membantu menjelaskan materi pelajaran kepada anak, memberikan sarana mengakses belajar dari rumah seperti laptop, smart phon dan lain-lain, menfasilitasi akses internet. Faktor penghambat dalam terhadap proses belajar anak di rumah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 diantaranya: keterbatasan akses internet atau kuota, tidak memiliki lektop atau gaadged, kurangnya Perhatian orang tua, kesulitan dalam memahami pelajaran karena proses belajar daring, sedangkan  faktor pendukung di antranya tersedianya alat belajar daring, adanya minat siswa dalam proses belajar daring , adanya motivasi dari orang tua dan kondisi siswa yang sehat. Metode penelitian  ini merupakan riset lapangan atau field research. Subjek Penelitian, Subjek yang akan diteliti adalah anak-anak Sekolah di RT 002 RW 001 Kelurahan Sekayu Kota Semarang.Objek penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di RT 002 RW 001 Kelurahan Sekayu Kota Semarang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis non statistik melainkan dengan analisis kualitatif. Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 di RT 002 RW 001 Kelurahan Sekayu Kota Semarang dilihat dari sisi ekonomi tidak begitu berpengaruh tetapi di lihat dari segi pendidikan ini menunjukkan sangat mempengaruhi karena kesiapan dari sekolah maupun dari siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran daring.Kata Kunci : Perhatian Orang Tua, Proses Belajar, Pandemi covid

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in learning, including as facilitators, motivators, boosters, learning engineers, research, service providers and providers of learning inspiration for students. This research uses a literature review method. Data sources in this research are books, journals and research results. The results of the research show that teacher professionalism that every teacher should pay attention to and do is: (1) reciting Allah's verses in every lesson, (2) purifying students from damaged aqidah, from despicable morals, changing and perfecting their reasoning power. through divine knowledge, (3) teaching the Bible and wisdom, so a teacher must know the needs of students and the most basic way for Muslims to learn to write is based on the obligation to write the Koran, understand and practice it.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakekatnya merupakan usaha sadar untuk mengembangkan kepribadian yang berlangsung seumur hidup baik disekolah maupun madrasah. Pendidikan juga bermakna proses membantu individu baik jasmani dan rohani kearah terbentuknya kepribadian utama pribadi yang berkualitas, dalam konteks Islam pendidikan bermakna bimbingan terhadap pertumbuhan rohani dan jasmani menurut ajaran Islam dengan hikmah mengarahkan, mengajarkan, melatih, mengasuh dan mengawasi beralakunya semua ajaran Islam. Dalam kaitan ini, Peran bimbingan dan konseling Islam dalam pendidikan merupakan usaha membantu individu untuk menjadi manusia yang berkembang dalam hal pendidikan dan membentuk kepribadian yang berguna dalam kehidupannya yang memiliki berbagai wawasan, pandangan, interpretasi, pilihan, penyesuaian dan keterampilan yang tepat berkenan dengan diri sendiri dan lingkungannya. Abstract

Abstract Educational democracy is a very important process because it will provide equal educational opportunities to all, regardless of race (ethnicity), creed, skin color and social status. The principles of democracy can be implemented in the Islamic education system because basically Islam gives freedom to individuals (students) to develop natural values that exist within themselves in line with the times. In this study, it discusses the relevance of Democratic Islamic Education in Surah Ali Imron 159. In this surah there are implicit democratic concepts such as gentleness and deliberation or communication within organizations. In the verse, it explains the steps of deliberation. Namely, being gentle, forgiving other deliberation participants, asking for their forgiveness and putting trust in after the deliberation. In this article, we will present a view of the democratic concept in Islamic education. Keywords: Education, Democratic, Islamic Education Abstrak Demokrasi pendidikan merupakan proses yang sangat penting karena akan memberikan kesempatan pendidikan yang setara kepada semua, tanpa memandang ras (suku), keyakinan, warna kulit dan status sosial. Prinsip demokrasi dapat diterapkan dalam sistem pendidikan Islam karena pada dasarnya Islam memberikan kebebasan kepada individu (peserta didik) untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai kodrati yang ada dalam dirinya sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman. Dalam kajian ini membahas tentang relevansi Pendidikan Islam Demokratis dalam Surah Ali Imron 159. Dalam surah ini terdapat konsep demokrasi yang tersirat seperti kelembutan dan musyawarah atau komunikasi dalam organisasi. Dalam ayat tersebut dijelaskan langkah- langkah musyawarah. Yakni, bersikap lembut, memaafkan peserta musyawarah lainnya, meminta maaf dan menaruh kepercayaan setelah musyawarah. Abstract

The government's policy to change Curriculum 13 to an independent learning curriculum has an effect on changing paradigms and learning objectives in general, including Islamic learning. The measure of success between students cannot be equated but instead must be independent in accordance with the independent learning curriculum concept. it is important for teachers who teach PAI subjects to be able to develop learning evaluations according to the principles and objectives of the independent learning curriculum. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing Islamic Education learning instruments in the Freedom to Learn era. The results of the study show that there are implications for the independent curriculum for student assessment, namely the teacher must develop the three types of instruments needed, namely at the beginning of learning, during learning and at the end of learning. The types of assessment instruments developed at the beginning of learning can be in the form of written tests in the form of descriptions, multiple choice and checklists. Assessment instruments during learning are in the form of observation, oral and performance, while instruments for final assessment of learning can be in the form of multiple choices, descriptions and oral tests.

Dunia pendidikan Islam terbebani dengan asumsi positif bahwa pendidikan Islam sebagai suatu kegiatan yang mulia, sakral, mengandung kebijakan, dalam kenyataannya masih jauh dari nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Akibatnya, pendidikan Islam belum mampu melahirkan sosok manusia yang mengedepankan sisi-sisi kemanusiaan (humanisme) nya.

Abstract

Abstract :Asmaul Husna can be interpreted as a good name, the name of Allah is good and the best is 99 contained in the Qur'an, besides that we are commanded by Allah to dhikr and pray by calling Allah's most beautiful names. Because it is characterized as good names so that Asmaul Husna is not only good but also commendable when compared to others. The results showed (1) The intensity of reading Asmaul Husna at the At Taqwa Meteseh Foundation in Tembalang Semarang is in a fairly good category because the intensity of Asmaul Husna affects spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence by 0,34,6% so that the rest is influenced by other factors. (2) The calculation results obtained rcount of 12.65 and rtable of 3.32 at a significance level of 5% and rtable at a significance level of 5.39. The results of these calculations indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between the variable of reading intensity of Asmaul Husna (X) and the variable of spiritual intelligence (Y1) and the variable of emotional intelligence (Y2) is included in the moderate category. (3) The influence of the intensity of reading Asmaul Husna on the spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence of the At Taqwa Meteseh Foundation Santri Tembalang Semarang.Keywords: Intensity of Reading Asmaul Husna, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence

AbstrakBahasa memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia, khusunya dalamkegiatan berkomunikasi. Demikian pula peran bahasa bagi anak, bahasa memberisumbangan yang signifikan dalam perkembangan anak menjadi dewasa. Piagetmemandang bahwa anak memainkan peran aktif didalam menyusunpengetahuannya mengenai realitas, anak tidak pasif menerima informasi. Sehinggadengan kemampuan kognitif ini, anak akan mampu berkomunikasi sesuai denganperkembangannya. Bahasa yang diwujudkan dalam sebuah kata-kata adalah bentukrepresentasi dari sebuah fakta, yang pada akhirnya mengklasifikasikan dalamkategori yang berbeda-beda dan memunculkan perbedaan budaya satu denganbudaya yang lain. Dengan demikian, bahasa mampu memfasilitasi potensi anakuntuk menalar dan berfikir sehingga pengetahuan anak akan berkembang.Kata Kunci: Bahasa, perkembangan kognisi, anakAbstractLanguage has an important role in human life, especially to communicate. And alsofor children, language gives significant contribution in their growth. Piaget saw thatthe children play important roles in constructing their knowledge about reality. Thechildren are not taking the information passively. So, with their cognitive ability thechildren can communicate appropriate to their development. The language in theform of words is representation of fact which eventully will classify differentcategories and initiate the differentiation among cultures.
