Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how far the implementation of the strategy of fundraising zakat funds using the QRIS no-cash paid system and how the flow of zakat payments through QRIS in BAZNAS Palopo City district. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, and data collection is obtained from interviews and field observations. The results of the study show that the implementation of the fundraising and zakat strategy using QRIS at BAZNAS Palopo City goes through several stages, namely determining Muzakki's segments and targets, preparing human resources, building a communication system and compiling a service system. Not only that, BAZNAS Palopo City also runs a marketing communication strategy. That is by making interesting programs, creating feelings of empathy, collaborating with other companies, and providing the best service. To process zakat payments with QRIS, muzakki only need to scan the QR code for zakat payments at BAZNAS Palopo City, then follow the next payment steps. In a matter of minutes and without going to the BAZNAS Palopo City office, muzakki can pay their zakat whenever and wherever they are.

Abstract

Perkembangan di era digital berupa aplikasi web e-learning Pako Pintar yang dibuat perusahaan Pako Group guna melaksanakan training wajib terkait leadership terus dilakukan sejak pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020 hingga kini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas penggunaan aplikasi Pako Pintar berupa intensitas, isi pesan, dan daya tarik terhadap variabel terikat sikap leadership karyawan Pako Group golongan empat. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel sebanyak 101 karyawan Pako Group golongan empat. Teori uses and effect digunakan sebagai applied theory penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah kuesioner, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melakukan uji regresi linear berganda metode bootstrap regression menggunakan SPSS 26 sebagai teknik analisis data. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh positif masing-masing sub variabel intensitas, isi pesan, dan daya tarik penggunaan aplikasi Pako Pintar terhadap sikap leadership karyawan Pako Group. Kesimpulannya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan aplikasi Pako Pintar secara simultan terhadap sikap leadership karyawan Pako Group golongan empat. Abstract

Marketing mix helps companies design marketing strategies by paying attention to product, price, distribution, and promotion, while digital marketing uses digital technology to reach consumers directly, both work together to create brand awareness, influence consumer perceptions, and facilitate the purchasing process, influencing purchasing decisions consumers positively. This research aims to determine the influence of 7p marketing mix and digital marketing on car purchasing decisions at Pt. Hadji Kalla Toyota Palopo Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, namely a direct survey using data collection through questionnaires and observation. The research results show that (1) Marketing mix has no effect on purchasing decisions, with a calculated t value of the marketing mix variable of 1.201 < t table value (1.678) and a sig. 0.312 > 0.05. (2) Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a calculated t value for the digital marketing variable of 2.553 > t table value of 1.678 and a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05. And (3) Marketing mix and digital marketing simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 20.233 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how work life balance, work stress and job satisfaction affect the performance of nurse at the Undaan eye Hospital in the city of Surabaya. This research method is quantitative by taking sample of 73 respondents. The collection techinique uses purposive sampling. The sample consisted of the performance of nurses at the Undaan eye Hospital. The analysis technique used in this research is (PLS) with validity testing, reliability testing and hypothesis testing. The result of this research prove that: (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance.

Achieving customer happiness necessitates the adoption of enhanced cutomer service. The present study examines how cutomer service might enhance cutomer servi satisfaction at the Madiun Branch Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indoensia (Persero)Tbk. For the intention of understanding how customer service contributes to the PT Bank Rakyat Indoensia (Persero)Tbk Madiun Branch Office’s improved customer service. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of aspects of Hexagon Theory consisting of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, arrogance, and collusion as well as aspects of religiosity as moderation variables on academic cheating. The primary data used in this study was collected by distributing questionnaires to students majoring in accounting, faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Muhammadiyah Palopo, Class of 2020. The sampling method with the simple random sampling method by calculating a minimum sample using the slovin formula and obtained 68 samples. The collected data was analyzed using WarpPLS 7.0 software. The test results found that pressure, rationalization, ability and collusion did not have a positive and significant effect on academic cheating while opportunity and ability had a positive and significant effect on academic cheating. Higher religiosity can minimize rationality and arrogance towards academic cheating. But religiosity can strengthen collusion to commit academic cheating. High religiosity cannot hinder academic cheating which is influenced by pressure, opportunity, and ability which are supporting factors for academic cheating

Abstract

The program for implementing this activity aims to accelerate the production of oyster mushrooms at UD Zaida Oyster Mushrooms through dissemination and implementation of an automatic baglog press machine. This activity was carried out in collaboration between a team from the university and UD Zaida, integrating modern technology into traditional production processes. Through a series of training and workshops, implementation partners can operate machines effectively and understand optimal production management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in production capacity, where UD Zaida was able to increase oyster mushroom production output and reduce production waste. This program has also succeeded in increasing the skills and knowledge of workers, while providing a positive impact on the local economy through increasing income and employment opportunities. The dissemination of automatic baglog press machines has proven to be a sustainable solution that drives efficiency and productivity in the mushroom farming sector. This implementation activity recommends expanding the use of this technology to other regions as an effort to support the growth of the oyster mushroom industry at the national level.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a 3D audio-visual interactive book on tutorial materials for developing adaptive case-based learning media to enhance the skill competencies of PPG Art and Culture students. The methodology includes needs analysis, interactive book design, and effectiveness evaluation. This interactive book is designed to provide an immersive and comprehensive learning experience through the use of 3D and audio-visual technology. The results indicate that this interactive book significantly improves students' understanding and skills in developing adaptive, case-based learning media. Evaluations through surveys and in-depth interviews confirm that the book is effective in supporting a more innovative and interactive learning process. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of modern and relevant learning materials in contemporary education.

Abstract

The program to enhance student access and entrepreneurial opportunities through industry-based photography project learning in an online learning system aims to develop students' technical and managerial skills. This program combines theory and practice through real industry-relevant projects, providing a comprehensive and interactive learning experience. Results show significant improvements in students' skills and motivation. With continued support from various parties, this program is expected to sustain improvements in education quality and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Abstract

This article discusses the innovation of Schotel Tape in Banjarsari Village as a strategy for community empowerment and the creation of viable downstream industrial derivative products. This community service program aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of the community in processing tape into high-value-added products. The methodology includes training, mentoring, and program effectiveness evaluation. The results indicate that the Schotel Tape innovation successfully increases community income and creates new business opportunities. Additionally, the program facilitates collaboration among residents and raises awareness of the importance of product diversification. In conclusion, the Schotel Tape innovation provides a positive contribution to community economic empowerment and can serve as a model for the development of other derivative products.
