Abstract

Protected forest management is a complex issue because it is influenced by the interaction of interrelated social, economic, and environmental factors. Sectoral approaches are often not able to explain the cause-and-effect relationship comprehensively, so a dynamic systems approach is needed. This research aims to analyze the management system of protected forests using a causal loop diagram (CLD) approach in Mamberamo Tengah Regency. The research employed a mixed-method approach, including questionnaires, interviews, and land cover change analysis. The results indicate that forest management is influenced by the interaction of social, economic, and environmental factors. Reinforcing loops are dominated by economic dependency and forest exploitation, leading to increased forest degradation. Meanwhile, balancing loops are formed through improved knowledge, awareness, and government support, which promote conservation and forest protection. Key leverage points include alternative economic development, community education, institutional strengthening, and control of external exploitation. The model highlights the importance of a system dynamics approach for sustainable forest management.

Abstract

The quality of basic education cannot be separated from the capacity and competence of teachers who are on duty at the forefront of learning. However, the reality on the ground shows that areas that are categorized as disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost (3T) areas, including Central Mamberamo Regency in Papua Mountainous Province, still face teacher competency problems that are far from being resolved. This study was conducted to evaluate education policies in an effort to strengthen the competence of elementary school teachers in Central Mamberamo Regency through the lens of six policy evaluation criteria proposed by William N. Dunn, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The research design used is an evaluative case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data mining was carried out through in-depth interviews with 24 informants from seven stakeholder categories, observations in five schools, and document search, all of which were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model accompanied by triangulation of sources. The findings showed that of the total 254 teachers in 35 elementary schools, only 60.2% met the S-1 qualification and only 11.8% had an educator certificate, both well below the national average. When evaluated using all six Dunn criteria, the average score obtained was only 2.33 on a scale of 5, in the category of poor. The unavailability of electricity and internet access in almost all elementary schools turns out to play a role as a structural moderation variable that significantly weakens the effectiveness of various policy instruments that rely on the assumption of digital infrastructure. As a theoretical contribution, this study proposes three new propositions, namely the concept of policy design gap, educational deprivation cycle, and multi-stakeholder partnership ecosystem model as an alternative to education governance in 3T areas.

Abstract

Advances in digital technolgy require Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Pontianak City to adspt to online marketing strategies to remain competitive, particularly in expanding market reach and increasing sales. This study aims to analyze the use of blogsas an effective, effcient, and low-cost digital promotional medium for UMKM. The method used is mentoring and training in blog content creation for UMKM in Pontianak City. The results show that blogs offer advantages in the form of flexibility in presenting in-depth product information, building brand identity, and increasing visiility in search engines (SEO) compared to conventional social media. Through the use of blogs, UMKM can overcome limited promotional budgets while still reaching a wider audience in a professional manner. This mentoring has been proven to help business actors in digitalizing the marketing of Pontianak’s culnary products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh brand awareness, customer trust, perceived value, dan digital marketing terhadap purchase decision produk Asuransi Sinarmas melalui PT Jasa Andalan Solusi (PT JAS), dengan customer engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 80 responden, serta dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness, customer trust, perceived value, dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Selain itu, seluruh variabel independen juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer engagement. Customer engagement terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase decision serta memediasi hubungan customer trust dan digital marketing terhadap purchase decision. Namun, customer engagement tidak memediasi pengaruh brand awareness dan perceived value terhadap purchase decision. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keputusan pembelian asuransi dipengaruhi oleh faktor kognitif, relasional, dan digital secara simultan, dengan engagement berperan sebagai mekanisme psikologis dalam memperkuat konversi pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi produktivitas alat gali muat berupa Excavator Volvo PC 480 H pada kegiatan pengupasan Overburden di PT Lematang Coal Lestari. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui dua pendekatan, yaitu perhitungan berdasarkan cycle time dan pengamatan langsung terhadap jumlah pengisian bucket. Data primer yang dikumpulkan meliputi waktu cycle time (digging, swing isi, loading, dan swing kosong), sedangkan data sekunder mencakup informasi teknis alat dan kondisi lapangan. Hasil pengukuran cycle time rata-rata adalah 23,67 detik per siklus. Berdasarkan perhitungan teoritis dengan efisiensi kerja 0,83 dan fill factor 0,8, produktivitas Excavator mencapai ±5.682 m³/hari. Sementara itu, hasil aktual di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa Excavator hanya mampu menggali ±3.024 m³/hari, atau sekitar 91% dari target produksi harian perusahaan sebesar 3.321 m³/hari. Selisih produktivitas teoritis dan aktual menunjukkan adanya potensi peningkatan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun produktivitas aktual mendekati target masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan kinerja alat gali muat, terutama melalui pengurangan waktu delay operasional dan optimalisasi teknik kerja operator.

Abstract

Digitization of tax administration through the Coretax platform is part of bureaucratic reform that aims to improve the efficiency of tax services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with two main objectives, namely (1) analyzing the implementation of the tax digitization policy through the Coretax billing system in Mamberamo Raya Regency based on the George C. Edward III model which includes the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, and (2) identifying factors that support and hinder its implementation. The results of the study show that the implementation of Coretax billing in general has run on the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Policy communication has been carried out through several channels, while the commitment of the implementer is an important element in maintaining the continuity of services. From the user side, this system provides benefits in the form of convenience, smooth service, and efficiency of tax administration. However, the implementation is not fully optimal because it is still influenced by the uneven understanding of taxpayers, low digital literacy, limited telecommunication infrastructure, electricity instability, and geographical conditions of the service area. Overall, the implementation of Coretax billing in Mamberamo Raya Regency shows an adaptive implementation pattern, where policy implementers play an important role in bridging the national digital system with local service conditions in the 3T area

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya evaluasi kebijakan digitalisasi pelayanan pajak melalui sistem e-Filing sebagai bagian dari reformasi administrasi perpajakan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kepuasan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi pada KPP Pratama Jayapura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan digitalisasi pelayanan pajak melalui sistem e-Filing, mengevaluasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan wajib pajak, serta merumuskan upaya peningkatan kepuasan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan jenis penelitian evaluatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 395 Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap 5 informan kunci. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan digitalisasi pelayanan pajak melalui sistem e-Filing di KPP Pratama Jayapura telah berjalan melalui integrasi antara sistem digital dan dukungan pelayanan petugas. Secara parsial, kualitas pelayanan, kemudahan sistem e-Filing, dan kompetensi petugas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 40,5%. Kompetensi petugas merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kepuasan wajib pajak,
