Abstract

Malang City faces a significant increase in waste volume due to population growth and unsustainable consumption patterns, posing challenges in waste management and resulting in negative impacts such as environmental pollution and public health concerns.This encourages the Malang City Environmental Office to improve the quality of public services through effective and efficient waste management systems. This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of waste management system management on improving the quality of public services of the Malang City environmental agency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results showed that the waste management system in Malang City has succeeded in improving the quality of life of the community and the reputation of the local government. This shows that effective waste management can provide significant benefits to the environment, communities, and local governments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the level of open unemployment in Medan City during the 2017-2022 period. Variables considered in the analysis include population, minimum wage, and human development index. By using statistical analysis methods, the research results show that these factors have a significant influence on the unemployment rate in Medan City. Apart from that, the determinant test, F test, and T test were also carried out to test the relationship between the variables studied. The findings from this research provide valuable information for policy makers in designing more effective economic development strategies in Medan City. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for formulating policies that can reduce unemployment levels and improve people's welfare in the region.

Abstract

The development of science also accompanies the development of modern society. Science that develops and bring schange sto humans that causes problems from material aspects to mental aspects. The rapid development of modern science and technology takes into account the aspects of systems, values, values and religious values, so that moral degradation has emerged. The purpose of this research is to examine the implications of the philosophy of science in the development of modern scientific et hics.The method us edin this researchis literature study.The discussi on analysis shows that the philosophy of science must be integrated philosophically in order to realize scientific functions, especially in moral, intellectual and social aspects.This is because science is neutral and disagrees with good or bad, considering that it isscience who has the right to determine the attitude. Utilization of science for human settlement in the operations of the owner of knowledge and its contribution to the problems of human life. As science develops, it is the philosophy of science that plays a role in realizing good scientific ethics. The existence of the philosophy of science aims to restore sciencein order to continue to encourage people to think and be have wisely and wisely.

Abstract

Basically the purpose of a curriculum development based on Islamic values in the management of Islamic educational institutions, yes, it is something that aims to know how the development of an Islamic value in curriculum development and also to know the level of knowing for students will have the potential in knowing Islamic values. Thus, in developing a curriculum based on Islamic values in the management of educational institutions, it is also the main thing to ensure that students get a good education and help them reach their full potential accompanied by Islamic values. Thus from the statement that has been conveyed that the purpose of this research includes to further study how a curriculum development based on Islamic values in the management of Islamic educational institutions in an educational institution in Mts Al-Wardah Tembung where this research provides several questions to find out how an educational institution does a curriculum development based on Islamic values in the management of educational institutions such as 1). How is the evaluation carried out on the effectiveness of the curriculum based on Islamic values in improving the quality of education, 2). How the impact of the curriculum based on Islamic values on improving the morals and character of students, 3). Challenges faced in the implementation of curriculum based on Islamic values in educational institutions 4). How to compare the results of following a curriculum based on Islamic values with a conventional curriculum in educational institutions. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using observation techniques and also interviews with the head of the Mts Al- Wardah Tembung school madrasah. And the results of this research can be concluded that it feels like a curriculum development based on Islamic values in the management of Islamic educational institutions at the Mts Al-Wardah school that an implementation of the curriculum in this educational institution has had a positive impact in increasing awareness of religious values, morals and character of students.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the extent of the influence of sales promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at the All-in-One Store in Batam City. This research employs an analytical descriptive method with the entire store's consumers as the study population. Data collection utilizes a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The findings indicate that sales promotion significantly impacts consumer purchasing decisions at the All-in-One Store in Batam City. This suggests that effective promotional efforts can enhance consumers' interest and purchasing decisions at the store. The implications of this study underscore the need for improved and more targeted sales promotion strategies to support sales growth and consumer satisfaction at the All-in-One Store.

Abstract

It is so important to train communication in early childhood. Often children are silent and lazy to do an activity will result in communication skills in children not growing well. In fact, communication skills play an important role in a child's life. Children's good communication skills come from activities that children usually do in their world, namely through playing. However, it is very regrettable if the world for children's play is very sporadic, even difficult to produce. The limited playground for children causes children to be more interested or choose to play inside the house by playing gadgets, watching television although this has several positive impacts, but it makes children no longer interested in playing outside such as playing chase, cats, sobyong and others so that children do not socialize with their peers which can hinder the development of early childhood communication. Therefore, the development of early childhood communication is very important to be developed from an early age. Playing can train children's communication, not only that, but also some aspects of development children.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze management strategies of educational organizations in facing the challenges of globalization, focusing on the enhancement of teacher and educational staff competencies, integration of technology in teaching and learning processes, and adaptation to changes in international educational policies. The research methodology employed is a literature review, involving an examination of literature from various sources such as academic journals, books, and research reports. The findings indicate that enhancing teacher competencies through continuous training and international collaboration is crucial in creating an interactive and relevant learning environment. The integration of technology in education allows for more flexible and personalized learning experiences, as well as broad access to global educational resources. Additionally, adaptation to international educational policies, including curriculum adjustments and evaluation standards, ensures the relevance and competitiveness of the education provided. These strategies are interconnected and mutually reinforcing, creating a dynamic and responsive educational system to global changes, thus preparing students to compete at the international level.

Abstract

BIPA's strategy in planning teaching must involve the use of 3D animated films and e-book media because these two tools are very important to achieve learning objectives. The preparation of strategies and materials needs to be done carefully so that learning is effective. This research uses the library study method, which is a research approach carried out by examining books, literature, notes, reports and literary works that are relevant to the problem being researched. The goal is so that students can easily understand the material taught by the teacher. One way to achieve this is by elaborating on strategies and material related to elections, as well as adding local elements so that the material is not too difficult for students to understand. Therefore, strategic management and organization are essential to ensure learning is structured in the most effective and efficient way to achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

Physical education has an important role in shaping students' character through physical activity at school. Through the development of motor skills, physical abilities, knowledge, sportsmanship, as well as mental, emotional, spiritual and social character formation, physical education aims to achieve the goals of the National education system. Apart from that, physical education also has important benefits in improving students' physical fitness and forming characters such as discipline, cooperation and sportsmanship. The difference with sports education lies in the focus on developing motor skills, knowledge and healthy living attitudes through physical activity, while sports education places more emphasis on developing strong athletes and achievements in certain sports. Physical education also includes activities outside the classroom such as field trips, camping, environmental awareness, exploring, and mountain climbing. Values-based physical education combines a character education approach with physical activities to develop students' attitudes, values ​​and social skills. The advantages of value-based physical education include character building, improving mental and emotional health, social skills, and overcoming the problem of accidents at school. Examples of physical activities such as team games, collaborative activities, yoga or meditation classes, and sports competitions can be used as a means to implement values-based physical education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze parts of the novel "Melodylan". The analysis of this novel uses a pragmatic approach, trying to appreciate literary works based on their function to provide and convey certain goals to the reader. The aim of this research is to describe the novel Melodylan by Asriaci using a pragmatic approach. This research method is qualitative descriptive research. This research is descriptive literature research. Data collection techniques are only carried out using reading and note-taking techniques. Meanwhile, the results of this research are that readers can gain values ​​about the story of romance and friendship in high school which depicts the characters in the novel Melodylan. Apart from that, readers can also learn lessons about when we should give in and lower our ego to avoid problems. Analysis This novel uses a pragmatic approach, trying to appreciate literary works based on their function to provide and convey certain goals to readers.
