Abstract

The study purpose was This study aims to analyze the legal responsibility of notaries involved in price mark-up practices in land acquisition compensation, examining both juridical and practical aspects. This research employs a normative juridical approach, using statutory and doctrinal legal materials, combined with a case study analysis of land acquisition disputes involving notarial participation. Data were collected from laws, regulations, academic literature, and legal cases, then analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns of legal liability and compliance issues. Findings indicate that notaries who participate in price mark-up practices may be held civilly and administratively liable under the Notary Law, particularly when failing to act in accordance with their duties of accuracy, transparency, and legality. Case studies demonstrate that such practices often involve misrepresentation of land values, causing financial harm to landowners and potential conflicts with government acquisition standards. The research also highlights gaps in enforcement, emphasizing the need for stronger oversight and clearer procedural guidelines. Notaries bear significant legal responsibility in land acquisition compensation, and their involvement in price mark-up practices constitutes a breach of professional and legal duties. Ensuring strict adherence to notarial obligations is essential to protect public trust, prevent exploitation, and uphold the integrity of land acquisition processes in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of ChatGPT as a learning supervision assistant in the evaluation process of Lesson Plans (RPP) and Student Worksheets (LKPD) in secondary schools. The background of the study stems from the need to improve the effectiveness of academic supervision, which has faced various obstacles such as time constraints, teacher administrative burdens, and inconsistencies in the quality of learning document reviews. Large Language Model (LLM)-based artificial intelligence technology such as ChatGPT offers new opportunities in simplifying the supervision process, increasing analysis accuracy, and accelerating the improvement of learning documents. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with documentation study methods, observation, and interactive analysis. The research instruments consisted of observation sheets on the quality of RPP and LKPD, analysis guidelines based on the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, and the results of interactions using ChatGPT as a supervision tool. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that ChatGPT is able to provide in-depth analysis of RPP and LKPD components, including the suitability of learning outcomes, clarity of learning steps, assessment quality, and the appropriateness of teaching materials. Furthermore, the use of ChatGPT helps teachers identify document weaknesses, provide alternative improvements, and expedite the supervision process without compromising the quality of the analysis. The research discussion confirms that the use of ChatGPT is relevant to the demands of digital transformation in education, particularly in improving teacher professionalism and the effectiveness of academic supervision. The study's conclusion confirms that ChatGPT is a significant innovation in supporting learning supervision in secondary schools, but still requires professional guidance to maintain validity and pedagogical context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas hasil audit internal. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap auditor internal pada Inspektorat di Kota Ambon dan Provinsi Maluku. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari pegawai tetap dan auditor pada Inspektorat di Kota Ambon dan Provinsi Maluku. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier beganda dan disajikan secara deskripti. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel akuntabilitas (X1), independensi (X2), dan pengetahuan audit (X3) dapat diterima terhadap kualitas audit. Sementara itu, variabel etika (X4), motivasi (X5), dan kompetensi (X6) dapat diterima. Secara keseluruhan, pengaruh akuntabilitas, independensi, pengetahuan audit, etika, motivasi, dan kompetensi dapat menjelaskan 60,8% terhadap kualitas audit, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,2% (100% - 60,8% = 39,2%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut siswa memiliki kompetensi digital yang baik, khususnya dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan pelatihan pembuatan proposal menggunakan Microsoft Word untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital siswa SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tekntik pengumpulan data yang meliputi tes pretest dan posttest, hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 2,70% meningkat menjadi 3,18% pada posttest yang berarti terdapat peningkatan sebesar 17,78%. Selain itu, respon dari angket siswa menunjukkan kategori positif terhadap pelatihan yang dilaksanakan. Pelatihan ini melibatkan siswa kelas XI RPL melalui kegiatan ceramah, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan individu. Pelatihan difokuskan pada penggunaan fitur Word seperti pengaturan format, daftar isi otomatis, tabel, gambar, dan daftar pustaka. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan siswa dalam menyusun proposal dan motivasi belajar. Dengan demikian, pelatihan Microsoft Word efektif meningkatkan kompetensi digital serta kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Feedback is an essential element in the learning process, playing a crucial role in helping students improve their learning outcomes, including writing skills. This study aims to explore in depth the role of teacher feedback in developing students’ writing performance and the factors affecting its effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving one teacher and several students from a secondary school in Bengkulu City, selected purposively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation of students’ writings before and after receiving feedback. Data analysis followed the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that teachers provide various types of feedback, including corrective, developmental, and motivational feedback, applied flexibly according to student needs. Feedback was found to significantly improve students’ writing quality, particularly in language accuracy, content completeness, paragraph coherence, and text organization. Improvements were especially evident after students revised their writings based on teacher feedback. Furthermore, students’ attitudes and responses to feedback strongly influenced the success of the revision process. Most students responded positively, feeling helped and more confident, although a small number initially experienced anxiety before understanding the purpose of the feedback.In conclusion, teacher feedback plays a vital role in enhancing students’ writing quality and should be applied consistently, clearly, and tailored to individual student needs. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for teachers in optimizing feedback strategies in writing instruction.

Abstract

Sinar matahari memancarkan radiasi sinar ultraviolet A dan B yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan pada kulit apabila terjadi dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Tabir surya merupakan produk kosmetika yang banyak digunakan untuk menangkal efek buruk dari ultraviolet. Aktivitas tersebut dinyatakan dalam nilai Sun protection Factor (SPF). SPF banyak diintegrasikan dalam berbagai produk perawatan kulit sehari-hari. Anantioksidan dapat menangkal radikal bebas yang menyebabkan efek buruk bagi tubuh, serta dapat membantu mengembalikan kemampuan antioksidan alami kulit. Sediaan antioksidan seringkali memiliki efek ganda sebagai SPF. Kulit melinjo mengandung senyawa-senyawa fitokimia yang berkontribusi terhadap aktivitas penangkal radikal bebas dengan kekuatan yang cukup signifikan. Adanya potensi tersebut perlu dikembangkan dalam produk perawatan kulit, salah satunya dalam bentuk gel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai SPF dan aktivitas antioksidan gel dengan bahan aktif ekstrak etanol kulit melinjo. Simplisia kulit melinjo diekstraksi maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%. Gel dibuat dalam 4 formula dengan berbagai konsentrasi ekstrak, yaitu formula A 0,76 %, B 1,52 %, C 3,04 %, dan D 6,08 %. Uji nilai SPF dilakukan dengan spektrofotometri UV-Vis dan aktivitas antioksidan dengan metode DPPH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gel yang diperoleh homogen, berwarna oranye jernih dan warna semakin pekat seiring dengan penambahan konsentrasi ekstrak. Sediaan gel memiliki nilai SPF yang semakin meningkat dengan peningkatan dosis, namun termasuk dalam kategori proteksi lemah (2-4). Aktivitas antioksidan terkuat ditunjukkan oleh formula B dengan IC50 sebesar 4,86 ppm (sangat kuat). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, gel kulit melinjo mampu memberikan proteksi terhadap radikal bebas namun memberikan proteksi yang lemah terhadap sinar UV.

Abstract

Product quality is a vital aspect in the sustainability of livestock businesses. However, CV Slamet Quail Farm is currently facing a challenge in the form of a high percentage of defective eggs, which has the potential to reduce profitability. This study aims to analyze quality control of quail eggs in cage 1B (Cikembar, Sukabumi Regency) by identifying the dominant types of defects and their root causes. Production data from October 2025 were analyzed using check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, and fishbone diagrams. The results show that the most dominant defects are cracked eggs and soft shells, contributing to approximately 80% of the total damage. The cause-and-effect analysis reveals key priority factors, namely insufficient employee accuracy in following harvesting SOPs and fluctuations in cage environmental conditions that trigger stress in the birds. These findings highlight the need for improvements through stricter enforcement of worker discipline, evaluation of feed quality, and enhanced control of production facilities and environmental conditions. The implementation of these improvements is expected to reduce defect rates and maintain production quality stability

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penerapan aplikasi PTOS-R pada proses bisnis di terminal Ro-Ro dan penumpang PT Pelindo Multiterminal Cabang Lembar. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi peningkatan efisiensi, integrasi data, dan kendala pelaksanaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 30 karyawan operasional yang menggunakan PTOS-R. Instrumen berupa kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif berdasarkan kerangka PIECES (Kinerja, Informasi, Ekonomi, Kontrol, Efisiensi, Layanan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kinerja operasional, akurasi data, dan kualitas layanan setelah penerapan PTOS-R, didukung oleh uji t berpasangan dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0,05. Namun, masih terdapat kendala pelatihan dan teknis yang harus diatasi. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa PTOS-R efektif meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis dan efektivitas operasional di terminal, tetapi diperlukan upaya lanjutan untuk mengoptimalkan kompetensi pengguna dan integrasi sistem. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan praktis dan teoritis dalam pengembangan transformasi digital pada operasional pelabuhan.

Abstract

The study at hand intends to measure the contribution of strategic agility, dynamic capabilities, and business model innovation, as the main factors, to the sustainable performance of the Millennials or Gen Z led Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research is inspired by the digital economy where small and medium enterprises play an increasingly crucial role, and the youth entrepreneurs need to make their businesses survive in the tough and ever-changing market. The study is conducted using a quantitative explanatory method on a sample of 150 Generation Z MSMEs. Purposive sampling of factors like the time in business, the use of digital technology, and participation in business innovation was the sampling technique used. The questionnaire which was the research instrument underwent validation through item and total score correlation t-test and its reliability was determined by Cronbach's Alpha. Normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity were tested prior to regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that all three independent variables had a positive and significant influence on business performance sustainability. The results of this study provide a substantial contribution to the strategic management of the young generation MSMEs literature. One of the research results is the practical application of the findings for Generation Z MSMEs in terms of their agility strategies, capability development, and business model innovation to ensure their long-term sustainability advice.

Abstract

Rumusan dalam penelitian ini apakah Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dan apakah Promosi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli produk Emina pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 91 mahasiswa FEB UISU yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Pada variabel kualitas produk hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. nilai pengaruh parsial (0,540) dan t tabel (10,822) dan nilai signifikan (0,000 < 0,05), variabel Promosi hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Dapat di lihat dari nilai parsial (-162) dan nilai t-hitung (-1.709) dan nilai signifikan (0,091>0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Emina.
