Abstract

The high level of turnover intention has become a significant issue in human resource management as it greatly affects the sustainability of an organization. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the factors that influence employees’ intentions to leave their jobs, both from individual and organizational perspectives. This study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 200 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25, including validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results show that personality traits have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This indicates that differences in individual characteristics influence employees’ tendencies in making decisions. In addition, performance politics also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that perceptions of unfairness and political practices in performance appraisal can increase employees’ intention to leave. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on turnover intention, with a coefficient of determination of 23.4%. These findings emphasize the importance of managing employee personality traits and implementing a transparent and objective performance appraisal system to reduce turnover intention within the organization.

Abstract

The short film "PULANG" produced by PT Kereta Api Indonesia KAI depicts the inner journey of a 65-year-old former convict who faces past trauma and social stigma and struggles to achieve self-actualization with the support of his family and the surrounding community. Analysis using the humanistic theories of Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers shows how the main character struggles to fulfill basic psychological needs such as security, unconditional acceptance, and self-esteem to achieve recovery and reconciliation. This film functions as a medium for social da'wah that elevates the values ​​of humanity, empathy, and respect for human dignity regardless of the past, and invites the audience to understand the importance of inclusivity and social empowerment. This qualitative study confirms that the film "PULANG" is effective as an educational tool and social reflection, connecting universal values ​​with the local cultural context of the Eid homecoming tradition in Indonesi

Abstract

In today's digital era, management information systems play a role in helping organizations work faster, more precisely, and more efficiently. This study analyzes the impact of management information system implementation on organizational performance through a systematic review of 30 literature studies. The results show that management information systems significantly impact organizational performance. However, the effectiveness of management information systems depends not only on technology but also on system integration, data quality, and the organization's readiness to adopt digital innovation. This review identified a research gap, particularly the need to examine the impact of management information systems across sectors and combine quantitative and qualitative methods to understand the factors that hinder implementation. This study highlights the need for an implementation strategy.management information systemcomprehensive approach to improve organizational performance across various sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Carl Rogers' humanistic approach in handling bullying cases in schools through a literature review of relevant studies from 2019 to 2024. Rogers' humanistic approach emphasizes respecting individuals as active subjects who have the potential for self-actualization and psychological needs that must be met to create a conducive and safe learning environment. The literature review method is used to examine various empirical studies and theories on the implementation of the humanistic approach in the context of school guidance and counseling to reduce bullying behavior. The study results indicate that the application of humanistic principles such as empathy, unconditional acceptance, and effective communication can enhance the self-awareness of both bullying perpetrators and victims, as well as facilitate positive behavioral changes within the school environment. The practical implication is the importance of involving teachers and counselors as humanistic facilitators in order to create an inclusive school atmosphere that supports students' character development. This study recommends the development of humanistic-based intervention programs as a preventive measure in addressing bullying in education.

Abstract

Low learning motivation among adolescents has become a significant issue in modern education, particularly due to increasing digital distractions and cognitive changes during developmental stages. This study employs a qualitative method through library research to analyze how the cognitive approach explains the factors contributing to low learning motivation, including negative thinking patterns, low self-efficacy, and dysfunctional attributions. The findings indicate that maladaptive beliefs and a fixed mindset significantly reduce adolescents’ academic engagement, while cognitive interventions such as cognitive restructuring, self-efficacy enhancement, and metacognitive training effectively improve learning motivation. In addition to internal factors, excessive exposure to digital media also worsens self-regulation and attention. These results highlight that the cognitive approach is a relevant and effective strategy to enhance adolescents’ learning motivation by modifying their thought patterns and strengthening self-regulatory abilities

Abstract

The study purpose was to analyze the legal protection of child victims of sexual harassment resolved through customary mechanisms in Simeulue District, viewed from victimology and Islamic criminal law perspectives. This issue arises because customary dispute resolution is often prioritized within the community, yet it may not fully guarantee the rights and recovery of child victims. Therefore, this study seeks to examine how legal protection is implemented, identify its weaknesses, and evaluate it through relevant theoretical frameworks. Materials and methods. This research employed an empirical juridical approach using case, statutory, and conceptual approaches. Data were collected through field research, including interviews and documentation, as well as literature review of relevant laws and theories. The data were then analyzed descriptively to provide a comprehensive understanding of the issue. Results. The findings reveal that customary dispute resolution mechanisms in Simeulue emphasize deliberation, reconciliation, and the preservation of family honor. However, these mechanisms often marginalize the victim’s position, limit their participation in the process, and potentially lead to revictimization. From a victimology perspective, such practices fail to ensure adequate protection, recovery, and justice for victims. Furthermore, Islamic criminal law classifies sexual harassment as a jarīmah ta‘zīr, which requires firm sanctions to uphold human dignity, provide deterrence, and ensure justice for victims and society. Conclusions. It can be concluded that although customary mechanisms play an important role in local dispute resolution, they are insufficient in providing comprehensive legal protection for child victims of sexual harassment. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the integration between customary practices and formal legal systems, ensuring that victims’ rights, protection, and justice are fully guaranteed.

Abstract

Industri kreatif, khususnya sektor vendor event, menghadapi tantangan berupa ketidakpastian jadwal dan struktur kerja yang fleksibel sehingga keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung pada perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi keadilan distributif dan dukungan sosial terhadap OCB pada karyawan Jitu Music Centre Sukabumi. Studi ini mengisi kekosongan studi terdahulu yang dominan berfokus pada sektor formal seperti perbankan, pendidikan, dan pemerintahan, dengan menguji hubungan kausal secara langsung dalam konteks kerja informal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Keadilan dalam pembagian tugas serta dukungan dari atasan maupun rekan kerja terbukti mendorong perilaku ekstra peran yang mendukung efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan memperluas kajian OCB ke sektor kreatif informal, serta kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam membangun budaya kerja yang adil, suportif, dan kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur dengan menyoroti peran OCB sebagai mekanisme adaptif dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian kerja. Implikasi hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan SDM yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan sektor kreatif. Dengan demikian, studi ini tidak hanya relevan bagi akademisi, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat praktis bagi pelaku industri kreatif dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi.

Abstract

Perawat sebagai tenaga inti dalam pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit bekerja selama 24 jam bertemu dengan pasien, dengan berbagai latar belakang dan karakteristik yang berbeda. Dalam tugas perannya dilaksanakan secara profesional, pemberi perhatian, bersikap baik kepada pasien. Hal ini menjadi tuntutan bagi perawat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bio-psikososial pasien, yang membuat kadang kala perawat mengalami kelelahan fisik terutama mental yang menimbulkan workplace well-being yang rendah Maka dari itu perawat perlu self-esteem yang tinggi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan peneliti kuantitatif desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling 245 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan self-esteem mayoritas “positif” sejumlah 225 responden (91,8%) dan workplace well-being mayoritas “tinggi” sejumlah 143 responden (58,4%). Uji statistik hubungan self-esteem dengan workplace well-being perawat di rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan tahun 2024 mengggunakan uji spearmen rank p-value = (0,002), artinya ada hubungan self-esteem dengan workplace well-being pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2024, dengan kekuatan coefisien corelasi 0,195, signifikan kekuatan kedua variabel sangat lemah. Maka peneliti mengharapkan ada self awarness responden mengikuti rekoleksi, membentuk kegiatan seminar teamwork, olahraga, sehingga tidak menimbulkan workplace well-being yang rendah melainkan tercipta lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, semangat, dan sejahtera.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengembangkan Multimedia Pembelajaran Menggunakan Aplikasi Adobe Flash Pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) Materi Bumi Dan Tata Surya Kelas VII SMP. Penelitian Ini Merupakan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan (Research And Development) Dengan Model Pengembangan 4D Yang Meliputi Tahap Define, Design, Develop, Dan Disseminate. Subjek Penelitian Terdiri Atas 2 Orang Validator Ahli Media Dan 1 Materi Serta Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 17 Padang. Instrumen Penelitian Meliputi Lembar Validasi Media, Validasi Materi, Dan Angket Praktikalitas. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Multimedia Pembelajaran Menggunakan Aplikasi Adobe Flash Ini Dinyatakan Valid Dengan Skor Rata-Rata Desain Media 4,8 Dan Kesesuaian Materi 4,68. Hasil Uji Praktikalitas Menunjukkan Kategori Sangat Praktis Dengan Skor Rata-Rata 4,40. Dengan Demikian, Multimedia Pembelajaran Menggunakan Adobe Flash Ini Layak Digunakan Sebagai Media Pembelajaran IPA Yang Valid Dan Praktis.

Abstract

Banyaknya pasien yang datang ke IGD membuat perawat harus cepat memilah pasien sesuai tingkat keparahan yang ditemukan. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut diperlukan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dalam hal pemilahan pasien berdasarkan jenis dan kegawatan (triage) dan waktu yang diberikan lebih cepat (< 5 menit) sehingga dalam penanganan pasien bisa lebih optimal dan terarah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan perawat tentang triage dan respon time perawat di ruangan IGD RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 42 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengetahuan perawat tentang triage berada pada kategori “Baik” sebanyak 27 orang (64.30%) dan respon time pada kategori “Cepat” sebanyak 35 Orang (83.3%). Pengetahuan dan respon time perawat di ruangan IGD RSUP Haji Adam Malik sudah tergolong baik dan cepat
