Abstract

Pada proses pembangunan JDU SPAM WOSUSOKAS Segmen 3 Kabupaten Sukoharjo tidak luput dari segala bentuk risiko yang akan dan telah muncul. Risiko tersebut dapat berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian baik minor atau pun mayor yang dapat merugikan proyek pada aspek biaya dan waktu, berbagai pihak yang menjadi Stakeholder tidak ingin kerugian tersebut berdampak pada mereka. Penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa terdapat Sembilan risiko yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditangani, risiko tersebut berhubungan tentang aspek pengendalian biaya dan waktu. Setelah penetapan Sembilan risiko prioritas dipilihlah 15 strategi penanganan untuk mencegah kerugian meluas dan menjadi acuan proyek Pembangunan JDU SPAM WOSUSOKAS Segmen 3 pada penanggulangan risiko tersebut.

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah sebuah permasalahan dalam bidang transportasi yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus. Untuk menurunkan frekuensi kecelakaan, khususnya di Kota Surakarta yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini, sangat penting untuk mengkaji klasifikasi kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model klasifikasi kecelakaan di Kota Surakarta dengan menggunakan regresi logistik multinomial, sebuah metode dalam machine learning. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi kecelakaan, tipe tabrakan, kondisi cahaya, cuaca, fungsi jalan, kelas jalan, kondisi geometrik jalan, kondisi permukaan jalan, dan kemiringan jalan. Data kecelakaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Berdasarkan temuan dari penelitian ini, terdapat enam variabel yang secara signifikan memengaruhi peningkatan klasifikasi kecelakaan menjadi kecelakaan berat dan empat variabel yang secara signifikan memengaruhi peningkatan klasifikasi kecelakaan menjadi kecelakaan sedang. Meskipun akurasi model mencapai 72%, model yang dihasilkan masih perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal klasifikasi pada kelas minoritas. Penelitian di masa depan diharapkan dapat menangani data yang tidak seimbang sebagaimana yang terjadi dalam penelitian ini agar dapat memperbaiki kinerja model yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Simpang Empat Titik Nol KM Yogyakarta menjadi pusat lalu lintas sebagi pertemuan jalur utama yang menghubungkan berbagai wilayah di Kota Yogyakarta. Kendaraan yang melintasi simpang ini menghasilkan kadar emisi gas buang kendaraan yang signifikan tiap harinya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian untuk mengoptimasi kinerja Simpang Empat Titik Nol KM sehingga dapat meminimalisir emisi gas buang kendaraan yang dihasilkan. Analisis kinerja simpang menggunakan perangkat lunak PTV Vistro metode Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) 2010 berdasarkan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) dan tundaan (D), pada kondisi eksisting dan setelah optimasi. Analisis emisi gas buang kendaraan menggunakan rumus dari LAPI-ITB. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kinerja simpang yang ditandai dengan penurunan nilai tundaan simpang setelah dilakukan optimasi kinerja. Kinerja Simpang Empat Titik Nol KM menghasilkan nilai tundaan (D) = 30,18 det/smp menjadi 22,3 det/smp pada jam sibuk pagi serta nilai tundaan (D) = 50,47 det/smp menjadi 27,4 det/smp pada jam sibuk sore. Peningkatan kinerja simpang berpengaruh positif dengan menurunnya nilai emisi gas buang kendaraan yang dihasilkan. Emisi gas buang kendaraan mengalami penurunan sebesar 52,85% pada jam sibuk pagi dan 63,26% pada jam sibuk sore dalam semua jenis gas yang dianalisis.

Abstract

Building construction requires selecting efficient construction methods to achieve the desired project objectives. This research aims to compare conventional and modular construction methods in the implementation of walls and floor plates, with a focus on cost and time analysis. The case study taken is the construction of the Satpol PP Building. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through field observations and interviews with parties involved in the project, while secondary data was obtained from project documents, literature and other related references. Data analysis was carried out with comparing the total costs and time required for each construction method.

Abstract

Proses revitalisasi perkotaan merupakan suatu proses penataan ruang secara terencana. Di dalam proses revitalisasi, banyak terdapat hierarki proses dimana proses yang terjadi pada lingkup internal jarang terlihat walaupun memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan yang tinggi. Seperti halnya terdapat pada Lokus Penataan RW 01 Mojo, Surakarta yang menjadi studi kasus dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perubahan proses tersebut dimana terdapat proses formal yang menjadi acuan utama, serta penambahan proses informal baru yang menjadi pembahasannya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu variabel proses revitalisasi, variabel jenis tahapan proses, dan variabel perubahan pada proses. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan analisis koding dan deskriptif secara mendalam pada setiap variabelnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perubahan pada proses revitalisasi pada studi kasus dengan hasil terdapat proses informal tambahan yang terbentuk diantara proses formal yang telah direncanakan dikarenakan dua faktor, yaitu faktor stakeholder dan faktor urgensi.

Abstract

Penetapan jenis tata guna lahan tertentu pada suatu area dapat menciptakan aktivitas lalu lintas. Salah satu jenis tata guna lahan yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap pergerakan lalu lintas adalah pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan Yosodipuro saat jam puncak akibat aktivitas antar jemput sekolah dibandingkan saat jam tidak puncak di mana tidak ada aktivitas antar jemput sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan mengambil sampel data kendaraan yang melewati Jalan Yosodipuro. Data yang diambil yaitu geometri jalan, arus lalu lintas, kecepatan mobil penumpang, dan hambatan samping yang ada. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada jam 06.30- 09.00 WIB dan jam 10.30-13.30 WIB dengan menggunakan aplikasi traffic counter. Data tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2023). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pelayanan ruas Jalan Yosodipuro saat puncak pagi dan siang adalah D, dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan yaitu 0,82 dan 0,80. Pada jam tidak puncak ruas Jalan Yosodipuro menunjukkan tingkat pelayanan B baik saat pagi maupun siang, dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan yaitu 0,35 dan 0,41. Selain dampak aktivitas sekolah, terdapat faktor lain yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja ruas jalan, sehingga pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti faktor-faktor tersebut.

Abstract

The main objective of designing Plaza Utama Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru Sub-district, is to efficiently utilize open space according to the needs of the desired activities. By designing outdoor furniture that supports these activities, Plaza Utama is expected to function as a communal space for social and cultural activities while maintaining environmental sustainability and beauty. Research was conducted at this location for one year using a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data directly from the field. The design results explained that the Main Plaza of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park applies the principles of sustainable architecture using environmentally friendly materials and designs that blend with nature. Climate-responsive technologies, such as rainwater capture systems and the adaptation of building forms to the environment, are also integrated. Plants were selected based on their suitability for Indonesia's tropical climate. This design concept refers to the area master plan, ensuring alignment with the grand vision of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Master Plan.

Abstract

Buildings that are unique and different from most of the buildings around them can be striking and attract attention, besides this difference in design can also become branding and a landmark for the area. This can also be seen in the unique Notaris Kantoor building located in Bojonegoro Regency, so the aim of making this building an object of criticism is to introduce the design of this building to the general public to use as design inspiration and break the negative stigma about the building in question. The criticism methods used are normative criticism, interpretive criticism and descriptive criticism. Normatively, this building is a new building that was deliberately designed with a Dutch colonial concept, the choice of shape, materials and colors gives a calm impression so that it is easy to remember as an iconic place in the Bojonegoro area. Interpretatively, this building might give rise to a different perspective from the public towards the building owner who considers the owner of this building to have a high RAS and social strata. However, despite this, this building still fits in the area and has a distinctive characteristic in the minds of the people. Descriptively, this building has 2 viewpoints from which you can enjoy its beauty because it is located in the corner area of ​​a T-junction so the view is not disturbed by other buildings and choosing the right materials makes this building have more aesthetic value. Based on the results of this criticism, it can be concluded that the Notaris Kantoor building has a unique and striking Dutch colonial design style. The choice of location, color, ornaments and materials is very precise, giving the impression that it is not excessive so that the negative stigma about building designs that are considered haunted and related to the owner's RAS can be broken.

Abstract

Climate change and global warming have become major global concerns due to their significant impacts on the environment and human life. One of the primary contributors to climate change is Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, which are generated by various industrial activities, including the construction sector. PT Kaltim Methanol Industri, one of Indonesia's largest methanol producers, plans to add a new unit for CO₂ injection to enhance its production capacity. In this new unit, the reciprocating compressor machine foundation is a crucial structural component that must not only meet technical requirements but also consider environmental impacts, particularly GHG emissions produced during the construction process. This study employs the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method to identify the life cycle stages that contribute the most to GHG emissions and to compare the GHG emissions of various foundation types, namely standard block foundation, spring-supported foundation types 1, 2, and 3. The dimensions of each foundation type are 10.2 m in length and 6.2 m in width, with varying heights: standard block foundation (1.5 m), spring-supported type 1 (1.25 m), spring-supported type 2 (1.0 m), and spring-supported type 3 (0.75 m). The height above ground for each foundation type is 0.35 m. The study results indicate that the raw material stage contributes the most emissions, with the highest emissions recorded in the standard block foundation at 65,969.8476 kgCO₂e. Meanwhile, the foundation with the lowest emissions is the spring-supported type 3, producing 36,550.0597 kgCO₂e.

Abstract

Backwater is a condition where the flow of river water is obstructed, causing the water level to rise and overflow into the surrounding area. The backwater phenomenon is the main cause of flood inundation in Sewu Village. The confluence of two rivers, namely the main Bengawan Solo River and the Boro River, causes the flow of water from the Boro River to be obstructed due to the higher elevation of the River in the Bengawan Solo River. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of the Boro River backwater on flood inundation in Sewu Village with a 20-year (Q20), 25-year (Q25), and 50-year (Q50) return period flood discharge using the Soil Conservation Service synthetic unit hydrograph method with HEC-HMS software. This research uses hydraulic simulation by simulating river flow to find out the location of backwater that causes runoff. The results showed that the 20-year return period flood discharge (Q20) of 12.3 m³/s, 25-year return period (Q25) of 12.8 m³/s, and 50-year return period (Q50) of 14.4 m³/s significantly affected the water level in Boro River, which resulted in an increase in the flood inundation area in Sewu Village. Hydraulic simulations revealed that the critical point of backwater in Boro River affects the maximum water depth of the river, such as the 20-year return period (Q20) has an increase difference of 0.40 meters, the 25-year return period (Q25) of 0.32 meters, and the 50-year return period (Q50) of 0.45 meters.
