Abstract

The issue underlying this research is the low critical thinking skills of students in SMAN 3 Ciamis which is caused by the learning process which still uses traditional, one-way methods and does not develop students' thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to determine students' critical thinking skills after applying Inquiry Leaning, Discovery Learning and Conventional methods. The method used is quasi-experimental with a Counterbalance research design. The instrument in the research was multiple choice complex questions that measured students' critical thinking skills. The results of analysis and testing using One Way Anova show that there are differences in students' critical thinking abilities from each treatment carried out in each class with different methods so that the hypothesis proposed can be accepted. Judging from the results of the acquisition of the average value (mean) of students' critical thinking skills in each study, it shows that classes using the Inquiry Leaning model are always higher than the Discovery Learning and conventional models. The conclusion of this study is that the Inquiry Learning model is more effective in improving critical thinking skills compared to Discovery Learning and conventional learning models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sektor pendidikan dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas tenaga pendidik dan administratif. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model kajian kepustakaan, penelitian ini menggambarkan fenomena terkait pengambilan keputusan manajemen SDM yang terjadi saat ini maupun masa lalu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis dan menggabungkan berbagai literatur seperti jurnal, buku, dokumen, dan sumber pustaka lainnya yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan fenomena pengambilan keputusan dalam perekrutan, alokasi sumber daya, evaluasi kinerja, dan pengembangan karyawan di lembaga pendidikan berdasarkan data sekunder yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan manajemen SDM serta menyoroti perlunya peningkatan kapasitas pengambil keputusan dengan menggunakan analisis cost-benefit, model seleksi efektif, dan strategi pengembangan karyawan terstruktur untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM pendidik dan administratif. Implikasinya adalah pentingnya investasi dalam manajemen SDM melalui pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk memastikan sumber daya manusia berkualitas di sektor pendidikan.

Abstract

The decline in people's income causes their financial prosperity. This can occur due to a lack of public awareness in managing finances for the future or a lack of interest in investing. This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) on investment interest. This research is a quantitative descriptive study involving 205 respondents who met the criteria, namely adults and not yet invested. Sampling was carried out using voluntary sampling techniques from people who were willing to become respondents. The data collected is primary data obtained directly from respondents by filling out an online questionnaire. The research results show that the respondents' financial knowledge is in the low category, while the respondents' financial attitudes and behavior are in the medium category. The investment interest of all respondents is in the low category. The results of the analysis also show that investment interest is directly influenced by financial knowledge and financial attitudes. Financial knowledge has an indirect influence on investment interest, namely through financial attitudes. It is hoped that the public can increase their financial literacy and interest in investing through socialization, advocacy and mentoring programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran guru, metode yang digunakan, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di MAN 3 Sragen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian adalah MAN 3 Sragen, dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila sangat penting, meliputi fungsi sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, fasilitator, penasehat, dan pelatih. Metode yang digunakan oleh guru meliputi kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Faktor pendukungnya meliputi semangat siswa, lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat, serta kolaborasi antara siswa dan guru. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran guru memiliki dampak signifikan dalam perkembangan peserta didik, dengan kemampuannya dalam merubah karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

Prenatal education can be understood as a conscious effort by prospective parents, especially mothers, to guide and educate the fetus until it is born, with the aim of creating a good personality such as emotional intelligence and intelligence. Islamic teachings state that the pregnancy (prenatal) period is the determining period for a child's future life. The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of prenatal education from Tarbawi's perspective. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method, using library research or a literature review. Data collection techniques include identifying discourses, journals, articles, and books related to the research title and analyzing data using content analysis. The research results show that it is important for prospective babies to receive care from both parents, especially from the mother, in the form of Islamic amulets given through activities such as devotions, reading the Koran, listening to prayers, and so on. and get adequate nutrition.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui potensi resiko dalam pengambilan keputusan di dunia pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode literatur review. Pengambilan keputusan adalah proses krusial dalam manajemen pendidikan yang memerlukan pemikiran sistematis dan analitis untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan mencapai tujuan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan bahwa terdapat proses pengambilan keputusan seperti pendekatan sistematis terhadap pengambilan keputusan melibatkan pengumpulan fakta-fakta, data, dan alternatif yang matang, diikuti dengan tindakan yang dianggap paling tepat berdasarkan evaluasi yang cermat. Tahapan dalam pengambilan kebijakan meliputi memastikan tujuan spesifik, mengidentifikasi masalah, mengembangkan alternatif, mengevaluasi alternatif, memilih alternatif terbaik, melaksanakan keputusan, dan melakukan pengendalian serta evaluasi. Dan identifikasi risiko sebagai panduan dalam pengambilan keputusan serta analisis risiko menjadi landasan penting bagi seorang pemimpin dalam pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Dengan mengidentifikasi potensi risiko yang terkait dengan setiap pilihan yang tersedia, seorang pemimpin dapat mengevaluasi dampak dan probabilitas terjadinya masing-masing risiko. Keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan sangat bergantung pada tingginya mutu keputusan yang diambil oleh para manajer yang memimpin. Dengan kata lain dapat dikatakan bahwa di dalam lembaga yang berkualitas maka keputusan-keputusan yang diambil pun adalah keputusan yang berkualitas, apakah dilihat dari proses ataupun hasil dari keputusan tersebut, maka dari itu kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin harus memahami teori dan praktik pengambilan keputusan karena hal tersebut menjadi unsur kunci dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Dalam menjalankan peran kepemimpinannya, kepala sekolah harus dapat mengambil berbagai keputusan yang mendukung kemajuan sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah intensitas layanan konseling spiritual dapat membantu pemerintah RI mewujudkan generasi Eminen di tahun 2045. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan oleh DPR RI Bidang Kesra - Komisi VIII terdapat 1.993 kasus penyimpangan perilaku pada dan oleh anak. Dari jumlah tersebut, ada 861 kasus terjadi pada saat anak berada di lingkup satuan Pendidikan. Menurut kajian dari Komisi VIII DPR RI tersebut, kekerasan dan penyimpangan prilaku ini dapat saja meningkat jika tidak segera diatasi (Achmad Muchaddam Fahham, 2024) Oleh sebab itu, peneliti berupaya untuk mencari solusi agar tujuan menciptakan Generasi Eminen dapat segera terwujud. Mengingat adanya kesenjangan antara harapan menciptakan generasi eminen dengan fakta yang ada di lapangan, maka penelitian harus dilakukan sesegera mungkin.  Peneltian ini akan menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mencapai sebuah paradigma baru. Himpunan data penelitian berupa temuan literasi, observasi dan kuesioner akan dianalisis, direduksi, divalidasi dan diverifikasi dengan saksama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orangtua, konselor spiritual dan psikolog sangat membantu pemerintah dalam menciptakan Generasi Eminen.

Abstract

The e-Bupot application for government agencies is an information technology solution provided by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) of Republic of Indonesia. The e-Bupot is designed to simplify the fulfillment of tax obligations and enhance the overall convenience of taxpayers. The aim of this reseach were analysed the taxpayer’s acceptance and satisfaction levels, and also improved the understanding of taxpayer’s compliance among users of the e-Bupot application, which comprising all government agencies that registered as taxpayers in Bali Regional Office of the DGT. This research integrated the Meta-UTAUT model along with the ISS Model to analyze the acceptance of e-Bupot. Adopting a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used in this research was purposive, utilized online questionaire survey that were completed by 172 respondents. Data analysis for this research was conducted by using the PLS method with SmartPLS version 3 software. The results of this research show that some factors including the effort expectancy, information quality, service quality, system quality, attitude, trust, and behavioral intention were identified as important factors that encourage the use behavior of taxpayers in utilizing the e-Bupot application and finally influencing their tax compliance.

Abstract

Women in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often need help marketing their products or services, including limited access to resources for promotion and distribution. Restricted accessibility and a lack of understanding of digital technology are significant barriers limiting their marketing potential. Digital literacy becomes a crucial element that can change the paradigm and open opportunities for women MSMEs to overcome these challenges. This study aims to understand the experiences and skills of women MSMEs in applying digital literacy and propose a community-based education model to enhance marketing capabilities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. A total of 15 informants from the MSME community members of the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Association (IPMI) Palembang were selected based on inclusion criteria, including experience in the MSME business, a minimum education level of high school, and active involvement in marketing activities. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with an interview guide covering themes of digital literacy and marketing skills. Most respondents have a low level of digital literacy and limitations in using digital technology for business. The main challenges faced are difficulties adapting to digital technology and concerns about digital security. Most respondents still rely on conventional marketing methods and feel less confident managing digital marketing campaigns. Digital literacy and marketing skills remain significant challenges for women MSMEs in Palembang. A community-based education model is needed to overcome these obstacles, including digital literacy workshops, mentor-mentee programs, experience-sharing sessions, and specific skills training.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the concept of mental health from a hadith perspective, which is an important part of Islamic teachings. Using literature research methods, this study analyses various hadiths that are relevant to understanding the principles of mental health taught by the Prophet Muhammad. We thoroughly studied a total of 12 articles and 3 books related to this topic. The research results show that mental health in the hadith includes principles such as feelings of security, independence, responsibility, and physical and spiritual balance. These hadiths illuminate the significance of preserving mental health in the pursuit of life, emphasizing the need for appreciation and care. This study contributes to the development of a spiritual understanding of mental health, as well as offering guidance for Muslims in maintaining mental well-being based on hadith teachings.
