Abstract

Organizations are facing various challenges, including the impact of their activities on the surrounding environment. Green accounting is a field of accounting that records, measures, and reports the environmental impact of a company's operational activities, including costs and benefits. The implementation of green accounting has also begun at one of the BUMDes in Central Java, namely BUMDes Janti Jaya. Stakeholders are also suspected of having a strong influence in ensuring that the organization plays a good role in environmental management. This study aims to determine the role of stakeholders in the implementation of environmental accountability at BUMDes Janti Jaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through interviews in focus group discussion sessions. The data analysis method was carried out by developing a pentahelix model. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the implementation of environmental accounting has begun at BUMDes Janti Jaya, although there is not yet a major item in the financial report, but in the future it will be implemented. The involvement of internal and external stakeholders has actually occurred in overseeing the implementation of environmental accounting carried out by BUMDes. The involvement of internal stakeholders such as BUMDes administrators and external involvement in the pentahelix model occurs starting from five actors: academics, the private sector or business actors, the community, the government, and the media.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of a hybrid work model that combines remote work and physical presence. This model has been implemented by 74% of global companies and is preferred by 83% of employees, transforming core Human Resource Management (HRM) functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, and retention. Despite significant benefits such as recruitment efficiency, reduced training time, and increased productivity, understanding the impact of this model on the HRM function and the adaptive strategies required remains limited. This research uses a narrative review with literature analysis from 2015–2025, focusing on the five main functions of HR and supported by Strategic HRM theory, the AMO Framework, and the Ulrich HR Model. The results highlight the digitalization of recruitment processes, the adaptation of digital training, changes to results-based performance management, and the need for new strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. HR is transforming into a strategic partner that prioritizes digital competency and data analytics. In conclusion, the hybrid work model fundamentally changes the HRM function and demands holistic strategic adaptation. This research contributes to HRM theory and practice in the hybrid work era by offering guidance on technology- and work culture-based adaptation.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly reshaped marketing, with over 74% of global marketers expected to adopt AI by 2025. Among its most transformative uses is AI-powered personalization, which can increase customer loyalty by 20% and retention by 19%. However, most studies remain limited to single industries, overlooking cross-sectoral differences in adoption, effectiveness, and customer expectations. This study analyzes how AI personalization influences customer experience across industries, identifies moderating contextual factors, and proposes best practices. Using a narrative review approach, literature from major databases (2015–2025) was examined through thematic synthesis and conceptual mapping. Findings show that AI personalization enhances emotional and behavioral responses and perceived effectiveness. Its impact, however, varies by sector—driven by differences in technology infrastructure, customer needs, and data regulations. AI personalization holds significant potential but requires context-sensitive implementation tailored to industry-specific challenges and expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency, and activity ratios on the financial performance of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Liquidity is measured using the current ratio, solvency using the debt to equity ratio, and activity using total asset turnover. Company financial performance is measured through return on assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of construction companies obtained from the official IDX website. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26 software. The results show that CR has a negative and significant effect on ROA partially, and DER has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Then TATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Furthermore, CR, DER, and TATO have a significant effect on ROA simultaneously.

Abstract

Nutritional problems in Indonesia remain a major challenge in the development of a healthy and productive human resource base. The Free Nutritious Meal Program ( MBG), implemented by Dapur Independent in the Village Karya Mulya, Kesambi District, Cirebon City, serves as one of the efforts to address this issue. This study aims to analyze the role of persuasive communication by Dapur Mandiri administrators in conveying the benefits of the MBG program to the community. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 31 program beneficiaries. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results show that persuasive communication — characterized by the use of easily understood language, a friendly approach, clear information delivery, and community involvement in evaluation — significantly contributed to the program's effectiveness. The majority of respondents indicated that the information provided increased their trust in the program, raised their nutritional awareness, and improved coordination and service organization. These findings highlight the critical role of persuasive communication in enhancing community participation and the success of nutrition-based social programs.
