Abstract

Abstract The marketing of pottery is getting better because the successors of these SMEs are no longer stuttering technology, they have made sales through various social media, there are even young pottery entrepreneurs who have been able and concentrated on selling their pottery abroad, although the standard of pottery for export must meet the requirements and high standards, so it requires painstakingness as well as caution in its manufacture. The problems experienced by partners are 1) Melikan Village has the potential to develop pottery products, moreover pottery is one of Klaten's brand images (precisely Melikan Wedi village), how to prepare an effective marketing strategy, 2) Pottery in Melikan Village, Wedi District, still has potential and still exists, for that it needs to be supported how pottery marketing can be improved so as to accelerate growth, 3) how to make Melikan Wedi pottery SMEs able to compete with competitors. The objectives of this assistance and coaching are 1) to prepare an effective marketing strategy, 2) to accelerate growth, 3) to be able to compete with competitors. The methods applied to overcome partner problems are a) providing educational provision of mentoring, coaching training so that Melikan pottery SMIs are able to analyse their marketing, b) organising mentoring, training on better marketing methods to produce more effective marketing, c) providing training to pottery human resources in order to strengthen the human resources of Melikan pottery SMIs to be able to compete with other pottery competitors. The targets and outcomes achieved in this mentoring and coaching programme are to provide an identity as a pottery craftsman who is able to compete and continue to grow into a solid pottery SMI, provide direction and guidance to focus on pottery marketing analysis programmes and coaching of stakeholders as well as the effectiveness of pottery marketing. Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the outreach program in the context of community service activities with the theme "Increasing Marketing Knowledge for Small and Medium Enterprises" (UKM) is to overcome the challenges often faced by SMEs in developing their businesses in an era of increasingly tight market competition. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is about knowledge of marketing concepts as well as marketing knowledge in business management, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance in the form of power point) (b) Questions and answers and discussion of the results of the implementation of the extension program from Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) actors in Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The results of outreach activities are expected to provide a strong understanding of marketing concept knowledge and marketing knowledge in managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) businesses, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance. Abstract

Abstract Kaliboto Green Institute (KGI) is a business activity: economy, environment and education have the potential as one of the nodes and multiplyer effects for economic activities around Mojogedang District. In this regard, the PKM Team of the Faculty of Economics, University of Surakarta was present at community service activities, by making training and assistance in preparing business plans, especially for the category of novice entrepreneurs. Prior to the training, a survey was conducted to. Training on business plan preparation is carried out through lectures, discussions and practices guided by the service team. The participants of this training were 9 (nine) managers from the technical and management implementation levels. After the training, KGI managers are expected to produce a business design with an integrated business model This service is considered important strategic efforts in developing KGI's role in increasing business potential as a learning center, especially answering Indicators. Abstract

Abstract The aim of the training activity with the theme of using digital marketing in developing MSME marketing in Karangrejo village is to provide knowledge about digital marketing as well as training in the application of digital marketing. The methods used in this training are training, mentoring, and practice in using digital marketing. The stages of implementing this event include observation, interviews, training and evaluation. The material provided consists of an introduction to digital marketing, an explanation of digital marketing, an explanation of several problems that MSMEs often face when marketing so that sales turnover is stagnant, an explanation of several foreign terms related to digital marketing, then continued with practices related to digital marketing through the Canva application for photo/ video editing. products and create social media accounts. The impact of this training is that Legit Bali MSMEs can increase sales turnover because they have mastered how to carry out promotions through digital marketing in the form of publications on Instagram and Facebook, and can reach buyers from all regions. Abstract

Abstract The implementation of this Community Service PKM activity aims to provide eco-enzyme training to partners aimed at PKK mothers in the Jogorogo Village environment, Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency to process their kitchen waste into useful liquids for the earth. This dedication aims to solve the problem of stacking kitchen waste that mounts to be processed into eco-enzyme liquid. The steps taken in achieving the objectives of PKM-PM begin with observation of environmental conditions, socialization about eco-enzymes, eco-enzyme training, monitoring the development of eco-enzymes, and ending with eco-enzyme harvesting activities. PKM activities will be published in journals, articles, and social media, so that it can be known by the wider community, that there is training on making eco-enzymes given to PKK mothers in Jogorogo Village in an effort to realize economic independence and utilize kitchen waste. Abstract

Abstract Interpersonal communication can be called interpersonal communication. Interpersonal effectiveness is determined by how the message is conveyed. Positive attitude refers to at least two aspects of interpersonal communication. First, interpersonal communication is fostered if people have a positive attitude towards themselves. Second, positive feelings for the communication situation are essential for effective interaction. Communication quality is establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships through communication. Communication is effective when the sender receives and understands the message as intended, followed up with voluntary action by the recipient. It can improve the quality of interpersonal relationships, and there are no obstacles to it. This service is carried out to help several UAD's fair participants (counselees) get an overview of how the communication process effectively achieves its goals. This activity is carried out through individual counseling guidance methods with a team of psychologists at Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta, with an evaluation of filling out a checklist sheet after counseling. Abstract

Abstract During the Covid-19 pandemic, all lines had to do 3M, namely washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance. The policy taken by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic was that all citizens were required to work from home to anticipate the spread of the virus. One of the impacts of this policy is the decline in the community's economy, so the government provides assistance to the community to help the economy. In order to receive this assistance, the Dukuh Village government must collect data on its residents affected by Covid-19. The data collection process cannot be carried out face to face and most Dukuh Village officials are not yet able to take advantage of technological advances. This is motivation for the service team to help provide solutions by holding training on creating Google forms for Dukuh Village officials as a medium for collecting data on residents affected by CoViD-19. The aim of providing this training is so that the Dukuh Village Government can obtain valid data and continue to follow the health protocols set by the government. Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Team activities carried out in Jogorogo Village, Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency is to explore the village's potential so that it can be used as a regional superior product and assist MSMEs who do not yet have business permits with Online Single Submission. Participants in this activity were representatives of the Jogorogo village government and MSME groups. Methods used: Preparation stage, assessment and agreement stage, action planning and activity implementation stage, action planning and activity implementation stage, evaluation stage, termination stage. The results of this service activity were the first to discover the village's potential, namely the abundance of rambutan fruit which was successfully made into processed rambutan fruit as a superior product for the Jogorogo region. Secondly, 12 MSMEs have successfully registered with the OSS for business licensing.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the outreach program in the context of community service activities with the theme "Increasing knowledge of the use of technology in facing opportunities and challenges for MSME business actors" is to empower MSMEs in Selomoro Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency with the knowledge, skills and support needed to utilize technology in marketing them, so that they can compete more effectively in an increasingly competitive global market. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is the marketing challenges faced, the potential use of technology for MSME business actors, and digital market opportunities for MSME business actors; in powerpoint form) (b) Questions and answers and discussion of the results of the implementation of the outreach program provide an opportunity for participants to exchange information and discuss the challenges and solutions they face in facing the digital market. In this session, it is hoped that MSME business actors in Selomoro Village can overcome the challenges they face and take advantage of the opportunities available to improve their overall business performance. Abstract

Abstract This Community Service Program is in collaboration with SME partners of processed catfish products located in Kampung Lele Boyolali, precisely in Mangkubumen Tegalrejo Village, Sawit District, Boyolali Regency with a distance of about 25 km from Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. This community service focuses more on digital marketing training to support promotion programs. This community service activity will discuss digital marketing including training in applying social media and e-commerce to promote. The results of this community service activity are able to provide convenience for catfish processed SME to expand access to marketing of SME products, besides that the enthusiasm of the participants who participated in this activity is expected to be able to improve the quality of marketing and the quantity of products sold. Because with the application of digital marketing, it can reach a wider target market, up to outside the region.
