Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze community-based marketing strategies and partnerships undertaken by Kaliboto Green Institute, an institution engaged in goat farming, fish farming, and fermented animal feed processing in Central Java. Using a qualitative approach through case studies, this research explores the role of local communities and strategic partnerships in expanding markets and increasing product sales. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The results show that community-based marketing is effective in strengthening local community involvement and increasing product acceptance in the market. Partnerships with cooperatives and educational institutions also contributed significantly in supporting product marketing and distribution. However, some challenges such as coordination among partners and limited resources need to be addressed to improve the success of the program. This study provides practical guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to leverage the power of community and partnerships in marketing strategies. In addition, the findings also have implications for the development of sustainable marketing policies in the livestock and fisheries sectors. Abstract

Abstract From the past until now, many parents feel confused and difficult in shaping positive behavior in children. Parents also often feel unable to understand their children's behavior that always tests their patience, so it is not uncommon for parents to become angry and apply punishment to children. This has an impact on the formation of children's perceptions that become negative towards parents. The child will feel that he is not understood, causing him to behave negatively such as lying, not doing his responsibilities at home, and others. One of the efforts that can be made to improve children's positive behavior is for parents to apply effective communication to children in interaction. With this Community Service Activity, it is hoped that it can provide new understanding, knowledge and skills for parents in implementing interpersonal communication with children. Therefore, a warm relationship between parents and children can be established, so that it is followed by positive behavior in children that will also increase. Activities are carried out using the counseling method, namely interpersonal by providing understanding and knowledge related to interpersonal communication so that it becomes a new skill that parents will learn in applying communication when interacting with children. The results of this activity show that parents gain new understanding, knowledge and skills related to applying interpersonal communication when interacting with children. In addition, parents realize that the communication applied so far with children is not appropriate, causing frequent conflicts and having an impact on children's negative behavior. Abstract

Abstract This community service aims to help Toko Atopia. this business started from home in Sambi, Boyolali, in facing the challenges of limited market reach and difficulties in the in-person shopping process. To overcome these problems, this community service focuses on creating an e-commerce website designed to make it easier for customers to shop online and expand Toko Atopia's market reach. With the launch of this website, it is expected to improve product accessibility, transaction efficiency, and customer shopping experience. This service method includes designing and developing an e-commerce website that includes a product catalog and important features to improve interaction with customers. Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of coffee MSMEs in Pati Regency to meet the challenges of the global market, particularly in penetrating export channels. The main focus of the program is on mentoring product innovation and implementing sustainable marketing strategies aligned with international market demands. The implementation method includes need assessments, product innovation workshops (flavor diversification and packaging design), digital and sustainable marketing training, and export procedure simulations. The program employed a participatory approach through workshops, hands-on practices, and technical assistance. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments as well as direct observation of participants’ implementation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding (average increase of 68%) and their ability to develop new products and utilize digital platforms for promotion. This activity demonstrates that strategic collaboration and practical mentoring effectively equip MSMEs with the skills and confidence to compete in the export market.  Keywords: Product Innovation, Sustainable Marketing, Mentoring

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity was carried out in Gunung Putri Village, Bogor Regency, with the aim of increasing the digital capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through videography training. A total of 25 MSME players participated in the two-day training which included a basic introduction to videography, practice in making promotional videos, and presentation of the participants' work. The training method was conducted in a participatory manner through a combination of theoretical material, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to produce product promotion videos that were creative, informative, and in accordance with the characteristics of their respective businesses. Documentation of the activity shows the high enthusiasm of the participants, which reflects the need and interest in digital marketing skills. Despite obstacles such as limited tools and limited training time, this activity had a positive impact on improving the digital skills of MSME players, especially in the aspects of branding and promotion. This training is the first step in supporting the digital transformation of local MSMEs to expand market access and improve competitiveness in the digital economy era. Abstract

Abstract This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy among the residents of Ngargorejo Village, Ngemplak Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, by providing training on social media as a tool for promoting the village’s tourism potential. Ngargorejo Village possesses significant tourism potential, including natural beauty, local culture, and distinctive products. However, the community's limited knowledge of social media utilization poses a major challenge in effectively promoting these assets. The training program was designed using a participatory workshop approach, involving ten participants from local tourism managers and small business owners (UMKM). The training materials covered the creation of social media accounts, content development, management strategies, and hands-on practice. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of social media, with the average pre-test score of 49 increasing to 85 in the post-test. Additionally, the quality of participants uploaded content showed notable improvements in terms of visualization, narrative, and consistency. However, challenges remained, including low initial digital literacy, limited internet infrastructure, and inconsistency in content management after the training. To address these issues, the program provided solutions such as individualized mentoring, structured content guidelines, and the establishment of a village social media management team. This program has successfully provided the community with relevant digital skills, enabling them to independently promote their village’s potential. Recommendations for program sustainability include advanced training, infrastructure improvements, and local government support for regular content management. Abstract

Penyuluhan pengembangan motivasi wirausaha budidaya Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Desa Sewurejo Kecamatan Mojogedang Kabupaten Karanganyar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan wanita agar mampu memberikan sumbangan manfaat ekonomi dan menambah penghasian keluarga.Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan pada hari Rabu, 7 Maret 2018 di Balai Desa Sewurejo dengan peserta sebanyak 25 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, serta diskusi. Respon masyarakat sangat baik terhadap kegiatan tersebut dan mengakui bahwa dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dalam memanfaatkan pekarangan dan alam sekitar untuk pengembangan dan budidaya tanaman obat keluarga yang mampu membawa pada peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan program penyuluhan berwirausaha bagi karang taruna Desa Jati,Kecamatan Jaten, Kabupaten Karanganyar adalah memberikan wacana kepada masyarakatterhadap pentingnya berwirausaha. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan dua metode: (a)Presentasi (materi yang disampaikan pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah caraberwirausaha dalam bentuk powerpoint) (b) Tanya Jawab dan diskusi (peserta penyuluhandiberi kesempatan untuk bertanya dan berbagi pengalaman usaha baik yang hampir berhasilmaupun yang belum berhasil agar dapat ditemukan solusi terbaik dalam rangka peningkatanusaha). Hasil pelaksanaan program penyuluhan adalah masyarakat memperoleh pengetahuandan pemahaman tentang pentingnya berwirausaha dan mendapatkan beberapa strategi usahayang paling efektif dan efisien di era digitalisasi.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dalam bentuk pemberian bantuan mesinpenetas telur dan penyuluhan telah dilakukan tim pengabdi Universitas Surakarta padaKelompok Peternak Puyuh “AGRI BIRD” gabungan 7 peternak puyuh. Lokasi mitra di DusunGunungwijil, Desa Ngringo, Kecamatan Jaten, Kabupaten Karanganyar Jawa Tengah.Permasalahan yang semula dihadapi para peternak adalah belum mampu menetaskan sendiritelur puyuh padahal harga anakan puyuh lumayan tinggi. Kebutuhan mitra meliputi alat penetastelur untuk anakan, pengelolaan keuangan, dan pemasaran telur puyuh. Tim pengabdi telahmemberikan bantuan mesin penetas serta memberikan penyuluhan tentang pengelolaankeuangan dan pemasaran kepada kelompok peternak tersebut.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuanbagaimana cara mengembangkan usaha dan keterampilan membuat produk kerajinan rajutan bagiibu-ibu, Meningkatkan kreatifitas bagi ibu-ibu untuk dapat mengembangkan produk rajutan bagipeserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini sehingga dapat mengisi waktu dengan merajut yang mananantinya dapat menjadi pemasukan bagi ibu-ibu, dan peserta pelatihan juga dapat menghitung hargapokok yang digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan harga jual produk rajutan sesuai dengan kebutuhandan selera pesanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pelatihanlangsung melalui 3 tahap yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pembuatan laporan.Evaluasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Dalam kegiatan pelatihan merajut ini ibu-ibudibimbing bagaimana cara membuat tas rajut hingga menguasai dan bisa menghasilkan minimal satuproduk rajut berupa tas atau dompet, selanjutnya ibu-ibu akan diberikan pembinaan bagaimana caramengembangkan usaha rajut di masyarakat. termasuk cara mempromosikannya melalui media sosialseperti facebook, instagram, whatsapp dan lain-lain. Selain itu, Anda juga bisa mempromosikannyamelalui kerabat, teman, dan tetangga terdekat Anda tentang produk yang Anda buat
