Abstract

Fenomena dalam nilai-nilai kepemimpinan umumya pada kalangan muda mengalami kemunduran yang sangat signifikan, dalam hal ini, peneliti melakukan kegiatan pendampingan pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi siswa SMA dan SMK di Kabupaten Purbalingga dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya membentuk karakter pemimpin muda yang berintegritas, bertanggung jawab, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses, tantangan, serta dampak dari kegiatan pendampingan pelatihan kepemimpinan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kepemimpinan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pendampingan dilakukan secara terstruktur melalui sesi pelatihan interaktif, simulasi kepemimpinan, serta mentoring personal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan, manajemen konflik, serta kepercayaan diri siswa. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan organisasi sekolah mengalami peningkatan signifikan setelah pelatihan. Pada susbtansinya, pendampingan pelatihan kepemimpinan yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan partisipatif mampu mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan siswa secara efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi program pendampingan serupa dalam kurikulum ekstrakurikuler sekolah di SMA dan SMK sebagai wujud bagian dari upaya pembinaan karakter dan kepemimpinan siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlibatan dalam proses pengurusan visa bagi Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) ke Turki di PT Dwi Tunggal Jaya Abadi dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web, yaitu Global ARS Cv. Sistem ini mendukung berbagai tahapan proses, mulai dari pengumpulan dokumen, input data, pelacakan status, hingga koordinasi dengan instansi terkait. Keterlibatan yang dilakukan berfokus pada dukungan administratif, seperti digitalisasi dokumen, pengunggahan data ke sistem, serta verifikasi kelengkapan dan konsistensi informasi. Kontribusi ini memberikan dukungan nyata dalam mempercepat waktu proses Visa Pekerja Migran Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, studi lapangan, literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari keterlibatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem berbasis web sangat membantu kelancaran alur kerja internal perusahaan PT Dwi Tunggal Jaya Abadi dan memastikan proses pengurusan visa bagi pekerja migran berjalan secara efisien dan sesuai prosedur. Kegiatan ini juga mencerminkan pentingnya peran bantuan teknis dalam mendukung transformasi digital layanan migrasi tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Pembuatan rumpon ikan merupakan salah satu upaya nyata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir sekaligus mendukung konservasi ekosistem laut. Kodam XV/Pattimura telah mengambil inisiatif membangun rumah rehabilitasi ikan dan rumpon di perairan Pantai Tapal Kuda, Ambon, yang dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat ekologis dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program pembuatan rumpon terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan lokal dan keberlanjutan ekosistem laut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan populasi ikan, keanekaragaman hayati, dan penghasilan nelayan di wilayah tersebut. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mengintegrasikan konservasi laut dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa siswa SD Negeri Kunatena tentang aplikasi microsoft office excel melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Pelatihan ini meliputi pengajaran dasar-dasar excel, penggunaan rumus, pembuatan garis tabel, dan penyimpanan dokumen. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis praktik langsung dengan penekanan pada partisipasi aktif siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan siswa dalam rumus excel sederhana, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung pembelajaran mereka di era digital.

Abstract

Strengthening the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step in encouraging community economic independence based on local potential. In Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya, the potential for handicrafts and processed natural products is quite large, but it is still constrained in terms of mastery of technology and access to digital markets. This community service activity aims to improve the skills of MSMEs in applying science and technology (IPTEK) and utilizing digital platforms for product marketing. The implementation method was carried out through interactive training and hands-on workshops, involving 25 participants from various household business groups. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the skills of creating a marketplace account, digital promotion design, and the use of simple applications for business registration. Despite the obstacles found such as limited digital literacy and internet infrastructure, this activity still has a positive impact on the spirit and adaptability of MSME actors to the digital era. This activity proves that a participatory and contextual training approach is able to bridge the technology gap and open up new economic opportunities for coastal communities.

Abstract

Community service activities (pkm) have a strategic role in increasing the capacity of human resources (HR), especially in the field of human resource management in the village government and village-owned enterprises (bumdes). Strengthening the competence of village officials through training is one of the real approaches in overcoming the problem of weak organizational management and village finances. One of the key factors for the success of the training program in PKM is the support from superiors or organizational leaders. This support not only encourages participation in training, but also ensures the sustainability of the implementation of training results in the field. HR management in training urgently needs the support of superiors through encouragement, discussion of training objectives, and providing opportunities for the application of skills that have a significant effect on the effectiveness of training transfer to the work environment. In the context of training village financial managers, the involvement of village heads or local leaders as a form of implementation of human resource management is a strategic aspect to create sustainable changes in work behavior. This review emphasizes that the integration of institutional support is an important part of human resource development through community-based training activities.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the key elements in the development of entrepreneurship among students. Students as the younger generation are not only required to have business ideas, but also the ability to create innovations that are worth selling. This community service activity aims to build and increase students' creativity in designing and implementing entrepreneurial ideas through project-based learning and business incubation programs. The activity was carried out within the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Palangka Raya, involving 40 students from various study programs. Implementation methods include creative training, brainstorming ideas, business simulations, and product prototyping. The results of the activity show that training designed in a participatory manner is able to improve students' ability to initiate innovative, market-oriented, and local potential-based products. In addition, the involvement of lecturers as mentors also provides significant support for the success of the training. It can be concluded that student creativity in entrepreneurship needs to be facilitated in a sustainable manner through a supportive campus ecosystem, ranging from training, mentoring, to market access.

Abstract

This research aims to develop effective organizational communication and training strategies in order to increase the success of internal promotions for employees within the Palangka Raya City Government. Internal promotion is one of the important instruments in fair and performance-based human resource management. However, the low effectiveness of vertical communication and limited competency development training are the main obstacles to the success of the promotion. The research was conducted through qualitative and quantitative approaches with survey, interview, and simulation training techniques. The results show that non-open communication and lack of understanding of promotional standards are the main inhibiting factors. The training designed in this activity is able to increase the understanding and readiness of employees in participating in the promotion process. The recommendations are directed at strengthening two-way internal communication and a structured and ongoing training program.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to analyze the importance of training and competency development for female employees within the Palangka Raya Provincial Government. The main focus is directed at the identification of training needs, barriers to self-development, and the effectiveness of need-based training. The methods used included a survey of 40 female employees, in-depth interviews, and the implementation of module-based short training. The results show that the majority of respondents have never received leadership training and that the mastery of digital skills is still limited. After participating in the training, there was an increase in the average competency score of participants by 30%, as well as an increase in confidence and participation in work forums. This training also received a positive response from several agencies that intend to replicate it. These findings show that the development of female employee competencies not only supports organizational effectiveness, but also strengthens efforts towards an inclusive and gender-responsive bureaucracy.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to motivate partners to start micro businesses through tutorials using Facebook media that can reach more participants and can be re-learned according to the availability of time The method of implementation is to use Facebook media which has a wider reach to hold tutorials. Participants were very enthusiastic about the tutorial through Facebook media, as evidenced by the number of participants for one series of tutorials which were up to 300 percent above the target. With this tutorial, participants can repeatedly watch video tutorials so that they are more motivated to set up a micro business that starts from scratch. Mentoring activities are still needed so that simple financial reports compiled by the participants can be more motivated to establish micro businesses.
