Abstract

Literacy is a basic ability that children need to have from an early age. The ability in question is in the form of reading and writing, this literacy is not only used in school learning but can also be a provision for children to be able to use in their daily lives, because literacy must be the basis of early childhood habits. Literacy is one of the focuses of the Indonesian government, because it is believed to be a solution to improve thinking skills through reading and writing activities. Digest-friendly books are believed to be a solution in strengthening early literacy in elementary school. Therefore, the aim of this research is to internalize the value of creativity through the development of digest-friendly books for the b2 reader category in elementary schools. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) research design through the ADDIE development model, including five steps, namely Analysis Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation involving 1 teacher and 30 students in class 1 of Margahayu XVIII Elementary School, Bekasi City. The rationalization of school selection is based on based on recommendations from several schools in Bekasi City to conduct thesis research, because this shows that literacy skills need to be improved. However, the results of this research are considered successful in developing a digest-friendly book that makes it easier for teachers in the process of teaching early literacy and is considered very good with a percentage of 82%. This research produced a book title that is considered to have internalized creative value Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

Development of children's literature and the interrelation of gastronomic knowledge in the context of Sundanese culture as a basis for developing digestible books into novelties from the library research carried out. Therefore, the aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive overview of the process of developing children's literature teaching materials that contextualize Sundanese culture as an effort to increase cultural literacy in elementary school (SD) students. This research uses the library research method to reveal several research findings including: (1) Basic concepts of early literacy; (2) The decodable book as a manifestation of early literacy learning in elementary school; (3) Characteristics of the decodable book category (B2); (4) Urgency of Cultural Literacy; (5) Elements of Sundanese Culture (6) Gastronomy in the context of Sundanese Culture; (7) Development of the decodable book based on Local Sundanese Cultural Wisdom. The library research method is considered an appropriate method to support meta-analysis results in several relevant previous studies supported by various theoretical studies from various sources and supporting government policies related to the focus of this research. The results of the research conducted revealed that book development can be explicitly identified through BSKAP No.030/P/2022 concerning Guidelines for book leveling, although there has been no discussion comprehensively. The results of this literature study produce propositions that can be followed up in other, more complex research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine micro teaching learning on the teaching skills of Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) students through a literature study research method. Micro teaching learning is an approach that is widely used in teacher education to improve the teaching skills of prospective teachers through small-scale teaching practices that receive direct feedback. This study analyzes various previous literature and research that focuses on the implementation and outcomes of micro teaching learning in various educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that micro teaching learning significantly improves students' teaching skills, including in the aspects of planning, implementing, and evaluating learning. These findings support the importance of micro teaching as an integral part of the teacher education curriculum to prepare more competent and professional prospective teachers. In addition, this study also identifies several challenges and recommendations for optimizing the implementation of micro teaching learning in higher education environments.

Abstract

Multicultural education is very important for elementary school students because it opens the door to shaping their social behavior. The purpose of this article is to determine the application of multicultural education to the social behavior of elementary school students. The type of research used is qualitative research with the research approach used, namely library research. The results of the article on the application of multicultural education to the social behavior of elementary school students, namely: the values ​​of tolerance, equality, democracy and justice which are in accordance with the development of culture and diversity which form intelligent, skilled and characterful behavior that can be realized in everyday life elementary school students.

Abstract

Literacy skills are currently a special concern in the era of technological development because over time students no longer have an interest in literacy in reading texts. So in this case, relevant learning media are needed to attract their literacy interest. The solution to learning using media that attracts students' literacy interest is the creation of Pop Up Books. The purpose of the research conducted is to improve the literacy skills of fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pendil through this media. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a type of research chosen by researchers and is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 24 students in fourth grade. Learning outcome data were obtained through observation results of activities and tests in each cycle, which were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes of Pancasila norms in each cycle. The percentage of completion in cycle 1 was 62.5% and increased further in cycle 2 to 100%. The conclusion that can be drawn from this learning is that there is an increase in each cycle in learning outcomes of Pancasila norms using Pop Up Book media.

Abstract

This study explores financial management at SDN 7 Lebak to support quality elementary education. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with the treasurer, grade 5 teachers, and the principal using a qualitative approach. The results showed that the school's financial planning was well designed, with BOS funds allocated for teaching resources, facility improvements, and operational needs. However, there were problems with financial reporting through the Dapodik system, and there were no technological resources needed for digital-based assessments. Due to the absence of a public financial information board, transparency remains an issue. Joint budgeting with teachers improves fund allocation and stakeholder ownership. To meet the demands of contemporary education, increased financial management capacity, verified funding sources, and innovation in budget management are needed. This study underscores the importance of collective efforts by schools, government, and communities to achieve effective financial management of elementary education.

Abstract

The method used is a qualitative research method. A research method that uses numerical data to test hypotheses, measure variables, analyze relationships between variables and answer research questions. In this method, data is collected systematically using standardized measurement instruments and the data is interpreted using statistical analysis. The purpose of quantitative research is to obtain data that can be measured and analyzed objectively and to make generalizations about the relationship between the variables studied. Research requires a method that is tailored to the problem and purpose of the research. In other words, the research method plays an important role in data collection and analysis. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the "Snake and Ladder" game tool based on ethnic mathematics to improve students' problem-solving abilities. The researcher reviewed previous studies related to this study and the results of student research and found that the "Snake and Ladder" game tool can improve students' problem-solving abilities in mathematics. This study also helps students gain a deeper understanding of the material presented. Students' problem-solving abilities also affect their overall performance in mathematics. The teaching and learning process should not be monotonous and boring so that students can easily understand what they are learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test hypotheses and provide empirical evidence regarding the role of efforts to improve learning outcomes of inside foot passing in soccer through Wall Ball for Grade V-A students of SDN Taktakan 1. This research employs an experimental method with a "One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design" involving a single group sample comprising 35 students. The sample for this study consists of Grade V-A students from SDN Taktakan 1. Data is analyzed using the paired samples t-test analysis method with the assistance of SPSS 29 software. The results of this study demonstrate a significant difference in the ability of inside foot passing in soccer through Wall Ball. Based on the paired samples t-test results, a t-score of (23,089) was found, compared to the t-table value of (1.692), with an average improvement of 64.5%. This research also indicates a strong relationship between the role of inside foot passing in soccer through Wall Ball.

Abstract

This research is qualitative descriptive research, which is a type of research that describes a problem in detail. The data collection technique in this study uses literature study research techniques. Literature study research techniques are a series of data collection activities by reading, recording, taking digests, and processing research data. . Based on the observations of the teaching and learning process at SD N Tegalombo 04 which is so monotonous, it is necessary to improve in terms of the learning model used by teachers. One of them is by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model. . With this Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model, students not only learn material concepts using image media through student thematic books. However, students can understand the concept of the material in real terms presented by the teacher so that students get a meaningful learning experience. Learning using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in the experimental class provides a positive influence and a very large opportunity for students to more easily understand and remember teaching materials because this learning model is very suitable to be applied, so that students are enthusiastic about learning and do not cause boredom during the learning process.

Abstract

The teacher acceptance mechanism gets the main attention, because at this stage of acceptance, you can choose and select prospective teachers according to the desired criteria. Schools need to make a good teacher recruitment management recruitment to support the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of teachers at SDIT Annida Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of SDIT Annida Lubuklinggau students. Data collection consists of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include editing, categories, displaying data and storage. The conclusions in this study, namely planning for teacher admissions at SDIT Annida Lubuklinggau went well, namely recruiting teachers by selecting the administration of job applications and testing the ability to read the Al-Qur’an as well as micro teaching tests.
