Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on education. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. As a solution, educators are required to design learning media as innovations by utilizing online media. The learning system is implemented through a personal mobile device or laptop that is connected to an internet network connection. The world of education today lives in the world of media, where learning activities have moved towards reducing the delivery system of teaching materials with direct methods and being replaced by the use of learning media. Moreover, in learning activities that emphasize competencies related to process skills, the role of learning media is needed. Media as an integral part of learning, this component needs to get the attention of teachers. The importance of media in facilitating students (learners), the presentation is adjusted to the set learning objectives. Educators can do learning together at the same time using groups on social media such as whatsapp (WA), Telegram, Instagram, zoom applications or other media as a medium for learning mathematics. Thus, educators can ensure that students take part in learning at the same time, even though in different places.

Abstract

This study aims to increase student interest in class VI by using interactive media based on Adobe Flash at SDN Kota Baru. The research method used by the author is the research and development method or Research and Development (R&D) which is the method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. With seven stages: problem analysis, data collection, product design, product design validation, product revision, product testing, and final results. To prove the media from Adobe Flash interactive media, validation tests were carried out by media experts and material experts. After testing the product, the subject of this research is class VI SDN Kota Baru students. Based on the validation, it was stated that Adobe Flash interactive learning media was "very feasible" to be used. Validation carried out by media experts obtained a percentage value of 86% and material experts 94% who were in the "very feasible" category and the respondents given by students received 91.4 presentations. % that fall into the “very good” category. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that Adobe Flash interactive media is "very suitable for use in science learning".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of science learning outcomes for fifth grade students using inquiry learning strategies using conventional learning strategies and to determine the fifth-grade science learning outcomes using inquiry learning strategies are higher than students using conventional learning strategies. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Kebon Baru, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency, with the research subjects being fifth grade students consisting of 2 classes, namely VA and VB classes consisting of 27 students. This type of research uses the Quasi Experimental method (quasi-experimental). The instruments used in this study were tests to measure learning outcomes and questionnaires to measure student learning activities. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be found that there are differences in student learning outcomes of science lessons in the experimental group taught by the Inquiry learning model which is quite good. It can be seen from the average value of the posttest results of the experimental class, which is 77, which is higher than the control class, which is 66.02. This shows that there are differences in students' cognitive learning outcomes after being given treatment in the form of applying the inquiry learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of Civics between students who use the picture and picture cooperative learning model and students who use conventional learning models. Quantitative research is a quasi-experimental type. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN Kadujajar Malingping, while the sample in this study was class IVA as an experimental class which was treated using a picture and picture cooperative learning model and class IVB as a control class which was treated using a conventional learning model. . The study results showed that tcount > ttable or 8.09 > 1.996 so it can be concluded that there is a difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class on the final test (posttest). With an average value of 78.77 the average value for the experimental class and 61.44 the average value for the control class. With an average value of 89.14 the average value for the experimental class and 83.16 the average value for the control class.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure in primary schools in supporting optimal learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of semi-structured interviews, field observations and documentation. The results show that although basic facilities, such as tables, chairs and stationery, are available in adequate conditions, some obstacles remain, such as the limitations of infocus and other technological devices. Teachers creatively overcome these limitations with alternative ways of teaching. This result confirms the importance of sustainable facility management and support from external stakeholders to improve the quality of education. Recommendations include increasing the availability of supporting technology and routine maintenance of facilities to support more effective and interactive learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in problem solving abilities in the water cycle material by applying the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) model. This research uses a pre-experimental design. The research methocd used is a quantitative method with One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. The population in this study were fifth grade elementary school students, with a sample size of 30 students. The pre-test and post-test results were analyzed using the IBM Statistics program. To measure the increase in problem solving abilities, a normality test,  paired sample t test and N-Gain test were carried out. The results of the normality test calculation obtained by the pre-test value obtained sig. (2 – tiled) 0.094 and post-test obtained sig. (2 – tiled) 0.133 > 0.05 then Ho is accepted. The results of the  paired sample t test obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. Then it got an N-Gain value of 0,77 in the high category. From these results it can be concluded that the application of the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) model can improve the problem solving abilities of fifth grade elementary school students to have a good influence or impact on learning.

Abstract

 Researchers used the Classroom Action Research method to make it easier to prepare research according to the title "Use of Assignment Methods through Social Studies learning to Improve Student Learning Outcomes (Classroom Action Research at SDN Panancangan I, Serang City)". Increasing learning outcomes through social studies learning by applying the assignment method, which can be seen in the pre-cycle average score in class 5, namely 26.6 with completeness, namely 0%, while in cycle I it rose to 51.2, the class average with completeness was 28%, namely 8 students completed the evaluation of their learning outcomes and continued in cycle II, namely the increase in learning results to 65.3, the class average with a completion percentage of 78% (22 students). completed and 6 students not yet completed) and in the last cycle there was a significant increase to 78.6 class average, with 100% student completion. Based on the results of pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II, up to cycle III, it can be concluded that from the application of the Assignment Method through social studies learning to improve student learning outcomes (Classroom Action Research at SDN Panancangan I, Serang City) there is a graphic increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. The statement of the research results can be declared successful or can be said to be significant through the stages of the cycle.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the use of meronce techniques in learning Arts, Culture and Crafts. In this research, the method chosen is a literature review as a guide in preparing writing. The concepts studied are described according to research variables, with a focus on two sources of information: primary sources consisting of thesis materials and research reports, and secondary sources in the form of educational research journals. One form of activity that can help develop children's fine motor skills is bouncing activities. This study aims to investigate the effect of ronce activities on the fine motor development of children aged 5-6 years. The method used was an experiment with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The results of the research show that there is a positive influence of ronce activities on the fine motor development of children aged 5-6 years. Therefore, it is recommended that ronce activities be carried out regularly for children of this age, in order to improve their fine motor development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Talking Stick learning model on Social Studies learning motivation in grade V SDN Sukadalem 1 WaringinKurung, Serang Regency. The problem in this study is the low student motivation in social studies learning because the learning model used tends to be monotonous and teacher-centered. This type of research is a survey research using a questionnaire to determine student motivation. In this research, there were 40 respondents or samples who were fifth grade students of SDN Sukadalem 1 Waringinkurung. The results showed that there was an effect of the Talking stick learning model on the learning motivation of grade V SDN Sukadalem 1 Waringinkurung, Serang Regency. This is evidenced by the amount of t count of 9.625 and t table of 1.684. Sehungga Thitung> Ttabel which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which shows the influence of the Talking Stick learning model on learning motivation in the Social Studies subject for Class V SDN Sukadalem 1 Waringinkurung.

Abstract

The student rules above can make us aware of how important rules are, especially for the Indonesian generation. Research was conducted to analyze the influence of disciplinary regulations on students. The research method uses qualitative case studies. Research subjects were principals, teachers and 4 5th grade students. Through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses 4 stages of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results of the research show 1) Duties and obligations, in this school you are required to arrive on time but the lack of discipline in students results in them arriving late, but they are not immediately given sanctions, they are reprimanded first or asked what the problem is that causes lateness. 2) Prohibition for students, when they break the rules, such as throwing rubbish carelessly during breaks when leaving their seats, rubbish lying around, then the teacher will automatically monitor who is sitting here, then the children will be called for discipline. 3) Sanctions are binding, no one violates them and is worried, let alone calling their parents, there are some children who break the rules but can still be handled by the teacher.
