Abstract

Abstrak Komitmen kerja pendidik kepada lembaga dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi perkembangan organisasi ke depan. Hanya lembaga pendidikan yang dapat berkembang yang dapat memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal sebagai faktor penentu komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 27 responden di MTs. Al-Fathimiyah Karawang dengan teknik total sampling pada Agustus 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh terbesar dalam upaya peningkatan komitmen kerja dengan komunikasi interpersonal sebagai variabel intervening. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan fasilitas kerja, kenyamanan ruang kerja dan dibantu dengan keterbukaan diri, ketegasan, dukungan ekspresif, dan kedekatan pendidik MTs. Al-Fathimiyah Karawang dapat mendorong komitmen organisasi yang kuat.

Abstract

Abstract The curriculum has an important role in the quality of education. Curriculum implementation in Indonesia is centered on the government but is the authority of each madrasah, because this type of curriculum implementation model, which is called top down up, is used in our country. The 2013 curriculum is now a reference that is considered effective for student behavior, so the government will implement it in all educational institutions in Indonesia, both public and private schools. Madrasah are private schools under the auspices of the department of religion, often madrasah are neglected by the government's appreciation, but we need to know that madrasah have carried out many innovations and evaluations of the 2013 curriculum. In this way the author discusses things that can be evaluated on factors that support the implementation of the curriculum 2013 at the Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School, especially at the Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School Madrasah Aliyah. In this research, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods with data collected using participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. This research resulted that an evaluation of curriculum implementation at the Manahijussadat Islamic boarding school was carried out covering aspects of teacher preparation, facilities and infrastructure, principal management, school environment, community and financing. Curriculum evaluation on these aspects has been carried out well and the evaluation results are used as a basis for improving the quality of the learning curriculum for the next school year.

Abstract

Learning management is a process of managing, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activities. Activities related to the process of learning students by involving various factors in it, in order to achieve educational goals and seek to improve the quality of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The method used to collect data is through interviews, observation, documentation. The results showed that the planning of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning program at the Al-Ghozali Islamic Boarding School Curug Gunung Sindur Bogor was carried out by selecting or determining the vision, mission, organizational goals and determining strategies, policies, projects, programs, procedures, methods, systems, budgets, and standards needed to achieve goals. And the evaluation of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning program at the Al-Ghozali Islamic Boarding School, Curug Gunung Sindur, Bogor is carried out by conducting an assessment and at the same time making corrections if necessary so that what is being done by the relevant parties can be directed to the right path with the aim of achieving the goals that have been set. redrawn.

Abstract

The development of teacher professional competence is the need for assistance in the form of professional services, which are provided by school principals through supervision, quality assurance with the aim of improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes so that the planned educational goals can be achieved. The method used in qualitative descriptive research, namely research by means of interviews to answer the formulation of the problem, but not to test the hypothesis. Thus, the main data of this study can be clearly identified from the descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the Implementation of Teacher Professional Competence Development that the school in this case had run it quite well, especially the principal who directly participated in controlling educators and education in the process of activities at school. The implementation of the coaching carried out includes: first, regular coaching, which includes spiritual coaching, discipline, as well as coaching outside of school and an annual evaluation. second, the guidance carried out by the principal is to provide motivation to teachers and provide input to teachers in the learning development unit.

Abstract

Conflict management is a process of parties involved in conflict or parties who can devise conflict strategies and use them to control conflicts to generate a way out of the desired problem. Conflict is one of the foundations of human life and development that has different characteristics and attitudes. Conflict will always occur in the world as it happens in a social that can be called a state, nation, organization, company, school, even often occurs also in the smallest social consisting of a family, friendships and conflicts in yourself, surely a conflict will occur. The method used in compiling this research is a method of literature studies. The study of literature is taken from several sources such as scientific articles, the internet, and also documentation books. The material studied comes from national and international journal books and articles relevant to the theme of the discussion, namely Conflict Management in Educational Institutions. Conflict comes from the word confligere, conflictuan which means clashing with each other. All clashing, collisions, different, opposition, fights. Conflict is the opposition to a person's desires that is different from what is desired, whether between individuals, groups or organizations. In the discussion discussing knowledge of conflict, types of conflicts, causes, sources, impacts will help leaders in finding ways to form conflict management strategies appropriately and correctly.

Abstract

As imposed by National Acreditation Agency of Higher Education’s (BAN PT) regulation No.9, year 2020, Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Kependidikan (LAMDIK) is grated as a new accredication institution to acredidate the educational-related study programs. This article examines the degree to which did LAMDIK evolve and is being ready as an independent accreditation instution and what types of challenges it faces to do so. Having adopted the qualitative case study method, this article reveals that being facilitated by the Ministry of Education and Culture and BAN PT, two subsequent associations established LAMDIK in 2019s. They are association of educational scholars and association of the educational-related study programs. While striving to improve its institutional capacities, LAMDIK encountered the following issues, which are: total number of the existing educational-related study programs that should be facilitated by LAMDIK are too many (a), LAMDIK needs competent assessors that understood the characteristics of these educational-related study programs (b), most of LAMDIK’s assessors have no enough time and resources to facilitate accreditation processes of these educational-related study programs (c), which are located in diverse and romote area of this country (d) and not all of these educational-related study programs are really ready to be accredited by LAMDIK (e).

Abstract

This study explains the influence of infrastructure and learning media on the learning process of students at Mts Al_Musyarofah. The research method used is a survey method through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class VII MTs Al-Musyarrofah, totaling 50 students who were also used as research samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression coefficients. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence between Infrastructure (X1) on the student learning process (Y) as evidenced by ryx1 = 0.029 < r table 0.227 X1 has no effect on Y. While the Learning Media variable (X2) has an influence on the student learning process (Y) as evidenced by ryx2 0.735 > r table 0.227. There is a positive influence between infrastructure (X1) and learning media (X2) simultaneously (together) and significantly with the student learning process at MTs Al-Musyarrofah. It is proven by ryx1x2 0.600 > r table 0.227 and the coefficient of determination is 60% while the remaining 40% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Character education is an education that aims to develop the character or morals of a person so that they can act as good and quality citizens. Character education is very important to be built in the world of education because it can help shape good personalities in the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the values of character education in the lyrics of Gali Lobang Tutup Lobang by Rhoma Irama. The author utilized a content analysis approach and analyzed the lyrics qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the song conveys important messages regarding character education values such as simplicity, independence, responsibility, and healthy living. The song also contains significant social, cultural, and historical contexts in the life of the Indonesian nation. These messages are highly relevant in daily life and can help individuals become more responsible and forward-thinking. Abstract

Principal's Strategy to Increase Interest in Foreign Languages ??(Case Study of Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School) By holding several programs that support language improvement, students can find out their abilities and what to do to improve them, of course with support from the family and school environment. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of informants included school principals, teachers, English program supervisors, and students. Data analysis activities in the form of data reduction, data presentation as well as conclusion and verification. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher extended the research time, triangulation, and member checking. Based on the results of the research, it is known that there are several special programs that are the principal's strategy in increasing students' interest in language.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies, influencing factors, obstacles and challenges of implementing the Outcome Based Education (OBE) curriculum in the Higher Education System in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The method used in this study is a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using library research techniques, literature reviews and research journals. There are strategies that can be implemented the OBE curriculum in the Higher Education System in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, namely curriculum reconstruction by compiling the structure of learning objectives, graduate learning outcomes and learning outcomes in the syllabus and analyzing the teaching and learning process. The learning system can be done with blended learning. Improving literacy 4.0 (data literacy, technological literacy, human literacy among students) and implementing the learning phase and learning space. And there are factors that influence the successful implementation, namely a learning method that consists of turning on student discussion spaces outside the classroom, modern and multidisciplinary learning, factors Furthermore, there is also academic freedom and the role of lecturers and students who greatly support the successful implementation of the OBE curriculum. Furthermore, there are 12 challenges in implementing OBE, namely the challenge of accepting OBE, paradigm shifting, maintaining the quality of education, restructuring results and assessment techniques, OBE as a top priority, design down approach, impact on students with special needs, teacher's role, learning responsibilities, break typecast, waves of opposition, and perceptions of students and teachers.
