The learning loss that emerged after online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in low motivation and slow psychological development among students. This study aims to investigate the implementation of strategies to address learning loss through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta, a "Sekolah Penggerak" (Catalyst School) in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative case study design, collecting data through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results reveal that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum to address learning loss involves character education through differentiated learning, optimization of the Project Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) to strengthen students' national identity, and collaboration among the penta-helix (school principal, teachers, community, parents, and media). In today's increasingly digital society, individuals and organizations face a growing threat from social engineering attacks that exploit psychological and sociological vulnerabilities. This article investigates the integration of social science principles into cybersecurity education to enhance social engineering awareness. Recognizing the multifaceted nature of these attacks, the article proposes a comprehensive, age-tailored curriculum incorporating insights from psychology, sociology, and anthropology. For children, the curriculum introduces basic concepts of trust and online safety. For teenagers, it focuses on understanding psychological manipulation and promoting responsible online behavior. For adults, it offers advanced training on identifying and countering sophisticated social engineering tactics, fostering a security-conscious culture. The research methodology is based on secondary research, analyzing existing literature and case studies on social engineering and cybersecurity education. By leveraging this data, the article identifies effective educational strategies, such as gamification, scenario-based training, and continuous learning programs. These methods engage learners, enhance their practical skills, and ensure they stay updated on evolving threats. The article also emphasizes the importance of collaboration with social science experts and the use of behavioral analytics and machine learning to personalize training. In conclusion, adopting a social science approach in cybersecurity education significantly improves individuals' ability to recognize and resist social engineering attacks. The proposed curriculum and innovative teaching methods equip learners with the necessary knowledge and skills while fostering a proactive, security-conscious mindset. These efforts ultimately contribute to a more resilient and secure digital environment.

This research aims to design, implement, and test Learning Management System (LMS) based on Corporate University. This LMS is built with web-based technology with Java and PHP programming languages, and MySQL database. The method used is agile scrum with stages that include Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint, and Working Increment of The Software. This research found a software in the form of an LMS specifically designed and built according to the needs of Corporate University by integrating KM, LO, and LE in a 70:20:10 pattern. The instrument testing stage was carried out using the Pearson product moment validity test and Cronbach alpha reliability test. The function testing stage is carried out using the black box testing method, and for user satisfaction is carried out with questionnaires and questionnaires using frequency analysis, percentage, average, and standard deviation. The results of black box testing show that this LMS can work as expected. This is reinforced by the results of frequency and percentage analysis, as many as 84% of respondents were satisfied overall. While the mean value and standard deviation for each question given to respondents are above 4.0, indicating a high level of satisfaction. In conclusion, this research makes a significant contribution in the field of technology-based learning system development, especially in the context of Corporate University. By integrating KM, LO, and LE, this research offers a more comprehensive LMS model that fits the needs of modern organisations.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to develop Android-based learning media using Articulate Storyline 3 to improve student learning outcomes on service company financial report material. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The object of this research is students in class X AKL 2 of SMK Negeri 4 Klaten for the 2023–2024 academic year. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, tests, and validation questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive to describe the suitability of learning media, while the effectiveness of learning media uses paired sample t tests and N-tests. The results of the data analysis show that the Android-based learning media with articulate storyline 3 obtained a material feasibility score of 75%, a media feasibility score of 57%, a practitioner-teacher feasibility score of 96%, small-scale test student response questionnaires of 88%, and in a large-scale test, students obtained a score of 87%, so theoretically, they were declared suitable for use in learning. The results of the effectiveness of learning media obtained a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and an N-test value of 0.47 in the medium category. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that Android-based learning media with articulate storyline 3 in service company financial report material is declared suitable for application in accounting learning and effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Green self-identity and consumption values are crucial antecedents of consumer sustainability behavior. By integrating the theory of consumption values and the self-identity approach, this study explores the relationship between green self-identity, consumption values (functional, conditional, and emotional value), and green products purchase intention. Data were collected from 242 respondents residing in Yogyakarta through a questionnaire survey. Using the PLS-SEM method, the results are that green self-identity has a significant positive effect on functional, conditional, emotional value, and green products purchase intention and also found that conditional value mediates the relationship between green self-identity and green products purchase intention. The results imply that interventions targeting green self-identity are a promising way to promote sustainable consumption behavior using green products. In addition, the results findings also have important implications for the development of markets that sell green products based on self-identity and consumption value.
