Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries known as the world's banana (Musa Paradisiaca) producer, where 50% of Asian banana production comes from Indonesia. Bananas are one of the sources of prebiotics that fight free radicals that trigger oxidative stress, especially for people with hypercholesterolemia, Alzheimer's Disease, and Autism. There is a type of Pisang Candi (Musa Paradisiaca Fa. Corniculata) that is gluten free and is the largest commodity in Malang Regency, especially Sidodadi village. The research aims to process bananas into various forms of functional food through the use of appropriate technology and test their physiochemical content. The method of activity was carried out through technological engineering and proximate testing through a research & development approach. The results showed that 100 grams of banana flour contained 3.297% protein, 82.966% carbohydrate, 0.573% fat, 2.384% ash/mineral, and 10.780% water. For the banana to have a long shelf life and not easily experience browning due to its polyphenol content, it is dried and made into flour. The benefits of the research and development are increased capacity of farmers, increased quality and added value of temple banana products, and the availability of import substitution of industrial raw materials, which has implications for increasing their income.

Abstract

Efforts to preserve regional languages using a bilingual inheritance model are prioritized for language speakers themselves, especially the next generation who are starting to be exposed to globalization and therefore tend to forget regional languages and literature. If we look at the level of language threat, it starts from safe, vulnerable/unsafe, threatened, seriously threatened, threatened with extinction, even extinct or lost. In the Maluku area itself, it can be categorized as threatened to endangered. The inheritance model is carried out to pass on regional languages to the next generation as speakers of regional languages in order to save, preserve and transfer regional languages as heirs. This research aims to produce a model for the inheritance of bilingualism based on local culture in Maluku in the form of bilingual books and validate the feasibility of local culture-based folklore books for educational circles and the community in Maluku. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The model used in this research is a 4-D model (four-D model) which consists of 4 stages, namely (1) defining, (2) designing, (3) developing, and ( 4) disseminate (disseminate). The results of the material/content expert validation percentage were 93% (very valid), the language expert validation percentage was 93% (very valid) and the percentage of design experts was 95%. This shows that the product has passed the validation stage and is ready to be tested in the field because it meets the assessment criteria. After carrying out product trials, the following percentage results were found: (1) trial results. Small group student responses with an average value of 78.8%. The results of the student response analysis in the field trial were 94% (very practical) and the results of the teacher's response test in the field received a score of 79 (very practical).

Abstract

The internet has brought the world economy into a new chapter that is more popularly known as the digital economy. Its progress has a positive impact in facilitating product marketing so that it can save costs and time. In business, there is a partnership between business actors and e-commerce. The type of research is normative legal research. Using a legislative approach and a case approach. Collecting legal materials by recording and documenting primary legal materials, namely laws and regulations, secondary legal materials such as books, articles. Using a deductive method, namely from general to specific. The descriptive method is by describing or explaining problems, providing reviews, views, and solutions to the problems being studied, which are then drawn to a conclusion. The conclusion is that online-based businesses today and especially in the jurisdiction of Indonesia have grown rapidly. Indonesia already has a legal basis, namely Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in addition to the existence of other laws and regulations that regulate the same thing. Consumers in terms of their business partnerships must be given various special protections which are very vulnerable to various possibilities that will harm the consumers themselves from business actors who do not have good intentions in carrying out online-based business partnerships. If there are problems between consumers and business actors in carrying out partnerships, they can use the UUPK facility which is a guideline for consumers, especially to fight for their rights to protect their interests.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) in elementary schools and the extent to which its application supports the transformation of learning toward a deep learning approach. The Merdeka Curriculum is designed to create flexible, contextual, and student-centered learning, while deep learning emphasizes the development of deep understanding, critical thinking, and reflection. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach, using a questionnaire distributed to elementary school teachers via Google Form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques in the form of percentages and mean achievement scores. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is in the high category, with most teachers demonstrating the application of deep learning strategies in their teaching practices. Teachers with longer teaching experience tend to achieve higher scores in both aspects. These results suggest a positive relationship between teaching experience and teachers' readiness to transform learning. Therefore, continuous training and pedagogical mentoring should be enhanced, particularly for teachers with shorter work experience, to ensure the equitable and effective implementation of both the Merdeka Curriculum and deep learning.

Abstract

In contrast to Indonesia's borders with Malaysia and Papua New Guinea, the border with Timor Leste has complexities. One line divides the island from north to south, and another includes a small enclave area in the northwest of Timor Island, which is a legacy of colonial occupation by the Dutch to the west of the island and by the Portuguese to the east. After Timor Leste's independence, people on the border had to change how they interacted in the social, political and economic spheres. This article, written using qualitative methods, attempts to describe the dynamic of society on the border of two countries. The research results show that even though politically, Timor Leste and Indonesia are separated into two countries, they are very closely related to each other from a socio-cultural aspect. The people on the border have kinship relations in the two countries and are socially and culturally connected even though they are politically separated as citizens. There are at least three activities involving citizens of two countries. The first is a traditional ritual in their house, which allows citizens of two countries to cross each other to return to their homeland. Second, economic transactions can be carried out legally or illegally. Third, they often do unofficial international sports representing villages directly adjacent to national borders.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of green marketing stimulus factors on purchasing decisions for Starbucks Indonesia products, focusing on the mediating effect of perceived value. By the SOR conceptual model, 104 respondents participated in the questionnaire survey and then the data was processed using SmartPLS SEM. This research shows that the mediating of perceived value is the most important to ensure customers' sustainable orientation towards environmentally friendly products. These findings show (a) green brand image and environmental awareness have a positive effect on perceived value; (b) there is no influence of green product price on perceived value; (c) green product price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and there is no mediating effect of perceived value; and (d) perceived value mediates green brand image and environmental impact on purchasing decisions for Starbucks Indonesia products. This research has significant implications for understanding the market for environmentally friendly products and for companies to develop new strategies in marketing their products. This study also encourages policy makers to pay attention to the importance of environmental management and the commitment to sustainability required of entrepreneurs.
