Abstract

Menstruasi sering menimbulkan masalah bagi remaja putri karena mengabaikan kebersihan organ genetalia akibat kurangnya informasi dan kesadaran tentang kesehatan Reproduksi selama menstruasi. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan komunitas pada remaja putri pada salah satu dayah di Aceh Besar. Hasil pengkajian keperawatan komunitas yang dilakukan pada 15 siswa remaja putri dengan menggunakan kuesioner menyimpulkan diagnosa keperawatan ketidakefektifan perilaku pemeliharaan kesehatan. Rencana asuhan keperawatan yang disusun adalah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang kebersihan menstruasi menggunakan media video dan demonstrasi. Pre-test dan post test diberikan kepada remaja menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku tentang kebersihan menstruasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan implementasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan proporsi pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku remaja putri pada kategori baik setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dengan media video dan demonstrasi memberikan dampak yang baik pada peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku kebersihan menstruasi pada remaja putri. Kepada pihak Puskesmas dan tenaga kesehatan terkait direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan media video dan demonstrasi dalam kegiatan peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja terkait kebersihan menstruasi.

Abstract

Pelatihan menulis di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Tragung, Batang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi santri, khususnya dalam menulis karya tulis akademik dan non-akademik. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: pengenalan dasar menulis, menulis kreatif dan informatif, serta publikasi karya tulis. Santri diberikan pelatihan tentang teknik menulis, pengelolaan ketegangan saat menulis di depan umum, serta cara menerima dan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Melalui pelatihan ini, santri diharapkan mampu menghasilkan karya tulis yang berkualitas, mempublikasikannya dengan tepat, serta memahami pentingnya hak cipta dan plagiarisme. Evaluasi dan refleksi menjadi bagian penting untuk mengukur pencapaian santri selama program. Pelatihan ini memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi santri untuk mengembangkan budaya literasi yang lebih kuat di pesantren dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to empower students of the Darul Ulum Tragung Islamic Boarding School, Batang, through digital marketing training to develop their ultra-micro businesses. This training was conducted in three stages: introduction to digital marketing, case studies from other Islamic boarding schools, and creation and management of a marketplace. The results of the training showed an increase in students' understanding of digital marketing strategies and their ability to manage a marketplace. Several obstacles such as limited internet access and devices, as well as limited time in the Islamic boarding school environment, were successfully overcome with an adaptive approach. This program succeeded in providing strong digital-based entrepreneurial provisions for students while strengthening partnerships between Islamic boarding schools and universities.

Abstract

Prayer is an expression or communication between a person and God, which usually includes requests, praise, gratitude, or a request for forgiveness. The problems faced in the field are related to students' lack of understanding of prayer and the importance of spirituality in the learning process. Many students are not used to reading prayers correctly, so that religious values ​​are not fully absorbed in daily activities at school. The purpose of this service is to increase students' awareness of the importance of spirituality in the learning process and to create a positive culture in the school environment. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with students where students were actively involved in the activity of reading a prayer of congratulations at the end of learning. The results showed that students better understood the meaning of prayer and were more involved and interested in reading it after studying. It is hoped that this activity can improve students' character and increase their gratitude for the knowledge they have learned. The results of the study also showed that, as part of student character development, schools should involve similar activities in the formation of religious character. Therefore, prayer reading assistance activities can be used as a way to show that students have gained a better understanding of the importance of prayer and have improved their ability to read prayers correctly and regularly. It is recommended that such activities be conducted regularly to strengthen students' religious principles and improve the learning environment.

Abstract

Swamedikasi is a person's effort to treat illness or symptoms of illness by using certain plants. One of the plants that has been proven to have medicinal properties is the rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L). The objectives of this activity are: (1) Increasing knowledge of the relationship between health and well-being through self-medication efforts, (2) Empowering housewives to make traditional medicines, especially rosella tea, with the right formula, manufacturing method and dosage so that it is safe for consumption and efficacious. This activity was carried out using the Pre-Post Test Design method through counseling which was carried out on May 2-3, 2024 at the Keuchik Gampong Puuk office, Pidie District, Pidie Regency. The implementation of the Community Service program entitled: Utilization of Rosella Tea (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) as a Traditional Medicine in Self-medication Efforts in Gampong Puuk, Pidie District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province went very well. The results of the activity show that this activity is able to: (1) Increase public knowledge of the importance of implementing a healthy lifestyle; (2) Introduce a self-medication program and make a health drink, namely rosella tea, with the right formula.

Abstract

Data play an important role in mapping problems, potentials, and long-term plans of an institution, including Islamic boarding schools. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to socialize the importance of computer-based data management through the use of Microsoft Excel, Google Forms, and Bitly. This community service activity was carried out at the Darul Ilmi Islamic boarding school, Meteseh Village, Semarang. Community service was conducted through three approaches: (i) field observation, (ii) interactive socialization, and (iii) mentoring/training. Field observations were applied to collect problems that existed at the location and potential that could be developed. Socialization was carried out by providing material on "the importance of computer-based data management" to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of student data. Interactive socialization was employed directly to provide space for all participants to express their opinions. The results of this PKM were three things: (i) mentoring the use of M.S. Excel for data management; (ii) training in the use of Google Forms to collect student data according to certain objectives, for example, biodata and future career plans; and (iii) educating the application of Bit.ly as a device to shorten and manage URLs.

Abstract

This community service is motivated by the understanding that strengthening the character of honesty during the early stages of child development is crucial, as it represents a golden phase that should be effectively utilized. One of the methods explored is using the story of Pinocchio to reinforce honesty in early childhood. This community service program was conducted in October 2024 at Darul Istiqomah Islamic Kindergarten, Palangka Raya. The program aims to observe how the exploration of the Pinocchio story can serve as a tool to strengthen honesty in children, using the Service Learning (SL) approach. The steps taken include analysis, program planning, activity implementation, reflection and evaluation. The sample used consisted of 26 children from group B. The results indicate that the story of Pinocchio can enchance children’s understanding of the importance of honesty in daily life. The children realize that speaking the truth brings goodness and that honesty is a trait valued by Allah SWT. Furthermore, they understand that lying leads to wrongdoing and sin. Thus, using the story of Pinocchio has proven effective as a means to strengthen honesty in children’s character development, demonstrated through a qualitative (empirical) approach using observation and discussion ad evaluation tools.

Abstract

MSMEs are businesses carried out by individuals, groups, small business entities, or households. Some MSME players have not prepared financial reports due to a lack of education and understanding of financial reports. This community service aims to provide education to Mrs. Pariyem as a laundry business owner and Mr. Martono as a retail petrol sales business owner in Bantul Regency regarding the importance of simple financial reports in managing business finances. Simple financial reports help business people record income, expenses and profits regularly, so they can monitor business performance and improve decision making. The implementation method used is to educate business actors and help create simple financial reports. The result of this activity is that MSME business actors in Bantul district, especially the laundry business Bu Pariyem and the retail petrol seller Pak Martono, can implement or make simple financial reports. The conclusion is that Bu Pariyem's laundry business and Mr. Martono's retail petrol seller can realize the importance of financial reports and can make financial reports for the businesses they own.

Abstract

Many MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have yet to utilise digital marketing, despite its huge potential and benefits. One of theseMSMEs is a tempeh chips small business owner in Kauman Ponorogo Village. Mrs Misi Rahmawati as the business owner was faced with declining sales levels. With this condition, the business owner is faced with having to try to innovate marketing, so not only offline marketing but also online marketing to increase the amount of income from Mrs Misi Rahmawati, the owner of the tempeh chips business. There is a problem that arises, namely that the owner of this tempeh chips business does not have sufficient knowledge and skills in marketing online. This service is carried out by conducting capacity building activities in online marketing in the form of training and mentoring. The purpose of thisservice activity is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills for business owners in online marketing. The results of this activity are obtaining information about the profile of the tempeh chips business, increasing understanding, knowledge and skills, namely the target tempeh chips business owner in conducting online marketing activities and conducting online marketing in business development.

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce local wisdom typical of Central Kalimantan through the Kelakai plant. This community service activity is integrated with learning, making ecoprinting a learning activity that can be used to introduce the Kelakai plant and help stimulate children's physical motor development. This is also done as an effort to preserve local wisdom in Central Kalimantan. The targets for community service participants are children aged 5-6 years old class B 2 Yusuf bin Yaqub who are at PAUD IT Al Ghazali Modern School Palangka Raya and students of MBKM (Free Learning Independent Campus) Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program Faculty Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Palangka Raya are also actively involved in these activities. The results of community service at PAUD IT Al Ghazali Modern School Palangka Raya regarding introducing children to plants originating from Central Kalimantan show that children can get to know one of the local wisdom typical of Central Kalimantan, namely the Kelakai plant, and children also get stimulation in aspects of physical development motor.
