Abstract

emocratic parenting is the right parenting to establish independence of student learning. This is done by realizing the existence of deliberations in the family, controlled freedom, exercise responsibility, guidance and direction from parents, parents listen to children's complaints, mutual respect between family members, and two-way communication. In addition, independence of student learning is also influenced by teacher reinforcement, both verbal and nonverbal reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to prove (1) the relationship between parents' democratic parenting and independence of student learning, (2) the relationship between teacher reinforcement and independence of student learning, and (3) the relationship between parents' democratic parenting and teacher reinforcement with independence of student learning. This research was conducted in the School Group 1, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency with the population is 187 people. The approach of this research is quantitative, while the type of this research is the ex post facto correlative research. The research data were obtained using a questionnaire given to the study sample, namely 127 fifth grade students in Cluster 1 Pule District. The statistical analysis used to process data in this study is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded (1) there is a relationship between parents' democratic parenting with independence of student learning with a correlation coefficient 0,474 and a regression equation , (2) there is a relationship between teachers reinforcement with independence of student learning with a correlation coefficient 0,546 and the regression equation , and (3) there is a relationship between parents' democratic parenting and teachers reinforcement with independence of student learning with a correlation coefficient 0,618 and the regression equation . Based on the results of research and conclusions, it is recommended that parents apply democratic parenting so that independence of student learning increases. In addition, the teacher should provide reinforcement to encourage independence of student learning. Schools should create environmental conditions that support increased independence of student learning.

Abstract

Karakter dapat dilihat sebagai nilai perilaku manusia yang terkait dengan Tuhan, diri sendiri, manusia lain, lingkung dan kebangsaan, yang dinyatakan dalam pikiran, sikap, perasaan, kata-kata, dan tindakan berdasarkan norma agama, hukum, etika, budaya, adat istiadat, dan estetika. Tujuan dari tinjauan pustaka sistematis ini adalah untuk memberikan dasar pemahaman tentang layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik permainan dalam mengembangkan karater remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pııstaka sistematis. Menggunakan tiga basis data yaitu (Google Scholar, SINTA dan GARUDA). Artikel kemudian diperiksa, sehingga untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang diharapkan sesuai dengan pertanyaan peneliti yang untuk penelitian ini menggunakan subjek remaja. Berdasarkan hasil 20.900 artikel penelitian 5 artikel dipilih dan memenuhi semua kriteria inklusi dan tujuan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak negatif karater remaja lemah sangat beragam. Intervensi berupa layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik permainan telah terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan karakter remaja.

Abstract

Curriculum changes often give rise to new challenges. Therefore, in changing this curriculum, schools as implementers of the educational process are required to have a deeper understanding of the content and objectives of the new curriculum. The aim of this research is to determine: (1) the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka; (2) obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka; (3) teacher efforts to overcome problems related to the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive methodology. The data collection process uses techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: (1) The Merdeka Curriculum has been implemented at SDN 1 Gador for approximately two years in stages; (2) Teachers experience difficulties in making learning plans, choosing teaching methods and strategies that are appropriate for students, and designing assessment and evaluation instruments when implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka; (3) To overcome these problems, teachers use strategies such as discussing difficulties in KKG forums, making reflection journals, and making class agreements. Abstract

Abstract The VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era marks a world full of rapid change, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. This era presents new challenges and opportunities for education, including monitoring. This research aims to identify reforms in education in the VUCA era, in the form of factors, influences, implementation, challenges, and efforts to reform education monitoring in the VUCA era. This research uses a qualitative approach, a type of Systematic Literature Review. Data sources were obtained from Google Scholar, Sage Journal, Garuda, and ScienceDirect for the period 2014- 2024. The results of 100 journals were obtained and then data reduction with inclusion and exclusion criteria was obtained 20 journals to be reviewed. Findings were obtained related to the importance of educational supervision reform in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) era and its impact on the education system. Several findings highlighted the challenges of technology implementation in education, such as the digital divide, the need for innovation, improving supervisors' competencies and globalization. The findings also highlighted the role of technology in improving efficiency, effectiveness and transparency in education monitoring. Abstrak Era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) menandai dunia yang penuh dengan perubahan cepat, ketidakpastian, kompleksitas, dan ambiguitas. Era ini menghadirkan berbagai tantangan dan peluang baru bagi dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam hal pengawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pembaharuan dalam Pendidikan di era VUCA, berupa faktor, pengaruh, implementasi, tantangan, dan Upaya pembaharuan pengawasan Pendidikan di era VUCA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis Systematic Literature Review. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Sage Journal, Garuda, dan ScienceDirect periode tahun 2014- 2024. Diperoleh hasil 100 jurnal selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi data dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi diperoleh 20 jurnal yang akan direview. Diperoleh temuan terkait pentingnya reformasi pengawasan pendidikan dalam era VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) dan dampaknya terhadap sistem pendidikan. Terdapat beberapa temuan yang menyoroti tantangan implementasi teknologi dalam pendidikan, seperti kesenjangan digital, kebutuhan akan inovasi, peningkatan kompetensi pengawas, dan globalisasi. Temuan juga menyoroti peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan transparansi dalam pengawasan pendidikan.

Abstract

Religious social activities are forms of activities related to religion. These activities balance scientific knowledge with religious knowledge. The purpose of this research is to understand informal learning through religious social activities as a means of internalizing religious values in adolescents, as well as to assess the support from families. This research employs qualitative methods with a case study approach. The findings indicate that the religious social activities participated in by adolescents are organized by the community and mosque youth organizations. The internalization of religious values in adolescents through informal learning is incorporated into various activities such as habituation, advice-giving, and sermons. In this internalization process, several small changes have begun to be implemented by adolescents in their daily lives. Additionally, adolescents receive full support from their families in these religious social activities, which further motivates them to deepen their religious knowledge.

Abstract

Research objectives: (1) to analyze the effect of organizing sewing training on increasing women's economic independence at Korsa course institutions, (2) to measure how much increase in women's economic independence can be achieved through sewing training at Korsa course institutions, (3) to determine the effect of sewing training on women's economic independence at Korsa course institutions. The research results show that (1) there is a significant influence between the implementation of sewing training in increasing women's economic independence, (2) there is an increase of 63.3% in the process of women's economic independence, which means that the implementation of sewing training on women's economic independence has greatly increased, (3) The results of the analysis show that the regression coefficient between sewing training and economic independence is -2.451, with a significance level of 0.017. There is an influence of sewing training on women's economic independence in terms of self-development, potential, creativity, communication and negotiation. Abstract

As organisations, schools require innovation to persist in a dynamic educational landscape. Innovation stems from the innovative behaviour of schools' members, including teachers, who play a crucial role in the innovation process. Previous studies have identified teacher gender as an influencing factor on innovative behaviour; however, several others have found no correlation between gender and innovative behaviour. Consequently, this study aimed to elucidate the phenomena occurring within the study population. Verifying this, a quantitative study was conducted on 160 high school teachers, comprising 80 male and 80 female teachers in Indonesia. The statistical analysis results indicate that teachers' perceptions of innovative behaviour are high. Furthermore, the findings reveal an insignificant difference in the perceptions of innovative behaviour between both groups. This outcome corroborates that gender is not a determining factor in how teachers perceive innovation in education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the efforts of instructors in empowering trainees through innovative learning methods at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Wonojati Vocational Training Center (UPT BLK) in Malang. The innovative learning methods applied include ice breaking, rewards, and participatory expository approaches. Instructors at UPT BLK Wonojati actively design and implement these methods by understanding the context and needs of the trainees. The research findings indicate that the innovative learning methods applied successfully enhanced the trainees' motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. Ice breaking created a conducive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, while rewards provided additional encouragement for trainees to excel. The participatory expository method helped trainees better understand the material through active interaction. In conclusion, the efforts of instructors in using innovative learning methods at UPT BLK Wonojati have had a positive impact on the learning process and outcomes. This study recommends the continued use and further development of innovative learning methods to improve the quality of training and the empowerment of trainees. Abstract

This study discusses digital transformation in the management of school administrative personnel, which is a solution to improve efficiency and accountability in education management. The problem raised is the challenge faced by school administration personnel in managing administration conventionally. Such management often results in information delays and administrative errors. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of digital technology in school administration management and its impact on the performance of administrative staff. The method used includes the analysis of the review literature, namely by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing various sources of literature relevant to the research topic. The results show that the application of information and communication technology significantly improves operational efficiency, accelerates decision-making, and increases accountability through a transparent reporting system. The conclusion of this study confirms that digital transformation not only reduces administrative workload, but also creates a more responsive and organized learning environment, supporting the achievement of higher educational goals.
