Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of Social Media and Product Quality on purchasing decisions on TikTok E-Commerce. Considering that TikTok Social Media after being closed and reopened at this time can be used as a consideration by business people in running their business on TikTok Social Media, whether TikTok social media after reopening is still effective as a digital marketing platform, and whether people also still have the desire to make purchase decisions on TikTok Social Media. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample number of 100 respondents. The sampling method in this study uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. Data management techniques in this study use Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software with data collection techniques using google form which will then be given to respondents then respondents can fill in answers to questions given according to what happened. The results of this study show that social media and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This means that marketing on social media is considered quite effective , the reason why TikTok can be used as a marketing platform is proven by the large number of users and there is a TikTok Shop feature with the support of interesting content, as well as customer reviews that can show the quality of the product is able to make customers consider buying according to their needs.

Abstract

The marriage agreement is the result of various reforms in Islamic Family Law in Indonesia. As a product of positive law, a marriage agreement must contain justice, legal certainty and benefits. Marriage agreements are not known in classical fiqh. However, in its journey the marriage agreement began to gain space in legal arrangements in Indonesia. In addition, the marriage agreement, which is also a product of Islamic law, must also be viewed from the side of benefit, because benefit is considered the main goal of Islamic law itself. This paper aims to see and describe how many benefits are contained in marriage agreements in Indonesia. The author uses a qualitative method with a normative-descriptive approach, by collecting data sourced from books, articles and other literature which contains information about the principle of expediency in marriage agreements in Indonesia. This paper will describe the agreement on the principles of Islam. Then the author describes the principles of agreement in Islamic law, then the author explains the principles of benefits contained in a marriage agreement in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the attention of educational institutions (Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso) to the preservation of the natural environment amid the widespread impact of technological development in the digital era. The objectives of this research are: 1) Knowing the use of environmentally friendly learning media in growing students' environmental care attitudes in the digital era at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. 2) Knowing the results of the use of environmentally friendly learning media on the growth of students' environmental care attitudes at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of field research and using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing in the form of verification. The results of this study are the use of environmentally friendly learning media in fostering students' environmental care attitudes in the digital era at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso is through the use of used goods in the surrounding environment by actively involving students in developing their creativity in processing used goods into learning aids.

Abstract

Abstracts This study aims to describe the implementation of Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) in increasing student learning motivation at MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso in the 2022/2023 academic year. The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research (Qualitative research) is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually or in groups. While the researchers in this study used the type of research field research. Field Research is field research in which researchers go directly to the intended research location to obtain data. The results of the study showed an increase in each implementation. Learning takes place with activities in the VAK model consisting of the Visual stage (see-demonstrate), then the Auditory stage (listen-observe) and role playing and interspersed with Hypoteaching activities.

Abstract

Madrasah education currently has its own characteristics so that it is able to provide a different climate both in terms of methods, learning and the systems implemented. Thus, providing awareness to parents that it is a matter of pride for their children to study at a Madrasah. However, among the competition of educational institutions in Indonesia, madrasas are attracted by a small number of people because they have advantages and suit the needs of the community, so it seems that interest is still low. People still think that madrasas are places to receive education for children who are no longer accepted in state schools (outcast schools). For this reason, appropriate strategies are needed to improve the image of madrasas. Because one of the goals of establishing madrasas is to build on the foundation of character education in addition to making the nation's life more intelligent. For this reason, character will be formed through habits carried out every day at the madrasa so that it will become the madrasa culture which will later have an impact on the character of the students. Talking about character in madrasas, the priority is religious culture. Where students are formed through religious habits that are carried out every day in madrasas, it is hoped that the religious culture implemented in madrasah will become the character of students wherever the students are.

Abstract

The very rapid development of digital technology has an impact on the development of business systems and capital for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This research is library research, the data source used in this research is secondary data sources. This research aims to analyze the Peer to Peer Lending scheme from an Islamic legal perspective. This research concludes that first, Peer to Peer Lending is a company that digitally brings together borrowers who need business capital with lenders (investors). Second, the flow of funds from investors to Peer to Peer Lending Companies which are then distributed to MSMEs is a qardh (loan) agreement. So investors basically act as al-muqridh (lenders), Peer to Peer Lending companies act as investors' representatives in channeling funds to MSMEs, and MSMEs that receive funds are al-muqtaridh (loan recipients). Third, the qardh contract in Peer to Peer Lending is an interest-bearing loan or usury, so it is haram. Likewise, wakalah contracts and fee collection by Peer to Peer Lending providers also follow the qardh law.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research will discuss exploratively about coastal communities live which they have different habits from the other. For fulfill these different needs, there is a different work ethic between fishermen and other proffesions. The aims of this research are; first; provide an exploration of the work ethic of coastal communities, secondly; conducting of shariah maqashid analysis on the work ethic of fishermen in coastal communities. These two objectives are achieved using a qualitative approach using a case study type. The study was conducted in the coastal community of Pengambengan Jembrana District. Data was obtained by observation, interviews and collecting documentation. Data were analyzed using interpretive methods using the Miles and Huberman flow model. Data validity is carried out by triangulation sources and techniques so that data is obtained validly. This process producer results, firstly, the coastal communities work ethic was demonstrated by maximizing the use of time in meeting daily need, for example discipline, being punctual, work hardly, but this work ethic ignores the element of honesty, so that in work there is still cheating. Secondly, in the maqashid sharia analysis, the work ethic of coastal communities fufills the elements of kulliyatul khomsah, namely addin, annafs, al aql, annasl and al mal. Even though the addin’s honesty and hifd addin still need to be evaluated.

Abstract

Learning is a process that requires a dialogical relationship between educators and students. In delivering learning materials, appropriate methods are needed to transfer knowledge from teacher to students. Learning methods can be interpreted as the methods used to implement plans that have been prepared on the practical activities to achieve learning objectives. Choosing a learning method that suits the characteristics of students can make it easier for educators to deliver the learning materials. The lecture method is a classical method that is frequently used in various learning. This method uses verbal explanations carried out by educators directly in front of students at the front of the class. This research, which uses the qualitative case study design, aims to determine the implementation of the lecture method in 3rd class students on learning fiqh at Tuban Islamic Elementary School.

Abstract

Work effectiveness is an activity that humans usually carry out both physically and spiritually to achieve a result in accordance with the work that has been determined. Several factors that can increase work effectiveness include teamwork, compensation and work ethic. This research aims to examine the influence of teamwork, compensation and work ethics on the work effectiveness of civil servants at the Bantul district social service. This research is quantitative using saturated sampling, namely the population of the Bantul Regency Environmental Service. Data collected through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The results of this research show that Teamwork, Compensation and Work Ethics have a significant positive effect on Work Effectiveness. Teamwork, compensation and work ethics have significant implications for work effectiveness in an agency or organization

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital leadership style and work motivation on employee performance through work discipline as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative in nature using Non-Probability sampling technique, with a sample of 50 employees who have worked for more than 2 years at Super dazzle Gejayan. The results showed that digital leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect as a mediator of work motivation on employee performance. The implications of this research are, if work discipline is improved, it will improve employee performance, for further research, it can add the dependent variable work environment to find out whether the work environment will affect employee performance and can also use compensation variables.
