Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find an entrepreneurial campus model that can support independence and human resource development and analyze campus opportunities and challenges in the era of society 5.0 in actualizing empowerment assets. Using descriptive research and a qualitative approach as well as a post-positive paradigm, supported by primary and secondary data sources at IAI Darussalam Blokagung, the largest pesantren-based campus in Banyuwangi district which has a business incubator. The data collection technique uses in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation and data analysis uses three interactive models. The results of the research show that IAI Darussalam Blokagung has a canteen, plantation and livestock business which provides educational operational needs, so that it can be a model for developing Islamic boarding school-based libraries which are required to be independent in developing human resources. Meanwhile, IAI Darussalam Blokagung has proven capable of seizing opportunities in the actualization of entrepreneurial campuses by continuing to innovate in the canteen as one of its business incubators by making bread, mineral water and grass jelly tea consumed daily and event important, showing its success in placing human resources as assets important in developing campus quality

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu dari tahun ke tahun kemudian dari generasi ke generasi yang saat ini sudah pada tahap Generasi Z perkembangan tekonologi begitu pesat ditandai dengan era yang baru yakni Revolusi Industri 5.0, hal ini menjadi suatu tantangan bahkan peluang yang baru untuk dapat diambil dalam bisnis. Dalam hal ini perlunya suatu etika bisnis sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam yakni menjunjung tinggi akhlak, yang dapat dijadikan pedoman bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk memiliki akhlak dan etika yang baik dan bertanggung jawab, hasilnya akan berdampak positif terhindar dari berbagai pelanggaran yang dapat merugikan diri sendiri, masyarakat, dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode kepustakaan atau studi literatur untuk mengkaji tantangan etika bisnis di era revolusi industri 5.0 dan peran etika bisnis Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Terdapat berbagai tantangan yang baru dalam etika bisnis yang merupakan hasil penelitian dari revolusi industri 5.0 antara lain: Banyaknya transaksi digital yang dapat beresiko pada penipuan dan pengambilan data, selanjutnya perkembangan artificial intelligence (AI) yang dapat bekerja seperti manusia, perubahan perilaku konsumen, etika bisnis Islam dapat berperan dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan memberikan pedoman bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk menjaga kepercayaan konsumen, menjamin keamanan data pribadi, menciptakan lapangan kerja dan melindungi lingkungan.

Abstract

The development and use of digital in the learning context has an influence on the ability of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers to carry out learning. In the modern era which is influenced by advances in information technology, the application of AI in the form of Chat-Gpt is becoming increasingly relevant in helping educators in learning. However, the application of AI also faces challenges, such as understanding the complex Islamic religious context and ethical issues related to data privacy and information security. This research aims to determine the implementation of using Chat-Gpt based AI in the implementation of Islamic religious education learning. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research approach is a case study. The results of this research show that with the implementation of Chat-Gpt teachers can access how to create learning media, teaching modules and even create questions for the learning evaluation stage. The implications of this research make it easier for teachers to carry out learning activities because they are helped by Artificial Intelligence, namely Chat-Gpt.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a positive behavior in organizations that is the main goal of many organizations, OCB can be improved by various factors such as the role of spiritual leadership, always motivating employees and improving organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of spiritual leadership, motivation, organizational culture and OCB. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sample technique of 46 respondents as primary data, using a questionnaire and processed using SPSS version 26. The findings in this study indicate that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, but motivation and organizational culture have no significant positive effect on OCB.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek dasar dalam konstruksi struktur masyarakat yang stabil adalah pendidikan. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan Islam memainkan peran di tengah masyarakat dalam konstruksi sosial budaya yang kokoh dan stabil, terutama dalam lokus keluarga. Sebagai salah satu pilar penting di tengah masyarakat, keluarga merupakan pilar penting dimana keluarga yang kokoh akan membangun masyarakat yang kokoh begitu pun sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kontribusi pendidikan Islam dalam membangun ketahanan keluarga masyarakat Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan depth-interview. Dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan model intraktif Miles dan Huberman, yaitu; reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam uji keabsahaan data, peneliti mengguanakan triangulasi, yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, diskusi sejawat dan member check. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; endidikan Islam memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membangun ketahanan keluarga di tengah masyarakat terutama dalam membangun dasar-dasar religius-psikologis. Adapun bentuk kontribusi yang dibuat adalah pencegahan pernikahan dini, penguatan konsep sakinah, mawaddah dan rahmah serta pencegahan perceraian. Adapun kontribusi yang diharapkan adalah terbentuknya ketahanan keluarga di tengah masyarakat lewat pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Abstract The andragogy learning perspective through the stories in the Qur'an is an art of adult learning that pays attention to the needs of learners in accordance with the stories in the Qur'an, taking into account educational materials, learning orientation, self- concept, and motivation to learn, especially in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). This research aims to discover the concept of andragogy learning from the perspective of the stories in the Qur'an and analyze its implications for the learning process of students at Ngalah Pesantren in Pasuruan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a naturalistic method and a collective case study research type, using the logic of replication research design. The researcher's role involves planning, collecting, analyzing, and reporting research results. Data sources include interviews, observations, and documentation, with orientation, exploration, and focused research stages. Data analysis techniques include condensation, display, conclusion drawing, and data verification. Data validity is checked through credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The research findings at Ngalah Pesantren reveal an orientation towards Sufi values (thariqat) with empirical, intuitive, and tazkiyyah methods. This learning orientation is relevant to problem-centered and contextual approaches. The implications of andragogy learning at Ngalah Pesantren include: a) independence: initiative, executing instructions well, consistency, participatory, and devout; b) simplicity: humility and tranquility; c) brotherhood: love and positive assumptions; d) sincerity: high dedication and contentment.

Abstract

Students in developing the students' talents and interests. The aim of this research is to describe the process of planning, implementing and evaluating science extracurricular activities at the Nuris Jember Senior Secondary School. This research uses a qualitative approach and a case study type of research, using passive participant observation techniques, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification steps. Data validity is carried out by source triangulation and technical triangulation. First, the research results show that planning for science extracurricular activities is said to improve when determining targets and analyzing tutor positions. secondly, the implementation of science extracurricular activities increases when coaching tutors in terms of performance, discipline as well as providing awards and motivation to tutors. Third, the evaluation of science extracurricular activities used is the performance assessment which is held at the end of the month, semester and end of the year.

Abstract

Learning is a process that requires a dialogical relationship between educators and students. In delivering learning materials, appropriate methods are needed to transfer knowledge from teacher to students. Learning methods can be interpreted as the methods used to implement plans that have been prepared on the practical activities to achieve learning objectives. Choosing a learning method that suits the characteristics of students can make it easier for educators to deliver the learning materials. The lecture method is a classical method that is frequently used in various learning. This method uses verbal explanations carried out by educators directly in front of students at the front of the class. This research, which uses the qualitative case study design, aims to determine the implementation of the lecture method in 3rd class students on learning fiqh at Tuban Islamic Elementary School.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi adalah suatu teknologi untuk mengolah data, memproses, menyusun sehingga mendapatkan informasi yang konkret dan relevan yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk bisnis, keperluan pribadi maupun pemerintah untuk pengambilan keputusan. Saat ini, teknologi informasi mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat terhadap segala aspek termasuk pemerintah. Kemajuan perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menyebabkan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap tata kelola pemerintah. Digitalisasi yang terjadi saat ini menjadikan tata kelola pemerintahan berbasis digital, sebagai mana yang terjadi di Rumah Kreatif Sleman, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Yogyakarta. Dikarenakan oleh hal tersebut, muncul pertanyaan terkait bagaimana strategi Rumah Kreatif Sleman dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini. Lebih lanjut, dalam implementasi strategi yang dilakukan terdapat tantangan yang sulit untuk ditangani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data yang diambil dengan Teknik wawancara dan arsip yang dimiliki RKS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan strategi pengembangan UMKM pada Rumah Kreatif Sleman (RKS) dalam menghadapi era digital. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, diperoleh hasil apa saja strategi yang dilakukan dan apakah strategi tersebut masuk dalam perwujudan pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan memiliki sifat kekhasan dalam pendidikannya. Pesantren memiliki dua visi utama yang harus ditunaikan antara lain: Pertama, untuk menyebarluaskan ajaran Islam ke seluruh pelosok Nusantara yang sangat pluralis. Kedua, Untuk memberikan respon terhadap situasi dan kondisi sosial suatu masyarakat yang tengah dihadapkan pada runtuhnya sendi-sendi moral dengan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Utsmani Beddian Jambesari Bondowoso. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri tiga unsur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pondok Pesantren Al-Utsmani Beddian Jambesari Bondowoso dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya insani melalui program guru tugas yang terdiri dari (a) perencanaan guru tugas, (b) pengorganisasian guru tugas, (c) pelaksanaan guru tugas dan (d) pengawasan guru tugas. Hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa: program guru tugas dilaksanakan setiap tahun dan didistribusikan keberbagai kabupaten di jawa timur, Bali hingga Kalimantan. Perencanaan guru tugas dilakukan dengan memberikan pembekalan terhadap seluruh calon guru tugas, pengorganisasian guru tugas dilakukan dengan cara membentuk PJGT disetiap wilayah guru tugas, pelaksanaan guru tugas yaitu mengabdikan diri untuk menjadi ustadz atau ustadzah dengan berkomitmen menjalankan kegiatan pendidikan serta keagamaan di lokasi yang telah ditentukan selama kurang lebih 2 tahun. Pengawasan guru tugas dilakukan dengan melakukan pemantauan kegiatan dimasing-masing kota setiap bulannya, agar berjalan dengan baik dan benar.
