Abstract

Education is an important means to improve the quality of human resources in ensuring the continuity of a nation's development. Student potential needs to be developed in education to understand learning concepts, so that education can run well. In order to get active science learning results, it is not only transforming knowledge, but also trying to produce a whole human being not only cognitively but in terms of affective and psychomotor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning strategies with the TGT learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is pre-experiment using T test, one group design, pretest, posttest design. The population and research sample were students of TIPA 1A class who took Basic Science courses. Data collection techniques were carried out using test techniques, namely pre-test and post-test and data on the results of critical thinking skills obtained through essay tests carried out every meeting based on critical thinking skills indicators. The results of the study obtained an initial average value (Pretest) of 79.8 and the final value (posttest) which is 85.4 and from the results of the T test obtained Thitung 2.467 while Ttable 2.131 with a significant level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Thitung is greater than Ttable means accepting Ho, so it can be stated that the expository strategy and TGT models is more effective.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and explain the internalization of Kholafiyah Islamic Boarding School values in forming the Wasathiyah character of students at the Nurul Hasan and Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding Schools Sukosari Bondowoso. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a Multicase Study research type. The determination of this research used purposive sampling techniques, with techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. Using Miles Hubberman data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. For data presentation, the validity of the data is ensured by using data triangulation and source and method triangulation. The results of the research on the Internalization of Kholafiyah Islamic Boarding School Values in Forming the Wasathiyah Character of Santri at the Nurul Hasan and Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding Schools Sukosari Bondowoso illustrate that the instillation of Kholafiyah Islamic Boarding School Values is proven by the existence of an education system that combines the salafiyah system (the yellow book/diniyah study material) and modern ( general education and using a modern infrastructure system) both in terms of Islamic boarding school objectives, teaching materials, learning methods, educational and educational resources, organization and management of Islamic boarding schools, based on the Washatiyah character. The formation of washatiyah character at the Nurul Huda and Nurul Hasan Islamic Boarding School Sukosari Bondowoso is oriented The Kholafiyah Islamic boarding school system hereby implements the cultivation of moral values using the uswatun hasanah model with the character of Islamic boarding school students who can play an active role in forming a generation of students who are balanced and have morals. This is demonstrated by in-depth religious education by showing the character of piety (Piety): in-depth religious education so that moderate leadership is formed, instilling ethical values so that knowledgeable and moral students are formed, learning from practical experience, independence of attitude and discipline, balance between Diniyah, Generaliyyah, technology, information and modernization, have attitudes and values of respect for diversity with skills and independence that foster an attitude of tolerance and openness with a controlled system in accordance with Islamic boarding school quality management.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work performance set by the organization, some literature in improving performance there are still inconsistencies such as authentic leadership in some articles proven to have a positive influence but in other studies it is not proven to have an influence on employee performance. This research is needed to further explore what antecedents have an influence in improving employee performance and adding psychological capital as a mediator. The purpose of this study is to analyze authentic leadership and work stress on employee performance mediated by Psychological Capital. The research methodology involved 124 IT company respondents with sampling techniques using accidental sampling, while data processing used SmartPLS. The results showed that authentic leadership and work stress had no effect on employee performance, but authentic leadership and employee performance had a significant positive effect on psychological capital and work stress had no effect on psychological capital. Mediation analysis shows that psychological capital is able to mediate the effect of authentic leadership, but is unable to mediate work stress on employee performance.

Abstract

The existence of Shariah financial institutions in marketing products in the information age affects public interest in obtaining alternative investment options. In today’s information age, Fintech’s P2P Lending products have grown to be one of the most popular financial products among Indonesian entrepreneurs. This research aims to understand the role of the Financial Services Authority (FATF) in improving the investment climate in the Indonesian Shariah financial industry. Qualitative descriptive research with this type of library study is written based on literature studies of various books and research journals related to Shariah economics and investment. From the results of the survey it can be concluded that the OJK agency has a role in boosting the economy in Indonesia by means of authority and developing alternative investment options that result in increased returns. Supervision by regulation of the activities of the Financial Services Authority is necessary in supervising the operation of the Shariah financial institutions to guarantee the level of security of public funds and the security of funds owned by fintech invested in financing products.

Abstract

Abstract Innovation performance is the result of employee creativity in the organization, some literature that can improve innovation performance such as conducting training, knowledge management and job satisfaction in employees. This article aims to determine the effect of Training, Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction on Innovation Performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Drinking Water Company using quantitative methods, and data collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 131 employees. Sampling is done by applying a random sampling method, while data processing uses SPSS Version 23. The results showed that Training, Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction had a significant positive effect on Innovation Performance.

Abstract

In facing various challenges and competition in schools, it is necessary to involve all components/school members in order to build relationships or partnerships with other institutions in improving the quality of education in the school. Efforts to increase and improve the quality of elementary school education need to be done through an effective school culture. Because improving the quality of elementary school education cannot be separated from the basis of school culture. With this cultural base, school principals, teachers, students and parents will feel a sense of belonging, so they will maintain, improve and strive to improve the quality of school education. The aim of this paper is to develop a model for improving the quality of elementary school education based on school culture to create effective schools. The results of the researchers' findings show that the model that can be used in basic education to improve the quality of basic education based on school culture is the reform model. Efforts to improve the quality of basic education can be carried out through various school reforms related to various dimensions, such as the principal dimension, the teacher dimension, the student dimension, the student parent dimension, and the stakeholder dimension. Efforts to improve and increase the quality of a school are seen from the aspect of honesty. Apart from honesty, other core values ​​that can be instilled in basic education students are discipline, responsibility, patience, humility and tolerance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of people still living below the poverty line, especially in developing countries experiencing high economic growth that inadequately benefits the poor population. Poverty is a multidimensional issue. Therefore, poverty alleviation efforts need to be comprehensive, covering various aspects of community life and executed in an integrated manner. The objectives of this research are to determine: (1) The Influence of Population Size on poverty in Indonesia, (2) The Influence of Economic Growth on poverty in Indonesia, (3) The Influence of Human Development Index (HDI) on poverty in Indonesia, and (4) The Influence of Unemployment on poverty in Indonesia. This research employs an associative quantitative method using secondary data sources. The collected data are then analyzed using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The research findings indicate that, based on the VECM estimation test in the long run, the Population Size variable has a negative and significant effect on Poverty. Meanwhile, the Economic Growth variable has a positive and significant effect on Poverty. As for the Human Development Index (HDI) variable, it has a negative and significant effect on Poverty. However, the Unemployment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Poverty

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a positive deviant behavior that plays an important role in the corporate social aspects such as teamwork, communication, and other interpersonal relationships that have an impact on company productivity. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of perceived organizational support, job embeddedness, authentic leadership, and psychological ownership on OCB in employees at one of the IT companies Yogyakarta. 124 samples were collected using nonprobability sampling techniques, more precisely purposive sampling. This research method is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 version. The research results show that perceived organizational support and authentic leadership have no effect on OCB. However, job embeddedness and psychological ownership have a positive and significant effect on OCB.

Abstract

This article aims to understand a literature review of the influence of leadership ethics, organizational culture, and intellectual capital on employees ability to innovate. This research used a systematic literature review (SLR) method with 30 journals and articles obtained form google scholar, and the national library using the keywords “leadership ethics, organizational culture, intellectual capital and innovation ability” which were then reviewed by the result of previous research. Which shows that leadership ethics, organizational culture, intellectual capital and the ability to innovate role for the company. Several results of the literature review can provide an in-depth understanding of employees ability to innovate, and these findings can be used as a reference for future researches.

Abstract

Based on these considerations, this research takes the theme of character education and is formulated in the title: "MODEL OF CHARACTER EDUCATION (Case study of the implementation of character education at Nurul Hidayah Koncer Kidul Tenggarang Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School)". The focus of this research is to find out (1) how is the process of character education at the Nurul Hidayah Koncer Jatian Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School? (2) how are the indicators of the successful implementation of character education at the Nurul Hidayah Koncer Jatian Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School.The form of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, in-depth interviews and document recording. Data validation is done by triangulation. The analysis used is an interactive analysis model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study concluded that (1) the process of implementing character education at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Koncer Jatian Tenggarang Bondowoso is through the learning curriculum (there are lessons that teach morals or manners), extracurricular activities, school culture, and teacher exemplary. Another pattern for developing character education in PP. Nurul Hidayah with a dormitory model (boarding school). (2) Teachers' and students' perceptions of character education will influence its implementation at school. Teachers and students' perceptions of character education that emerged in PP. Nurul Hidayah emphasizes Islamic character. This perception is based on the ideology applied in schools and Madrasahs. (3) The success of character education at school and in Madrasah can be seen from the actualization of students in the form of attitudes or actions seen in students. Actualization that appears in students at PP. Nurul Hidayah includes tolerance, religion, discipline, honesty, creativity, cooperation, communicative, caring, independence, love for the country and responsibility. Nurul Hidayah boarding school has more diverse values, one of which is patience, simplicity which is seen in daily activities.
