Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Qur'an contains explicit and implicit arguments. Explicit arguments are arguments that can be used as direct references, while implicit arguments are arguments that must be explained first by the experts because there are choices of conclusions in order to apply them. Basically, both explicit and implicit arguments must receive guidance from the experts of the Qur'an in order to maintain the majesty of the Qur'an.This work describes halal bi halal written using a socio-cultural approach, social reality theory, adat theory, urf and using views. Abstract

ABSTRACTMuslim countries. Furthermore, with the increasing Islamization of the archipelago, this study uses normative research. The type of data used consists of two, primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained in the field, this study obtained three important findings namely, the first, the growth of Islamic religion and culture does not eliminate local culture. The process of Islamization does not use military force. Peaceful Islamization took place through trade, the arts, marriage, and education. Second, the effort to reconcile religion and culture is a natural thing and has been done for a long time, with evidence that supports it, as Wali Songo spread Islam by entering community customs. All three Indonesian popular cultures combine many Islamic themes and symbols; Therefore, Islam is often regarded as an important cultural resource in Indonesian popular culture. Urf can only be used as one of the arguments in enforcing sharia law if it meets the following criteria: Urf is good (both specific and general, actions and words) and applies in general. Keywords: Religion, Archipelago Culture, and Islamization.

Abstract

This research aims to explore ecological awareness based on traditional games of children in rural communities. This emerges as a reflective response to the development of communication technology in the form of the internet and gadgets that build new characters in the habits of today's children. Children are familiar with gadgets and spend most of their time in cyberspace, which has implications for awareness that is distant from the real surrounding nature. This in turn leads to a crisis of ecological awareness in future generations of society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study type. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and depth-interview. In collecting data, this research uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, namely; data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. In testing the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation, namely source triangulation, method triangulation, peer discussion and member check. This study found a statement that traditional games of rural communities are based on materials in the surrounding nature and these traditional games contribute to building ecological awareness of children in rural communities.

Abstract

Modern humans in this global era face the problem of the meaning of life due to excessive pressure on the material aspects of life. Progress and sophistication in how to realize the desire to fulfill material life which is the main characteristic of modern times must be redeemed at a very expensive cost, namely the loss of awareness of the deeper meaning of life. Human happiness and self-esteem is in outward physical appearance based on material wealth. On another dimension, the global recession which was partly caused by an increase in global central bank rates which resulted in a prolonged decline in the economic sector, including the unemployment rate, industrial production, capital flows, etc. Of course it has an impact on each individual. The global recession as a test in the form of limitations and difficulties in obtaining sustenance needs to be anticipated so that human happiness is not limited to material life. This article will examine the ethos of modern human materialism in QS. Al-Fajr [89]:15-20 as well as the solutions offered by the mufasir (experts of the Qur'an) in dealing with the global recession which 'threats' the economy of society from the point of view of spirituality (religious soul). This article examines this interpretation using the analytical-descriptive method in an effort to present the Qur'an as a guidebook for the challenges of globalization so that it becomes a book that shows its relevance at all times and places (shalih li kulli Zaman wa Makan).
