Abstract

Integrated Islamic primary schools are seen to act as Anasirit Taghyiir (gene change), escorting and directing social and cultural change. In this case, researchers are interested in conducting research on Primary schools. The research methods that will be used are descriptive, qualitative, and empirical approaches to the theory of " development " as the primary basis theoretical. This research includes qualitative research because the nature of the data collected is qualitatively patterned. Techniques used are observations and interviews. Based on the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that: First, the model curriculum SDIT consists of a curriculum that comes from the Foundation of education providers and curriculum development themselves, sourced from interest SDIT Smart Syahida, coupled with the curriculum habituation sourced from School Network Islam. as well as the curriculum used SDIT Syahida Smart curriculum combines mone, more curriculum and curriculum Foundation; and Second, Model integrated Islamic school environment Smart Syahida. Have their standards for support learning take place to achieve maximum success in learning. Third, student learning outcomes are excellent. They are viewed from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. By implementing the environmental education curriculum, Islam has produced good learning success

Abstract

This research examines strategies for preparing sharia business budgets in encouraging company growth. The method taken is a literature study, examining various sources to understand the relationship between budget preparation and company development. From this analysis, it was found that a budget strategy that prioritizes sharia principles, while also focusing on operational efficiency and innovation, has a significant influence on company performance. This success is characterized by stable and sustainable growth, showing that sharia values and modern business principles can work well in synergy. This study confirms that a strong commitment to sharia rules, while not ignoring the importance of innovation, is the main key to success in the contemporary business world. The results provide concrete evidence that an effective sharia budgeting strategy is able to advance the company in the long term.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the bank that provides Islamic banking services is Bank Muamalat Indonesia which was established in 1991. The use of financial ratios is the most common and simple method, which is why it is widely used to measure bank performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) on the Funding Deposit Ratio (FDR) in Bank Muamalat's financial statements for 2018-2022. The type of research used in this study is quantitative data called numerical data. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests to determine the accuracy of the model and hypothesis tests are also carried out which include F test (Simultaneous Test) and T test (Partial Test). The results of this study show that regression analysis shows a significant relationship between ROA and FDR, where the performance of bank assets reflected in ROA, can affect the level of dependence of banks on third-party funds, which is reflected in FDR. So that the value of the determination coefficient (R^2) of 0.212 or 21.2% shows that the ROA variable is able to explain about 21.2% of the variation in the FDR rate, while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study. Although ROA is able to explain some of the variations in FDR levels, other factors also influence the relationship between ROA and FDR. Recommendations for further research include expanding the scope of variables, consideration of external factors that affect the relationship between ROA and FDR, and a more in-depth analysis to understand the dynamics of the relationship between bank asset performance and the level of dependence of banks on third-party funds.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the understanding of West Aceh State Community Academy students about digital citizenship in the context of Aceh's local values. The descriptive qualitative method was used with case studies at the research site. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, FGDs, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that Acehnese religious values and customs have a significant influence in shaping students' perceptions of digital citizenship. The findings also highlight gaps in the understanding of digital citizenship and difficulties in evaluating the correctness of online information. The shortcoming of this study is the lack of concrete recommendations for action. Therefore, further research is recommended to further explore the interaction between traditional values and digital modernity, as well as develop educational strategies that are responsive to local contexts but remain globally relevant.

Abstract

Knowledge of Islamic financial products and services, or Islamic financial literacy, can influence a person's attitude in making economic decisions that are in line with Islamic sharia. In Islamic finance, the following rules apply: faith in God, abstaining from usury and other haram practices, avoiding gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling/speculation). The customer's disagreement with the bank during the execution of the contract was identified as a problem in the author's initial observation. The main objective of this study is to fill the knowledge gap in Islamic financial literacy experienced by microfinance customers by identifying their experience in carrying out the practice, the challenges they face, and the opportunities that exist. Although this research is qualitative descriptive, this research includes field research. Primary and secondary sources of information were used to compile the results of this study. Observation, interviews, and documentation are the main methods of data collection in this study. Several microfinance customers, including Mrs. Mulyani, Mr. Nas, and Mrs. Lina, and Mrs. Dini Eka Putri, SE, the person in charge of BPRS Haji Miskin KC Payakumbuh branch, were interviewed. The understanding of financing clients is based on the findings of this study, micro increases in following Islamic financial literacy, increasing customer insights, customers can distinguish Islamic finance from conventional finance. The obstacles and risks faced by microfinance customers of BPRS Haji Miksin KC Payakumbuh in Islamic financial literacy are that most microfinance customers cannot take part in the Islamic finance education program because the distance to the customer's home and the location of the Islamic finance education is so far, because the program is only carried out at the head office.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of the Shopee application on demand and supply dynamics. In the digital era, e-commerce platforms such as Shopee have a strategic role in shaping market trends. This study analyzes various literature to evaluate how the promotions and discounts that Shopee offers affect consumer behavior and seller strategies. The findings show that promotion is effective in increasing consumer buying interest. This triggers sellers to expand the variety and quantity of products they offer. In addition, the Shopee review system also plays an important role in influencing consumer purchase decisions. Sellers with positive reviews tend to get an increase in sales, which leads to an improvement in the overall quality of the product. This study confirms that Shopee not only acts as a mediator between sellers and buyers but also as an active regulator of market dynamics through their internal policies. By identifying and understanding this strategic impact, industry players can further optimize their marketing strategies within the e-commerce ecosystem. This means that Shopee helps create a dynamic market environment and facilitates the sustainable growth of the digital economy.

Abstract

In the competitive stock market dynamics, banks are always looking for strategies to improve their advantages. This study aims to investigate the importance of Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) in increasing banking competitiveness on the stock exchange. Using the literature review method, this study collects and reviews various relevant literature to identify and analyze the relationship between ROA, ROE and bank stock performance. The results of this study show that ROA and ROE have direct implications on how investors value banks. Banks that demonstrate high operational efficiency and good capital management capabilities often score higher in the eyes of investors. This is because good ROA and ROE reflect effective asset and capital management, which is critical to long-term profit sustainability. A high ROA indicates that the bank is able to maximize the return on its assets, while a high ROE indicates the bank's ability to generate value for shareholders from the funds they invest. This research reinforces the understanding that ROA and ROE optimization is not only about increasing profits, but also about building and maintaining investor trust and market reputation. Thus, banks should prioritize effective management of their assets and capital as part of their strategy to increase competitiveness in the stock market. This conclusion encourages the banking sector to focus more on financial-strategies that can increase ROA and ROE values in order to strengthen their position in this highly competitive stock market.

Abstract

This study uses a literature study method to understand and analyze the implications of Return on Equity (ROE) on sustainable company performance and identify factors that affect ROE in the context of company performance. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive view of how ROE can be used as an indicator of the effectiveness of a company's performance as well as provide information on the factors that affect the ROE value. The results show that a high and stable ROE is generally associated with excellent company performance, indicating sustainability in shareholder equity management and operational efficiency. The study also revealed that net profit margin, asset turnover, and capital structure are the main factors that affect ROE. The identification of these factors helps companies in designing strategies to improve sustainable financial performance. These findings provide insights for managers to focus more on operational efficiency, asset management, and prudent funding policies in an effort to improve ROe and overall company performance.

Abstract

The main problem related to this research is the low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects. This research aims to determine whether there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of students who use the cooperative model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type and the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by Word Square media before and after treatment. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti. The research method used was a quasi-experimental method. The research design used was matching pretest – posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students in class The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely experimental class 1 (STAD) with 36 students and experimental class 2 (TGT) with 36 students. The instrument used is multiple choice questions in economics subjects which have previously been tested. The test results of 35 questions were valid and the test reliability was 0.927. The data analysis technique uses the help of the SPSS 29 program. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the average learning outcomes of students in experimental class 1 (STAD) and experimental class 2 (TGT) are 78.78 and 84.42 with an increase in learning outcomes. STAD is 65% and in the TGT class it is 74%. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the data was normally distributed and both samples came from a homogeneous population. Based on the results of data analysis, namely the paired sample t test and the independent sample t test with a significance level of 5% or 0.05, a significance value of 0.001 was obtained so that it can be concluded that there is a difference in the increase in student learning outcomes in experimental class 1 which uses the cooperative learning model. Abstract

A house is one of the basic needs of humans, it will definitely meet its basic needs, as well as a place to live. This research is to find out the Digital Marketing Strategy at PT. Setiabudi Persada, Sukabumi Regency in marketing Setiabudi Estate housing as well as the obstacles faced and solutions that have been carried out. The Digital Marketing Strategy used in this study is Market Segmentation (Segmenting), Target Market (Targeting), and Market Positioning (Positioning) as well as the stages of digital marketing. The research method used by the author in writing the Final Project report is a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing data on PT. Setiabudi Persada Sukabumi Regency is seen from Market Segmentation (Segmenting), Target Market (Targeting), and Market Position (Positioning). The data collection techniques in this study include interview methods, observation methods and literature methods. The results of the research from Marketing Strategy at PT. Setiabudi Persada of Sukabumi Regency stated that market segmentation (Segmenting) with consumers who have behavior in harmony with the nature of Sukabumi is also with a modern and practical lifestyle, Target market (Targeting) with the target market prioritized for permanent employees, Market Positioning (Positioning) as urban living housing with a modern minimalist style using the current market and considering air health. Then the stages of digital marketing carried out are market research, branding development, creative content, Social Media Marketing, paid advertising sponsorship, SEO optimization and email marketing.
