<![CDATA[The population density in Indonesia is increasing rapidly, with many breastfeeding mothers delaying the use of contraception due to concerns about interfering with the breastfeeding process for their infants. Contraception is commonly used by mothers after giving birth to space future births; there are many contraceptive options available depending on a mother's knowledge and beliefs in selecting a method. Exclusive breastfeeding serves as a reasonably effective temporary contraceptive method as long as the mother has not menstruated and the infant is less than six months old. The effectiveness of the Lactational Amenorrhea Method reaches 98% for mothers exclusively breastfeeding. The purpose of this outreach is to provide information about the Lactational Amenorrhea Method (LAM). The methods used in this community outreach begin with introductions of the speakers, followed by education on health information, a question and answer session with participants, and closing remarks. This program aims to enable postpartum breastfeeding mothers to utilize LAM as a contraceptive method. The intended outputs of this activity include: Scientific publications in journals with ISSN numbers/Proceedings, video recordings of the activity, improved knowledge and skills of postpartum mothers, and improved community health).]]>

<![CDATA[Empowering women for quality education: uniting the vision aimed at increasing women's participation in supporting quality education. This research identifies the various challenges faced by women in gaining access to quality education and empowers them through collaborative efforts to unite their vision. This service method involves a series of activities such as workshops, training and group discussions to empower women in an educational environment. In addition, a participatory approach is also used to involve communities in identifying sustainable solutions. The results of this activity show increased public awareness of the importance of quality education for women and effective collaborative strategies in achieving this goal. Through women's empowerment and unified vision, it is hoped that an inclusive and sustainable educational environment can be created for all groups.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to promote and strengthen the identity of Bima City through the development of typical Bima weaving. The method is to take part in the Lombok Essay Competition Event. The activity began with cultural and economic observations in Bima City, followed by assistance in the preparation of scientific work on Bima typical weaving which was presented at the event on March 9-12 2024. The results showed that the Bima typical weaving industry provided a significant multiplier effect on other industries in Bima City. Analysis of the Input-Output derivation table shows an increase in final demand of 1.4 billion rupiah in the Bima typical weaving industry. In conclusion, this activity is able to promote Bima's typical weaving as the identity of Bima City and provide a positive economic impact, as well as having the potential to support local development and community empowerment.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers have a responsibility not only to deliver lesson material, but also to shape the character and mental well-being of students. For this reason, the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at the Muhammadiyah University of Tasikmalaya held a "Healthy Mental Training" program at the Nurul Amal Ciamis Islamic Boarding School, discussing healthy mental management and a healthy mental mindset. This training aims to provide an in-depth understanding of mental health, provide knowledge about mental health disorders, symptoms, and how to manage them, and educate teachers about the importance of supporting students who experience mental health problems. The activity method involves preparation, implementation and evaluation, with a focus on teachers' understanding and awareness of the importance of students' mental health. The article highlights efforts to empower teachers as agents of change in creating an educational environment that supports growth for both teachers and students.]]>

<![CDATA[Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) have an important role in poverty reduction. Although, there are many problems in the process of developing a business. Rural businesses have various limitations. It often based on their mindset regarding conventional business management. Open minded can be a trigger creativity and innovation. Sometimes, external encouragement is needed. MSEs empowering need collaboration of government, collage and other community. Talang Pauh is one of villages in Pondok Kelapa subdistrict of Bengkulu Tengah which has some MSEs with many limitations. The village potential based business development and market orientation according to MSEs competence. The goals of community service were to increase knowledge and insight of MSEs businesses, to motivate community to utilize their resources, to help MSEs businessman in making business plans. The method of community activities service was dialog and counseling. MSEs empowering is needed to strengthening the village economy. The first step is to increase knowledge and insight of MSEs businesses from several aspects: small business management, human resource management, marketing strategy. The second step is empowering. It can do by activities: enabling, empowering and protecting. The success of empowering is determined by participation of various parties.]]>

<![CDATA[E-commerce will be a strong indispensabe business structure in moments’s and arising information age. But some people do not understand the benefits of using electronic commerce. So that the fidelity was carried out to introduce the use of e-commerce, Market Place, and Online Shop to PKK maters in Menteng in vill. The socialization was held on Sunday, October 25, 2023 in Menteng sub-district, which was attended by 14 PKK maters. This service began with socialization of the Application of E-Commerce, Market Place and Online Shop and continued with discussion. Participants were veritably enthusiastic during the question and answer session, this was shown by the average pre-test results from 65% to 98% (post-test). So it can be concluded that PKK maters are enthusiastic about exercising and understanding the benefits and uses of e-commerce, Market Place and Online Shop. This training is important so that PKK maters can make good use of various types of electronic commerce for their mijel products and other business products.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity (PPM) was carried out with the issue of Digital Money in Financial Transactions in Jambu Village, Central Bengkulu Regency. The activity was attended by 20 participants from the Talang Jambu Village Community. This activity was motivated by the fact that many people still do not understand digital money and the distance of public banks from villages means that economic activities are often hampered. In this activity, people can understand the need for technology in finance and payment tools so that economic transactions can continue to be carried out even if they do not have cash. Digital money also makes the transaction process easier because there is no need for direct face-to-face contact between sellers and buyers so economic activity can run more massively and conductively.]]>

<![CDATA[Baby massage is a type of stimulation that is carried out by gently stroking the surface of the baby's skin with the hands, with the aim of affecting the muscles, respiratory system, nerves, blood circulation and spleen. This is a relatively safe, cheap and easy to apply option to increase growth. and your baby's development. The aim of this service is to educate mothers who have babies about the health benefits of baby massage to improve the quality of their baby's sleep naturally. The method of service activities is lectures and exercises. The place is the residence of the mother who gave birth to her baby in RT 8 Kelurahan Kotamobagu, West Kotamobagu District. From the results of the activity, it is known that knowledge about the benefits of baby massage for the health and quality of baby sleep has increased, especially among mothers who have babies. Through lectures and practice of baby massage, we hope that mothers with babies can increase their knowledge and skills so you can do your own baby massage on babies and children.]]>

<![CDATA[Gender issues are closely related to preventing violence against women. Women are often considered as weak creatures and very vulnerable to being targets of various forms of violence. Violence against women is currently a global problem that affects the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of women throughout the world. Providing outreach regarding gender equality to prevent violence and provide a better understanding of the target audience for teenagers. The aim of this activity is to increase teenagers' knowledge about sexual violence, reproductive health, and the concept of gender equality. The results of this activity show that teenagers in Ngrenak Kidul Hamlet understand the prevention of sexual violence and gender equality but have not fully implemented some of the actions that have been socialized.]]>
