Abstract

Digital transformation has become an inevitable phenomenon in various aspects of business, including in human resource management. This article explores the importance of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of human resource management and examines the challenges that may be faced during the implementation process. Digital transformation enables the automation of various routine activities such as employee data administration, wages, and benefits, which significantly reduces manual workload and the risk of human error. In addition, the application of technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics allows for a more efficient hiring process and more informed and rapid data-driven decision-making. However, this transformation process is not free from various obstacles, including resistance to change among employees, problems integrating existing digital systems, and data security threats. Resistance to change often arises due to fears of job loss or difficulty adapting to new technologies. Technical challenges also occur in terms of synchronizing the various systems used by the company and ensuring the security of employee data from cyber threats. Amidst all this, maintaining a balance between technological efficiency and human touch remains key. By facing and resolving these obstacles, companies can harness the benefits of digital transformation in human resource management, creating a more productive, adaptive and future-oriented work environment.

Abstract

This research produced key findings related to the causes, handling, and preventive efforts of non-performing loans. The analysis revealed that the main causative factors are the debtors' inability to manage their finances and economic fluctuations. This inability is often caused by miscalculations or a sudden drop in income, such as a decline in business sales or job loss. Conversely, economic turmoil such as inflation, high interest rates, or recession also exacerbates the situation, making it difficult for debtors to meet payment obligations. Dealing with non-performing loans requires a layered approach that is customized, depending on the specific conditions of the debtor and creditor. One effective method is loan restructuring, which involves modifying the terms and conditions of the loan to make it more affordable for the debtor. In addition, asset seizure and liquidation is also a last resort to reduce losses for creditors. Enforcement of credit risk management through stricter evaluation of creditworthiness and utilization of advanced technology is also important to minimize the risk of future non-performing loans. For the prevention of non-performing loans, continuous financial education and good communication with debtors are essential first steps. Financial education programs can help individuals and businesses understand better financial management, while proactive communication between lenders and borrowers provides early warning of potential financial problems. In addition, the implementation of stricter credit policies and closer monitoring of creditor performance are also important steps in the prevention of non-performing loans before the problem becomes unmanageable. Overall, the handling and prevention of non-performing loans requires good coordination and a comprehensive approach from various relevant parties. Lenders need to develop more sophisticated procedures and tools for risk evaluation and management, while borrowers need to be adequately educated on financial management. With these collective efforts, the risk of non-performing loans can be minimized and financial stability at the micro and macro levels can be better ensured.

Abstract

Globally, the Indonesian Government issued Law number 5 years which basically demands that ASN be professional, have core values , and be of high quality. However, this is inversely proportional to the situation of das sein in the field. During preliminary research , researchers found that of the 31 ASN & 85 non-ASN who worked at the Balangan Regency Disporapar, not all of them had high work motivation. This research aims to find out whether employee performance is influenced by factors such as Motivation Factor, Hygiene Factor and Islamic Work Ethics . Apart from that, it also aims to find out whether Islamic Work Ethics moderates the relationship between Motivation Factor and Hygiene Factor on Employee Performance. This type of research uses surveys with a quantitative approach. Data was collected using 4 instruments, namely observation, interviews and documentation/literature study as well as questionnaires distributed to 54 ASN and non-ASN people in the Balangan Regency Disporapar. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique . After the data is obtained, it is then processed and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The research results show that on the one hand, the motivation factor and hygiene factor variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, on the other hand, it was found that the Islamic Work Ethics variable had no effect on employee performance. In this research, it was also found that Islamic Work Ethics was unable to moderate the relationship between motivation factors and employee performance. Likewise with the relationship between hygiene factors and employee performance, which is also unable to be moderated by the Islamic Work Ethics variable.

Abstract

Social education is an integral part of the educational process that focuses on developing students' character and social awareness. Social education is key in shaping individuals who not only excel academically, but are also aware and concerned about social issues and have a strong character. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that; firstly, the integration of social values early on in the curriculum and school activities has a positive impact on students' behaviour and attitudes, enriches learning experiences, and instils a sense of social responsibility. Secondly, there are challenges such as difficulties in integrating the social education curriculum, the need for more intensive teacher training and barriers related to socio-economic and cultural diversity in the classroom. Thirdly, the effectiveness of social education largely depends on the quality and preparedness of teachers in designing and implementing a curriculum that includes a social component, as well as their ability to respond to the needs of diverse students. Social education requires students' active participation in projects and activities that promote empathy and social care. Inclusively and contextually designed curricula and adaptive teaching methods are proven to increase students' interest and participation in social learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of Islamic economic law on stock investment in the capital market. In this context, religious economic rules serve to ensure that investing activities take place in accordance with the principles of the teachings that include fairness, transparency, as well as the prohibition of interest (riba) and uncertainty (gharar). Through clear and strict regulations, Islamic economic law is able to provide a sense of security for Muslim investors so that they can contribute without violating religious rules. On the other hand, these rules also provide confidence and stability for all capital market players. The implementation of Islamic economic law encourages companies that want to be listed in the Islamic stock market to have good management and a solid financial structure. Such companies must comply with various provisions, such as limits on the use of loans and adherence to business ethics set out in sharia principles. This compliance is not only beneficial to investors but also improves the quality and discipline of corporate finance, which in turn strengthens the overall integrity and efficiency of the capital market. However, the process of implementing Islamic economic law is not free from challenges. Effective supervision and adequate education for all stakeholders are key to addressing the growing complexity of the market. Strong support from regulators, policy innovation, as well as the application of modern technology are needed to ensure the long-term effectiveness of these rules. Thus, Islamic stock investment can continue to increase and make a positive contribution to the national economy while maintaining sharia principles and improving the welfare of the wider community.
