Abstract

This research aims to identify effective school management strategies in enhancing parental involvement in education, with the ultimate goal of building a strong partnership between school and home. Parental involvement in education has long been recognized as having a significant positive impact on children's educational outcomes, including academic achievement and emotional well-being. The research method used was a literature review. The results show that effective communication between school and home is an important foundation in building an effective partnership. The use of modern technology such as mobile apps and other digital platforms was found to be helpful in facilitating such communication. In addition, the study also found that flexibility in engagement methods and providing rewards and recognition to parents significantly increased their level of participation. Accordingly, the study suggests the importance of education and training for parents, which not only enhances their ability to support their children academically but also enriches their involvement in the school community. In conclusion, supporting parental involvement requires a multifaceted and adaptive approach that recognizes and celebrates the contributions of each parent.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine the effectiveness of an anti-bullying program in creating a safe learning environment in an elementary school setting. The study was motivated by the increasing incidence of bullying in schools which has a negative impact on students' mental health and academic performance. Based on these observations, this study aims to identify evidence-based strategies that can tackle the problem of bullying and promote a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. The research method used a literature review. The results showed that anti-bullying programs that involve all school components, including students, teachers and parents, are the most effective in creating a safe learning environment. Interventions that focused on empathy education, social skills training for students, and training for teachers in recognizing and responding to bullying incidents proved significant in reducing the incidence of bullying. In addition, parental involvement in bullying education and prevention programs had a positive impact in strengthening school efforts. Last but not least, the findings show that restorative approaches that emphasize mediation and conflict resolution are effective in improving relationships between perpetrators and victims, as well as building a more inclusive and supportive school culture.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of body language in business negotiations, with an emphasis on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of using body language as a non-verbal communication tool. The research was conducted through a literature review method, which involved collecting data from various relevant journal articles, books and other publications on the subject. The results show that body language consistently plays a vital role in supporting the effectiveness of business negotiations, where non-verbal cues such as eye contact, gestures, and facial expressions can reinforce verbal messages and foster trusting relationships. However, the study also revealed that cultural differences and potential misunderstandings can be a drawback in the application of body language, often leading to conflict and inaccurate perceptions of prosperity. The recommendations from this study conclude that training and awareness on multi-cultural body language is an important aspect that needs to be integrated in business negotiation practices in order to maximize the strengths and mitigate the weaknesses of body language.

Abstract

The use of Community Learning Centers (CLCs) as a means to address educational disparities has become an important topic in recent educational research. This study aims to analyze the effect of CLCs in improving education access and reducing education disparities in remote areas. The method used in this study involves a review of available literature from various sources, both journals and books. The results show that CLCs effectively expand access to education in remote areas and offer a valuable alternative in non-formal education. Moreover, CLCs make a significant contribution to inclusive learning and skills development, by targeting groups that are often neglected by the formal education system. These include women, ethnic minorities and adults who need new skills to adapt to changing economic conditions. However, this study also found that the sustainability of CLCs is affected by factors such as funding, staff training, and the level of local community involvement that can affect the long-term effectiveness of CLCs. The study concludes that although CLCs come with operational challenges, they remain an important tool in the global strategy to address educational disparities.
