Abstract

This type of research is associative quantitative research which has the aim of analyzing partially or simultaneously the effect of price, product quality and consumer reviews on purchasing decisions on the Shopee online shopping platform at Medan State University. The sample used in this study was 40 respondents obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was taken using a questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, and the coefficient of determination with computational data calculation and processing. The validity test results on the 20 instrument items used show rcount> rtable, and the Cronbach Alpha value> 0.6 so it can be concluded that the data obtained is valid and reliable. The results of hypothesis testing show that price and product quality do not have a positive influence on purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform, while consumer reviews show that there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform at Medan State University with a tcount value = 4.513> ttable = 1.688 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. For simultaneous testing, it shows that there is an influence between price, product quality, and consumer reviews on purchasing decisions with a value of Fhitung> Ftabel = 18,983> 2.87 with a significance value = 0.000 < 0.05. As an implication of this research, there needs to be further research related to the effect of price and product quality using different dependent variables.

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran penting dan strategis dalam perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi daya saing produk UMKM PT. Sinergi Galeri Mitra Bontang dengan menggunakan pendekatan data kuantitatif khususnya data penjualan produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengaplikasikan data penjualan periode tertentu. Data ini dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi trend penjualan, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi fluktuasi penjualan, dan segmen pasar yang paling potensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang berbasis pada kualitas produk, harga yang kompetitif dan distribusi yang efektif menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk PT. Sinergi Galeri Mitra Bontang. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran juga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi PT. Sinergi Galeri Mitra Bontang dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing produknya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan strategi UMKM di Indonesia khususnya kota Bontang. Dengan cara ini, PT. Sinergi Galeri Mitra dapat lebih siap menghadapi persaingan dan berkontribusi lebih optimal terhadap perekonomian lokal dan nasional dan juga diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi UMKM lainnya dalam merumuskan strategi yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Toko Lestari saat ini belum memiliki Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) khususnya pada proses barang masuk dan keluar, kegiatan mengelola seluruh operasional menggunakan data Excel diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman, membantu Toko Lestari dalam menjalankan aktivitas operasionalnya, dan meningkatkan efektivitas kecocokan laporan data penjualan. Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu berupa dokumen sejarah Toko Lestari, sistem dan prosedur barang masuk dan keluar dan dokumen terkait stok barang. Pada dasarnya, metode ini akan sangat membantu operasional toko retail atau UMKM. Penelitian lanjutan dapat dilakuka untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang penggunaan Excel dalam manajemen gudang atau operasional. Selain itu, UMKM disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan keterampilan penggunaan Excel dan mengintegrasikannya dengan sistem informasi lainnya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitasnya menggunakan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang baku. Karena tidak dipungkiri, menggunakan Excel adalah pilihan terbaik bagi UMKM untuk memulai menata operasional yang praktis dan ekonomis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemanfaatan dompet digital dalam mendukung transaksi non-tunai di Indonesia. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana dompet digital dapat memfasilitasi transaksi yang lebih efisien dan aman, serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi dompet digital oleh masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder melalui studi literatur, analisis dokumen, dan review data yang tersedia dari publikasi terkait, laporan industri, serta artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dompet digital memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan dan mempercepat transisi ke ekonomi cashless. Faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan akses, insentif finansial, dan tingkat literasi digital berkontribusi terhadap tingginya pemanfaatan dompet digital. Namun, tantangan seperti keamanan siber dan privasi data masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan ekosistem dompet digital yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dinamika pemanfaatan dompet digital dan memberikan wawasan bagi pemangku kepentingan untuk merancang intervensi yang efektif.

Abstract

One of the social media that is often used lately especially for Generation-Z is Instagram. With the number of Instagram social media users in Indonesia reaching more than 104.8 million users. The Instagram social media users are young people. So that makes Instagram a social media that provides freedom in the use of content. The freedom in using social media instagram often does not pay attention to ethics and morals in social media so that it becomes a concern. The purpose of the research intends that Generation-Z is able to have an awareness of the importance of digital ethics on social media, can increase awareness in interacting on social media wisely, and can also analyze the negative impact in the use of social media on Instagram. The research method involves interviews, observations, and documentation with interviews with the principal, teachers, and also students totaling 6 people. The results of the study are that Generation-Z has an understanding of digital ethics in using social media, where digital ethics become manners and manners in using Instagram social media, the actions they take in responding to netizens on Instagram social media by responding to positive comments, as well as strategies in overcoming the existence of hate speech to Generation-Z by providing habituation before learning fostered by subject teachers, socialization on school social media accounts, BK or on the osis social media account.

Abstract

Perbankan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, bank adalah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Bank berfungsi untuk menyalurkan dana dari pihak yang berlebih kepadapihak yang membutuhkan masalah yang sering terjadi di kalangan masyarakat adalah kredit macet. Kredit macet adalah kondisi dimana debitur baik itu perorangan maupun organisasi tidak mampu membayar utang atau cicilan pinjaman. Dalam upaya mengurangi risiko kredit macet, bank sering meminta adanya penjamin sebagai pihak ketiga yang bertanggung jawab melunasi kredit apabila debitur gagal memenuhi kewajibannya. Penjamin memiliki peran penting dalam mengurangi resiko kerugian bank. Dalam pelaksanaan tanggung jawab ini sering memahami kendala karena kurangnya pemahaman dari pihak ketiga mengenai peran dan tanggung jawab mereka. Oleh karena itu perlu di lakukan penguatan terhadap regulasi dan edukasi bagi penjamin untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dalam sistem perbankan. Dalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yang mengkonsepkan hukum sebagai peraturan perundang-undangan atau norma yang memberikan bagaimana perilaku manusia yang layak dan pantas.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between customer loyalty and happiness across various banking sectors and corporate social responsibility, or CSR. This report integrates findings from various studies conducted in various regions, including Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Peru. Research consistently shows that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities have a positive effect on the company's image which ultimately increases customer satisfaction and loyalty. Specifically, this study uses different methodologies, such as path analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and Pearson Correlation Coefficient, to analyze data from various sample sizes. In Indonesia, the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company image and customer satisfaction was highlighted using a sample of 100 customers. Something similar also happened in Pakistan, a study involving 219 trusted respondents found that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) significantly increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, with corporate image acting as a strong moderating factor. In Saudi Arabia, an analysis of 624 banking customers revealed that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities have a strong positive influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Research in Peru further supports these findings, showing that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), mediated by customer trust, significantly increases customer loyalty, with the model explaining 63.6% of customer loyalty. These studies underscore the strategic importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in cultivating a positive corporate image and increasing customer satisfaction, offering valuable insights for bank managers and directors in developing effective Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies.

Abstract

This research seeks to find out what causes juvenile delinquency at SMP SUMATRA 40 Bandung. The method used in this research is qualitative. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students experiencing bullying and the impact or influence of these actions in the student's social sphere. This research aims to reveal the level of bullying and the influence of bullying through learning about Pancasila and citizenship education in class VIII at SMP SUMATRA 40 Bandung. Bullying is an experience that can be experienced by some children at school in the form of physical, verbal or psychological threats such as taunting, mocking, hitting or threatening a student victim by several students. The results of the research show that the role of PPKn teachers in preventing bullying behavior through learning Pancasila and citizenship education still cannot be optimized because there are students who are physically small, weak, students who lack self-confidence, have difficulty adjusting to the environment and are considered unattractive in the environment. school.

Abstract

Inflammation is a biological response from the immune system that is triggered by various factors, including pathogens, physical trauma and toxic compounds. The inflammatory response acts by eliminating adverse stimuli and preparing the healing process. Therefore, inflammation is an important defense mechanism for health. The plants that can be used as anti-inflammatories are cloves (Syzygium aromaticum L.) and cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii) which are typical Indonesian spices which have been widely used by the public empirically as anti-inflammatories.

The airport has parts, starting from the apron, terminal, taxiway and runway. The airport is a place for the transfer of transportation modes and the transfer of aviation service users. Airports have revenue from various sources, PJP2U, PJP4U and so on. In general, airports have a stigma and understanding that airports are only a place or location in the use of air transportation modes, so users often think that airports are places to get on and off flight service users. By optimizing the rental of advertising media and the development of Lounge Facilities at Yogyakarta International Airport, flight service users and the public have the view that airports can advertise products / businesses and make optimal use of facilities at the airport with the aim of introducing and reaching as many people as possible to know the products / businesses owned by advertising tenants later and also enjoy the facilities at the airport, especially in the Lounge. Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence Non-Aeronautical Revenue Sources at YIA Airport, namely Optimization of Advertising Media Business, Development of Lounge Facilities at YIA Airport. The purpose of writing this article is to build hypotheses of influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Optimization of Advertising Media Business affects Non-Aeronautical Revenue Sources at YIA Airport; 2) Development of Lounge Facilities at YIA Airport affects Non-Aeronautical Revenue Sources at YIA Airport.
