Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada September 2021 melalui survei terhadap 140 kayawan di PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk, yang semuanya adalah karyawan tetap. Pengumpulan data survei menggunakan metode sampel jenuh untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan sisanya digunakan untuk perhitungan regresi berganda sebanyak 140 responden. Uji F dilakukan untuk menampilkan pengaruh variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat. Uji secara parsial masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen menggunakan uji-t. Studi tersebut menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan: 3 variabel yaitu, motivasi,kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi variable terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan, dan secara parsial hanya variable motivasi dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variable disiplin kerja tidak pengaruh terhadap variable kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of product quality and price perceptions on purchasing decisions through brands at Fore Coffee Kelapa Gading. The population in this study were customers of Fore Coffee Kelapa Gading. The sampling technique used an accidental sampling of as many as 132 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing includes path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study that product quality and price perception directly have a positive and significant effect on brand image, price perception and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and there is significant indirect effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image. However, product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination on the brand image is 61.9% and the purchase decision is 70.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, and price perception on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Hotel Mega Anggrek Jakarta.The population in this study are consumers from Hotel Mega Anggrek Jakarta using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 197 respondents with data collection through a questionnaire with a likert scale of 5 (five) alternatives that have been tested for validity and reliability. Path Analysis and sobel test data analysis techniques. With the results of the research, brand image and quality variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, brand image variables, product quality and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on loyalty, and customer satisfaction variables have a significant influence mediating the influence of brand image and price perception on loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction directly and indirectly through word of mouth. The population sample used as a reference in this subject is 197 respondents using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with the criteria of customers who have made purchases at least twice. Data analysis using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The results of the analysis show that product quality and brand image variables partially have a significant effect on word of mouth and customer satisfaction, word of mouth variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, word of mouth variables mediate the effect of product quality and brand image variables on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Suatu restoran dapat terus berdiri apabila tanggapan konsumen dalam membuat keputusan pembelian mendapat respon positif dari restoran tersebut. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada Bakmitopia di Green Pramuka Square. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Primary Quantitative Research Methods: Cross-sectional surveys dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Jumlah sampel yang dianalisis adalah 100 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan accidental sampling. Berdasarkan pengujian model fit, diperoleh nilai NFI sebesar 0,742 dan dinyatakan baik. Adapun teknik analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squere (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kualitas produk terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) kualitas pelayanan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeluan, dan 3) promosi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Bakmitopia di Green Pramuka Square. Berdasarkan pengujian model fit, diperoleh presentase 74,2% dan dinyatakan baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan pengambilan keputusan manajemen Bakmitopia dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality, and atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Ichiban Sushi Mall Cipinang Indah. The sampling technique was non-probability, with a purposive sampling method of 100 respondents. The population in this study is customers who have come to Ichiban Sushi Mall Cipinang Indah more than twice. The quantitative analysis method is a multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan suasana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan suasana secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

A B S T R A C T This researched to analyze product quality, price perception and service quality on satisfaction customers at Menya Musashi Mall Kota Kasablanka. The population in this study were customers of Menya Musashi Mall Kota Kasablanka, using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Data is taken by using purposive sampling method as many as 130 respondents, when 30 respondents are intended for validity testing, and the rest are designed for research calculation. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study state that simultaneously the three variables are stated influence purchasing decisions. Product quality partially does not affect customer satisfaction. while the variables of price perception and service quality are significant on customer satisfaction at Menya Musashi Mall Kota Kasablanka. A B S T R A K Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Menya Musashi Mall Kota Kasablanka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Menya Musashi Mall Kota Kasablanka, dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Data adalah diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 130 responden, dimana 30 responden dimaksudkan untuk pengujian validitas, dan sisanya dirancang untuk penelitian perhitungan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda analisis. Analisis meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji t dan uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut dinyatakan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. sedangkan variabel persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Menya Musashi Mall Kota Kasablanka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze how perceptions of pricing, location, and promotions affect guests' choices to stay at Hotel Horison Bekasi. Testing Multiple regression is the analytical technique used to evaluate the hypothesis using test 1 and a sample of 100 respondents. collecting data via a survey with a Likert scale of 5 (five) possible responses. Non-probability sampling with accidental sampling is the data collection methodology used. Respondents who have at least once (once) visited and stayed at Hotel Horison Bekasi meet the accidental sampling requirements. The data analysis method made use of the SPSS version 20 program and the traditional assumption tests (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Linearity Test). The t test results revealed that location did not significantly influence the decision to stay, pricing perception significantly affected the decision to stay, and promotion significantly influenced the decision to stay. While the results of the f test indicate that there is a substantial interaction between the factors of perception of pricing, location, and promotion at the same time on the choice to stay at Hotel Horison Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, location and promotion on customer satisfaction simultaneously or partially at Hotel Royal Kuningan Jakarta. In this study, data were collected by purposive sampling technique and obtained the number of respondents as many as 150 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that there was a significant effect of service quality, location and promotion partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Hotel Royal Kuningan Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel yang dipengaruhi oleh varibel kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin. Populasi adalah karyawan hotel dan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Accidental sampling diperoleh 150 karyawan sebagai reponden. PLS merupakan teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disarankan, perlunya keterlibatan pemimpin dalam mengapresiasi kerja karyawan. Melakukan motivasi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik kepada karyawan agar karyawan menyukai pekerjaannya dengan memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang berprestasi, sehingga menimbulkan rasa kepuasan kerja terhadap karyawan tersebut. Perlu memaksimalkan waktu kerja secara optimal, maka akan meningkatkan rasa disiplin.
