Abstract

Many young people today tend to spend a significant amount of their time on unproductive or less meaningful activities. It is therefore essential to help them develop self-discipline and prepare for a future that demands resilience, skills, and purpose. Motivation plays a crucial role in empowering youth to strive for personal and academic growth. This community service activity was conducted at Nurul Iman Mosque, Cipedak, Jagakarsa, with the aim of increasing learning motivation among mosque teenagers. The primary method used was lecturing, which served as a means of knowledge transfer as well as motivational stimulation. Through a structured and interactive lecture format, participants were introduced to the importance of education, time management, and goal setting within both religious and personal development frameworks.The lecture received positive responses from the participants. Many showed enthusiasm, attentiveness, and active engagement during the sessions. Their interest reflected a readiness to internalize the messages delivered and apply them in their daily lives. The use of the lecture method proved effective in this context, particularly when combined with a motivational tone and relatable examples. It is hoped that this initiative will contribute to fostering a more positive learning culture among mosque youth and inspire them to pursue a better future through education and self-improvement.

Abstract

Marketing is sometimes perceived as straightforward and can be executed haphazardly. However, digital-era marketing is highly complex and requires integrity and ethical conduct. The days of marketing through deception and misleading the public are long gone. In the cyber-digital era, marketing has become increasingly significant in relation to societal economic behavior. The seminar titled “Digital Marketing in the Millennial 4.0 Era: Effective Techniques for Becoming a Digital Marketer,” organized by the Advertising Program at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang, aims to help graduating students from the Advertising Program at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang understand the significance of information and the digital world, as well as the importance of digital ethics. The seminar, attended by 50 prospective graduates, focused on their readiness and understanding of cyber digital marketing. Based on the results of the pretest and post-test, there was a significant change of 2.61 in the average responses of participants using the Likert scale. The conclusion can be understood as honesty, sincerity, and nobility being the foundation of relationships in the internet network, returning humans to their humanity rather than mere lifeless accounts. The success of marketing communication lies in the innovation and creativity of individuals in conducting economic activities.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the potentials that can move the economy and advance a region. When viewed in terms of geography, natural wealth and ethnic cultural wealth in the archipelago is very alarming if the tourism sector has not become a prima donna in improving the economy of its people. Some areas such as Bali, Lombok or Yogyakarta have been quite aggressive and good at maximizing the potential of their regions through various promotions either conventionally or using digital media. There is a tourist village in the Bogor area that already has a variety of potentials such as culinary and ethnic wealth but not many people know about it. Pulo geulis as a densely populated residential area located in Babakan Pasar Village. The service team is interested in seeing the potential of Pulo Geulis to increase promotion through social media which will ultimately help the local economy. By providing experts in the field of communication who are competent in providing internet-based media literacy is a solution to optimize the use of social media for promotional media. With good social media literacy, it will certainly make it easier for people to create a variety of promotional content for their area.

Abstract

Karangsong Village in Indramayu Regency is one of the largest fish landing and marketing centers along the northern coast (Pantura) of West Java, with an average daily catch reaching 50 tons. However, this significant potential has not yet translated into substantial improvements in fishermen’s welfare, primarily due to limited marketing skills and a lack of understanding of sustainability concepts. This community service initiative aims to enhance the basic skills of marine product marketing strategies based on the Blue Economy for the fishing community in Karangsong Village. Through training and mentoring, the community is introduced to the importance of innovative seafood processing, value-added enhancement, and the application of marine ecosystem sustainability principles in fisheries business practices. The outcomes of the program indicate an increased understanding and skills among the fishermen regarding the Blue Economy concept and the urgency of maintaining sustainable fisheries practices across generations. This training is expected to serve as a starting point for building fishermen’s economic independence and strengthening coastal ecosystem resilience amidst the challenges of environmental changes and shifting market dynamics.

Abstract

Crimes in the cyber world have developed significantly over time. The Indonesian government issued Law No. 11 of 2008 to regulate this. It covers crimes ranging from electronic transaction fraud, hoaxes, hate speech, online pornography, to cyberbullying. This article explains socialization campaign activities related to the implementation of the ITE Law in human life. Many people have not yet understood the legal aspects and reportable offenses that can be taken action against when there is deviant behavior in the use of internet networks. This community service uses outreach methods and information sharing with all parties within the BP Batam environment in the Riau Islands and the jurisdiction of the Riau Islands Police. The results indicate that it is indeed necessary to conduct hands-on practice in understanding misleading narrative content that sometimes triggers sensitive issues in the community, in an effort to strengthen social interactions between the community and the police. As a result, the synergy between the police and the community can be applied in the field. Therefore, there is a need for outreach and socialization regarding the world of cybercrime in society.
