Sasaran J-ABDIMAS - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditertbitkan dan dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P2M) Politeknik Negeri Malang. Abstract

The ODJG group (People in Mental Disorders) is a community group engaged in social activities: helping, guidance, and mental health rehabilitation for ODJG who have undergone psychiatric medical treatment from a Mental Hospital. To carry out its activities, this group formed a business that produces food and beverages (MaMin) made from Moringa leaves (moringa tea, instant Moringa, Moringa ice wax, Moringa yogurt, Moringa pudding, Moringa flower extract). where the products have been marketed in Malang and surrounding areas. However, the production process encountered several obstacles: the lack of production equipment, the lack of maintaining product quality and the health of the work environment, and the lack of marketing techniques. Community service (PkM) aims to increase partners' ability to produce quality, safe, dan healthy MaMin made from Moringa leaves. The methods used in solving partner problems: 1). Production equipment grants, 2). Excellent and safe production technique training (GMP and HACCP), 3). Marketing digital training (digital marketing), 4). Production and marketing assistance and consulting. The results of the PkM activity show that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of partners in producing healthy and quality MaMin and marketing it with digital marketing media

Abstract

Miftahul Jannah Women's Corporation in Tulungagung District, as a representative of micro-enterprises at the local level, faces various challenges in managing financial administration. Lack of knowledge of financial administration information systems is a major obstacle to improving the efficiency and transparency of co-operative financial management. Therefore, there is a need to train the financial administration information system to empower cooperatives and improve competitiveness. Training the financial management information system is a strategic solution to overcome the obstacles faced by the Miftahul Jannah Women's Corporation. Through a participatory approach, participants are involved in an understanding of the basic concepts of financial information technology, the use of financial software, and practical applications in a cooperative context. This approach is designed to accommodate a diverse level of digital literacy among participants. The training is designed with structured phases, including theory exposure, practical demonstration, and simulation training sessions. After the training, there was a significant improvement in the participants' ability to manage the co-operative financial administration. They are able to use financial software smoothly, compile accurate financial reports, and make better financial decisions. Positive impacts are also seen in increased transparency, accountability, and confidence among co-operative members. This training not only benefits the operational level of cooperatives but also empowers the economy of micro-enterprises in the region. With increased financial management capabilities, cooperatives can be more effective in managing resources, increasing production, and expanding market share. This empowerment contributes to local economic growth and improved welfare of co-operative members.

Abstract

Sistem informasi (SI)cadalah salah satu faktor yang penting bagi sebuah instansi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan. SI memungkinkan instansi untuk lebih produktif dalam memperoleh, memproses, dan menggunakan informasi secara akurat. Salah satu jenis sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses operasional sebuah instansi di bidang pendidikan adalah Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran untuk program-program yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga pendidikan. Yayasan Ihyaul Quran merupakan salah satu jenis yayasan pendidikan di Kota Malang yang memiliki beberapa program, diantaranya Program Pendidikan Sekolah Balita, Tahfidz Quran, Kursus Quran, Kuttab Ibadurrahman, dan Ayo Menghafal dan Memahami Al-Quran (AMMA). Saat ini dalam proses pendaftarannya, khususnya program AMMA masih dilakukan secara manual. Kegiatan PKM ini mengusulkan sebuah pengembangan aplikasi dan pelatihan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Program Ayo Menghafal dan Memahami Al-Quran (AMMA) di Yayasan Ihyaul Quran Indonesia. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan calon peserta dalam melakukan pendaftaran, dan juga memudahkan admin program dalam melakukan pengelolaan data calon peserta.

Abstract

Marketing is often interpreted narrowly as the activity of distributing products from producers to consumers, even though in fact it is not just that activity. Advertising is one of the many activities in marketing. All activities in marketing need to be integrated with each other so as to produce a mature marketing concept. Likewise with advertising activities which are one of the communication activities in integrated marketing communications. In small businesses, generally communication activities are carried out separately and have not yet integrated their communication activities. This community service aims to provide guidance on the importance of conducting integrated marketing communications, namely integrating marketing communication activities in the form of sales promotions that have already been carried out by partners with advertising.

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out in Tumpang District, Malang Regency with partners, namely UMKM Jamu WR9 which is a representative of MSMEs in Wringinsongo Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. These business actors include the production and sales processes. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of providing understanding to business actors regarding the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors, in this case PIRT licensing so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future. by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities and by providing assistance with PIRT licensing. The activity implementation method consists of three stages. The first preparation stage includes pre-survey, team formation, proposal creation and submission, team and partner coordination as well as preparation of tools and materials to assist PIRT licensing. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of assistance which begins with discussion and preparation for PIRT management by providing a sealer machine and stove. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after program implementation using interview and observation methods. After that, a report is prepared for subsequent publication. With the implementation of this program, there will be an improvement in society's value order in the field of education, especially in the fields of economics and law. Keywords: PIRT permit, UMKM

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh balita diakibatkan kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Kekurangan gizi terjadi sejak bayi dalam kandungan dan pada masa awal bayi lahir, namun kondisi stunting baru nampak setelah bayi usia 2 tahun. Stunting yang dialami anak disebabkan oleh tidak efektifnya periode 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Periode ini merupakan penentu pertumbuhan fisik, kecerdasan, produktivitas seseorang di masa depan. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode analisis komparatif 2 sampel berkorelasi yang membandingkan perlakuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Di dalam studi ini, dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kondisi dan prevalensi balita berisiko stunting sebelum dan setelah diberikan pendampingan masyarakat dengan cara intervensi pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) di Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang. Pemberian makanan gizi seimbang telah diberikan, dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut terdapat 10 balita (9%) dari 110 balita mengalami peningkatan status gizi dari pendek menjadi normal. Persentase balita risiko stunting di wilayah Kecamatan Sukun menurun dari 9,32% menjadi 6,9%,

Abstract

Wringinsongo Village is one of the partner villages of the Malang State Polytechnic. Located in Malang District and the distance is 18 KM from Malang State Polytechnic. Recently, the problem faced by residents is the amount of garbage caused by the large number of people who inhabit the village, the emergence of tourism sites, and the increasing lifestyle. The emergence of garbage in the yard causes new problems for the social environment, so it needs serious attention. Meanwhile, in the area there are already Temporary Disposal Sites (TPS) and Final Disposal Sites (TPA), but if people just throw garbage continuously the garbage will build up. However, if the community is provided with procedures for processing and managing waste first, then the amount of waste can be reduced. One of the impacts of the development of natural bathing tourism in Wringinsongo village is the emergence of waste problems left by visitors to these tourist attractions. For this reason, it is necessary to find an alternative solution that is easy to do safe for the environment, and does not cause a new impact, which is to be processed into fuel by drying and processing it into biochar. With this technical guidance, it is hoped that it can become an insight into new knowledge of technology development that can be developed on a large scale to overcome the waste problem.

Abstract

Waste management is a serious problem in densely populated environments. This research examines community service efforts aimed at overcoming waste management problems in Pulosari Village, Surabaya, through the application of the automatic trash can concept. By using survey, preparation, implementation and evaluation methods, this program was successful in installing automatic trash cans, holding outreach to the community, as well as providing assistance and evaluation on the use of these automatic trash cans. The automatic trash bin created is capable of detecting metal and non-metal waste and sorting it automatically. The results show a positive response from society towards this technological innovation, with increased awareness of the importance of keeping the environment clean. However, further evaluation is still needed to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of this program in the future. Therefore, this activity participates in efforts to create a cleaner, healthier and more sustainable environment in Pulosari Village and can be used as an example for other villages or villages in overcoming similar problems.

Abstract

Fire disaster is one of the many disasters that occur in the wider community both in the office and residential environment. This fire disaster generally occurs due to human factors such as: using electrical loads that exceed the power capacity and placing flammable items near the source of fire. This fire hazard will be easier to overcome if people know how to put out fires properly and know how to use extinguishers such as APAR (Light Fire Extinguisher) and the use of gunny sacks. APAR is generally categorized into 3 types, namely: Dry Chemical Extinguisher, Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Extinguisher, and Foam. Extinguishers containing dry chemical powder are very commonly used because they are able to extinguish almost all types of fires. The use of APAR is most likely to be used because of its portable nature, easy maintenance, and easy to use. In the community service that has been carried out at Batam State Polytechnic, a demonstration on how to extinguish fire with fire extinguisher and the use of gunny sacks was also carried out. Participants of this community service program are students, vocational school students and vocational school teachers.

Abstract

Aplikasi SIAK (Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan) merupakan suatu bentuk informasi berbasis teknologi yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data dan dokumen yang akan menghasilkan kegiatan pencatatan penduduk dan pencatatan sipil yang disusun menurut prosedur dan menggunakan standar tertentu yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. melaksanakan administrasi kependudukan. sistem administrasi di bidang kependudukan sehingga tercapai ketertiban administrasi dan juga membantu petugas di jajaran. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan menganalisis kekurangan aplikasi SIAK terpusat. Metode yang digunakan terbagi dalam tiga hal dengan menggunakan analisis teoritis terhadap unsur keberhasilan penerapan SIAK Terpusat berdasarkan Dukungan, Kapasitas dan Nilai. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan siak yang difokuskan pada peningkatan pelayanan publik pada Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Lombok Barat telah berjalan dengan baik. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapan SIAK terpusat, yaitu keterbatasan kapasitas, dimana sumber keuangan berupa dana APBD tidak sepenuhnya disediakan untuk pengembangan dan pemeliharaan SIAK terpusat, akibatnya operator SIAK kekurangan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk operasional Siak. , seperti komputer pribadi, printer, kertas, dll dan tidak jarang konflik jaringan dan masalah pada aplikasi SIAK berasal dari pusat.
