Sasaran J-ABDIMAS - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditertbitkan dan dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P2M) Politeknik Negeri Malang. J-ABDIMAS diharapakan mampu menjadi media publikasi seluruh civitas akademika terkait dengan hasil inovasi dan solusi dalam berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Cakupan J-ABDIMAS berisi publikasi hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bersifat strategis, tepat guna, implementatif dari ilmu pengetahuan terutama bagi penerapan bisnis. Abstract

Setiap tahun, Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten selalu menyelenggarakan Lomba Kompetensi Siswa (LKS) di bidang teknik listrik antar SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) tingkat kota/kabupaten. Kenyataan di lapangan, proses menyerap ilmu dan berlatih dari sekolahan masih kurang maksimal karena terbatasnya waktu. Pelatihan atau pembekalan bagi siswa SMK jurusan teknik listrik, diharapkan dapat memberikan arahan dan kisi-kisi tentang Lomba Kompetensi Siswa (LKS) bidang teknik listrik agar para siswa lebih mantap, percaya diri dengan adanya skill tambahan yang di berikan. Selain itu, dampak dari pembekalan ini adalah agar siswa mendapatkan nilai maksimal dan bisa menjadi pemenang dari lomba LKS ini. Dari pelatihan atau pembekalan tersebut didapatkan hasil yang memuaskan, siswa dapat merakit dengan cepat, benar dan rapi. Siswa juga dapat menjelaskan secara detail apa yang dikerjakan dan bahkan bisa menyelesaikan trouble shooting yang diberikan dengan sempurna.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang selanjutnya disebut BUMDes merupakan salah satu alternatifuntuk meningkatkan ekonomi di pedesaan. BUMDes lahir sebagai suatu pendekatan baru dalam usahapeningkatan ekonomi desa berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Pengelolaan BUMDessepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat desa, yaitu dari desa, oleh desa, dan untuk desa. Dari hasilanalisis bahwa Desa Pulotondo memiliki banyak potensi yang dapat dikembangkan melalui unit usahaBUMDes diantaranya, budidaya ikan air tawar, penjualan jeruk purut serta olahan jeruk purut yangdijadikan bubuk aroma ataupun menjadi minyak atsiri yang menjadi lilin terapi, mengembangkanusaha catering ibu-ibu PKK, dllBentuk Pengabdian yang direncanakan adalah FGD dengan memberikan contoh-contohbisnis yang potensial dan aplikatif yang dapat dijalankan pada lokasi setempat. Peserta juga akandiberikan kesempatan untuk menyampaikan potensi-potensi pengembangan bisnis lain yang mampudihasilkan. Tim pelaksana PPM juga akan memberikan kesempatan untuk diskusi lebih lanjut padatim pengusul PPM secara informal dan tidak menutup kemungkinan dapat dilakukan kegiatan lanjutanberupa pendampingan di masa mendatang dalam mengawal pengoptimalan BUMDes.Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini dapat memberikanBUMDes ide pengembangkan bisnis dan wirausaha yang dapat dijalankan oleh warga sekitar terutamadalam peningkatan pengolahan dan pemasaran produk perikanan dan pertanian. Selain itu BUMDesdapat menemukan potensi usaha lain seperti wisata atau edukasi bagi masyarakat Jawa Timur.Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini dapat menjalin kerjasama yang baik hingga pada tahap kerjasamamenjadi desa binaan Politeknik Negeri Malang.

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM is to find the problems faced by the congregation of the AL Ikhlas Mosque RT.076 RW.17 Sudimoro, Mojolangu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City and at the same time provide the right solution to achieve increased knowledge and skills in the field of marketing management, especially building customer loyalty. The methods used are: observation, to observe activities carried out both in the economic and socio-religious fields, then interviews, explored to find problems and solutions that will be offered and simulations, to find the most appropriate alternatives to market goods more effectively. Description of the technology to be applied. 1. In the form of lectures: Study Group participants are gathered in a certain room and given a lecture on devotion material in the form of: Customer Loyalty. 2. Guidance and Training: In the form of practical guidance and training and discussion of experiences and obstacles in the field. 3. Simulation practice: In the form of a demonstration of how entrepreneurs offer goods, and how to attract potential consumers, until loyal customers are formed Keywords: guidance and counseling, customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Community Service Program intends to support the Empowering School Certification Program by establishing computer network infrastructure at the Islamic High School in Malang's Kepanjen region. According to analysis studies, the current network falls short of the online access criteria for certification tests. This intervention employed two essential approaches. The first option entails installing standard-based computer networks in the school laboratory facilities. The second option gives information technology (IT) educators extensive network management support. The Community Service Program Team of the State Polytechnic of Malang runs the initiative, which focuses on creating a reliable network topology and increasing the skills of the school's IT staff. This intervention is expected to increase overall educational quality and develop network infrastructure that will allow certification programs to be implemented. The accompanying seeks to provide expertise to Kepanjen's Islamic High School Team so that they can manage the network more independently. This community service project is designed to optimize the digital learning ecosystem, improve education and evaluation processes, and prepare students for the complexities of the digital age. This will be accomplished through collaboration between the Community Service Program team and the Islamic High School of Kepanjen District Malang.

Abstract

Manual work using drilling machines, manual grinding, and filing in penetrating holes in the profile of the hollow Aluminum frame in the shape of the glass door lock housing is the problem faced. Community service aims to obtain a portable door lock children's home hole prototype for hollow aluminum frame profiles for glass doors. The method applied is design discussions with partners, making a hole punch frame for a portable door lock housing for an Aluminum frame profile according to the dimensions of a 3 Ton jack, making a punch in the exact shape of a particular key housing hole with an electric discharge machine (EDM) Wire Cut, hardening and tempering steel punch, making sharp side profiles for the shape of the key housing using a CNC milling machine, trial of punching the door frame profile, and handing over the portable door lock home punch tool kit to the service partner. With the completion of the manufacture of the portable door lock children's home punch tool kit as a work aid, it can be used to support the production of glass door frames ordered by the wider community with good results, a fast process, and production costs can be reduced. In this way, there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema) and community members in the production of products needed by the community more efficiently and able to meet the needs of the general community.

Abstract

In the digital era, MSMEs are faced with the challenge of adapting to technology in order to remain competitive. This study aims to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of herbal drinks in Rejosari Village, Lamongan. This is done through digital marketing and financial management training using the Qasir application. This training includes socialization of the importance of digital marketing and direct practice using social media platforms and financial management applications. The results of the study showed a significant increase in participants' digital knowledge and skills. In addition, participants showed a high interest in applying the knowledge gained in running their businesses. However, there are still several obstacles faced, such as the lack of digital literacy. This study concludes that digital training can be an effective solution to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in rural areas.

Internet marketing is a marketing activity with the application of information technology, which includes activities to promote products and/or services through the internet. Jasmine Collection Kel. Tanjung Rejo, Sukun District, Malang City, one of the newly developing MSMEs, has not been optimal in implementing online marketing which is part of Internet marketing. Online marketing has been carried out through private Whatsapp and Instagram statuses. This PKM activity aims to help Jasmine Collection MSMEs maximize online marketing activities. Abstract

Desa Tulusbesar merupakan desa yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Malang. Potensi yang terdapat pada desa ini sangat besar terutama dalam bidang seni dan budaya. Terdapat banyak pagelaran seperti bantengan, jaranan, wayangan dan ada juga pelaku UMKM yang memproduksi topeng malangan, kuda lumping, wayang, lampu hias dan masih banyak lagi. Salah satu indikator kesuksesan pelaku UMKM Desa Wisata Budaya Tulusbesar adalah kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Tulusbesar yang meningkat. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan dengan cara meningkatkan penjualan produk dari hasil keterampilan masyarakat desa ini. Tantangan dan permasalahan yang terjadi pada lingkungan bisnis saat ini adalah masyarakat banyak melakukan transaksi jual beli melalui platform digital, sehingga dibutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan khusus untuk bisa memasarkan berbagi macam produk melalui metode tersebut. Agar usaha yang dimiliki masyarakat Desa Wisata Busaya Tulusbesar ini bisa bertahan dan lebih berkembang, maka tim PPM memberikan pelatihan penggunaan social commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM di Desa Wisata Busaya Tulusbesar serta perhitungan biaya pemasarannya.

Abstract

The younger generation is creative and ambitious, often channeling this energy into startups. Observations by the community service team at Bumigora University reveal that most students aspire to establish startups to fulfill their needs and gain entrepreneurial experience. However, they face challenges such as limited knowledge of effective business strategies and financial management. This community service activity aims to enhance students' understanding of building and managing startups using smart technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI). The seminar introduces AI as a tool for developing business strategies, optimizing operations, and automating financial management. The program employs the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, focusing on leveraging community assets to address their needs. Activities include lectures, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations to integrate AI into entrepreneurship. Results show a significant improvement in students' knowledge and skills in applying AI for business purposes. The seminar effectively enhanced their understanding of strategies for building businesses, designing marketing plans, and managing finances. Post-test results from participants via Google Form confirm these outcomes. This activity empowers the younger generation to establish competitive, technology-driven businesses.

Abstract

Integrated Primary Education (TK Kusuma Mulia) is a basic education activity that is organized by, for, and with the assistance of primary education officers. Therefore, TK Kusuma Mulia is a community-driven initiative in the field of basic education, with the village head as the responsible party. A.A. Gde Muninjaya (2002:169) states: "Basic education services are a form of integrated basic education services carried out in primary education. Currently, computers are tools used to process and create work reports, whether in the form of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint data. Up until now, TK Kusuma Mulia, located in the Sumberejo Badas Pare Village, Kediri Regency, still uses conventional manual typing machines for reporting, resulting in various limitations experienced by the TK in terms of administrative operations and data management."
