Sasaran J-ABDIMAS - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditertbitkan dan dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P2M) Politeknik Negeri Malang. J-ABDIMAS diharapakan mampu menjadi media publikasi seluruh civitas akademika terkait dengan hasil inovasi dan solusi dalam berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Cakupan J-ABDIMAS berisi publikasi hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bersifat strategis, tepat guna, implementatif dari ilmu pengetahuan terutama bagi penerapan bisnis. Secara umum fokus terhadap pelayanan publik, ketahanan pangan, ekonomi masyarakat, teknologi tepat guna, desain teknologi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, akses sosial, pelayanan pendidikan, teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengembangan masyarakat berbasis aset, riset berbasis masyarakat, layanan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat, dan pengembangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Sosial media merupakan salah satu media penghubung informasi dan komunikasi dari produsen ke konsumen di manapun mereka berada dan berapapun jaraknya. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang tepat sebagai media pemasaran di era digital ini. Melihat jangkauan pengguna Instagram yang luas akan menjadi media potensial untuk mengembangkan jangkauan pemasaran, sehingga UKM dapat memanfaatkan lebih optimal. Instagram mempunyai banyak fitur yang dapat membantu UKM untuk mengembangkan pemasarannya. Salah satu fiturnya adalah Instagram Shopping yaitu serangkaian fitur yang memungkinkan orang untuk berbelanja dengan mudah lewat foto dan video merek Anda di seluruh Instagram.yang di dalamnya ada toko dan etalase dengan halaman detail produk. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar pelaku UKM memiliki pengetahuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan Instagram Shopping dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk. fitur-fitur pada Instagram Shooping juga memudahkan berbagai skala usaha untuk menampilkan usahanya yaitu fitur: Instagram Shopping Tag, Katalog Produk, Halaman Detail Produk, Instagram Shopping Ads, Shopping Tag di Akun tertentu dan Product Luanches. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah publikasi jurnal Pengabdian ber-ISSN, publikasi media massa online, adanya penerapan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase clarity and beauty for all guests who head to the hall in RW 06 Kelurahan Tasikmadu Malang. The method used is deliberation with residents and building managers to determine the design/technique of the construction model for the posts to be installed in the Hall, making posts from stainless steel in the form of plates (stainless steel) and installing stainless steel letters on the west side of the outer wall of the Hall, assessing the robustness and the beauty of the placement, and submission to the Head of RW 06 where the installation of the writing is in his working area. By installing stainless steel letters in the Hall, it is hoped that identity can be made clear to all guests or all parties who pass in front of it. Thus there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang and community members in obtaining satisfaction of the usefulness of assistance and the beauty of the environment in RW 06 Tasikmadu, Lowokwaru, Malang city.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat luas, termasuk peneliti maupun mahasiswa. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan khususnya dalam membantu membuat daftar pustaka adalah “Mendeley Reference Manager”. Mendeley merupakan salah satu dari beberapa alat manajemen referensi yang direkomendasikan baik jurnal nasional maupun jurnal bereputasi internasional. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan training penggunaan “Mendeley Reference Manager” untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam membuat daftar pustaka otomatis. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui ceramah online, instruksi tentang penggunaan Mendeley reference manager, praktik penulisan sitasi dalam artikel ilmiah, dan tanya jawab. Peserta dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjumlah 18 orang dengan berbagai latar belakang. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para peserta dapat melakukan install “Mendeley Reference Manager” , membuat collection, membuat group kolaborasi hingga menyusun daftar pustaka otomatis. Kedepannya diharapkan para pengguna khususnya penelit dan mahasiswa dapat membuat daftar pustaka otomatis, dengan lebih baik, efektif, efisien dan meminimalisir kesalahan.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide assistance and training for the Petung Sewu Village Farmer Women's Group, Malang Regency, namely the Petung Sewu Village farmer women's association that processes citrus drinks which currently does not have proper business administration records, resulting in irregular recording and proof documents, inseparability between personal money and business capital and business results, In fact, often it cannot be known the profit and loss from the proceeds of sales. This community service activity is in the form of assistance to the Petung Sewu Village Farmer Women's Group, Malang Regency in terms of managing business administration activities systematically using the TemanBisnis application to facilitate the management of administrative activities so that all administrative activities can be recorded properly. The method used is to hold assistance and training on the use of digital financial administration records, namely the "Business Friends" application. The end result of this activity is the application of a good digital sales administration system to realize an orderly administrative business and ease of financial records, financial statements. Real time information in this system helps the business operations of the Farmer Women's Group of Petung Sewu Village, Malang Regency more effectively and efficiently. Abstract

This community service aims at training and assistance in making product catalogs for polynema partner MSMEs in Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency, which at that time there was still no porduk catalog available, so that marketing activities were still not optimal. The creation of this product catalog is expected as a means of promotion to introduce products made by Duwet Village residents to the wider community. This community service activity in the form of training and assistance in making product catalogs is divided into two stages, the first is that the Duwet village community will be given photography training to produce quality product images and the second stage is training on making layouts for photographic product catalogs. With this community service activity, it is hoped that the assisted villages can create product catalogs both print and digital for promotional facilities to increase sales volume so that the impact will be on improving the welfare of Duwet Village.   Keywords:MSMEs, Promotions, Product Catalogs

Abstract

The Campus Teaching Batch 7 program aims to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills through student mentoring at SDN 3 Rejotangan, Tulungagung Regency. This activity examines the effectiveness of the mentoring program in overcoming the problem of low student literacy and numeracy skills. The methods used are observation, interviews, and pre- and post-assistance tests to measure changes in students' abilities. The results show that there is a significant improvement in students' literacy and numeracy skills after receiving intensive assistance from students. This program also had a positive impact on students' learning motivation, as seen from the increased participation and enthusiasm of students in learning activities. The mentoring students acted as facilitators, providing interesting and relevant materials, and using interactive and fun learning methods. In addition, the collaboration between student assistants, teachers, and parents also supports the success of this program. Student assistance in the Teaching Campus Program Batch 7 is effective in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills at SDN 3 Rejotangan. Recommendations are given to develop similar programs in other schools to improve the quality of basic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Campus Teaching Batch 7 program aims to improve literacy and numeracy at SDN 1 Aryojeding, Tulungagung Regency, through comprehensive mentoring. The program involves students as agents of change who collaborate with teachers in designing and implementing innovative learning strategies. The methods used include observations, interviews, and pre- and post-intervention evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the program. Preliminary results show a significant improvement in students' reading and numeracy skills after participating in this program. Intensive mentoring and the use of interactive learning media proved effective in motivating students and improving their understanding of basic literacy and numeracy concepts. In addition, the program also succeeded in improving teachers' skills through a sustainable learning model. The success of this program shows the importance of collaboration between universities and primary schools in creating a better learning environment. It is hoped that this mentoring model can be adapted and applied in other schools to improve the quality of basic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Banana fronds or Gedebog in Javanese, banana fronds are one part of the banana tree that is rarely 'touched', even though banana fronds themselves contain many vitamins and are rich in health benefits. Therefore, it is feasible to increase the value of the product and its selling value so that it can be enjoyed by the wider community as a healthy snack product through diversification of banana fronds into banana frond chips that can be accepted by the community. Duwet Village as a good banana producing village, has not yet understood the diversification of products that can be processed from banana fronds. The methods used in this activity are a) Initiation of PPM Activity Program, b) Transfer of Knowledge, c) Discussion and Q&A, d) Problem Discussion. The training participants were mothers of Duwet villagers who were housewives, farmers, and who did not have a fixed income. The results of this activity found several obstacles that not all types of bananas, the fronds can be diversified into banana frond chips, for the process of making this product also has special criteria related to down time production time.

Abstract

One of the irrigation areas in Central Java Province is the Comal Irrigation Area (D.I Comal) which is included in the Comal Watershed (DAS). D.I Comal has an area of 8946.79 Ha. The current condition of the Comal irrigation area is experiencing damage to several parts of the canal. This can cause water loss/leakage thereby reducing irrigation efficiency and effectiveness. This problem is being addressed by the Water Users Farmers Association (P3A) independently. The development of irrigation modernization goes up with the expansion of various alternative materials for irrigation channels, including ferrocement. Ferrocement is a mortar made from a homogeneous mixture of sand, cement, water and reinforced with reinforcement coated with woven wire (galvanized) with thickness of 3 to 6 cm. The Public Works Polytechnic provides community service by building a pilot irrigation repair using ferrocement concrete. The project are rehabilitation of tertiary channels and distribution boxes. This community service is in collaboration with P3A D.I Comal and the Irrigation Engineering Center. Outreach activities were also carried out to the public. It is hoped that the inclusion of PU Polytechnic in the community will provide benefits to the society in improving the quality of the irrigation network in D.I Comal.

Abstract

Saat ini pelaksanaan kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih banyak yang bersifat konvensional menggunakan tes berbasis kertas padahal kurikulum menuntut pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Ada banyak pilihan aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan guru dalam melakukan proses evaluasi, salah satunya adalah aplikasi Classpoint. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi dan inovasi bagi guru-guru SMK, khususnya guru yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Akuntansi Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi menggunakan aplikasi Classpoint. Aplikasi ini menyediakan banyak pilihan pembuatan bentuk soal dan fitur koreksi otomatis yang dapat mempersingkat waktu pengkoreksian bagi guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi, demonstrasi dan pelatihan. Hasil pengabidan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru peserta dalam pembuatan alat evaluasi berbasis teknologi menggunakan Classpoint. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkataan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien menggunakan alat evaluasi pembelajaran yang tepat.
