However, due to time constraints, the research focused on four activities: 1) identifying problems, 2) determining goals and solutions, 3) designing and developing products, and 4) demonstrating products. A needs assessment was conducted through questionnaires distributed to students and subject teachers, which revealed a strong requirement for a curriculum focused on agribusiness in shallot cultivation for seventh-grade students at MTs. Muhammadiyah Kalosi. The curriculum was validated as both feasible and practical, as evidenced by expert validators, teacher feedback, and group trials, all of which placed it in the "very good" category. The curriculum is deemed suitable for integration into educational contexts to help students maintain cultural relevance

Abstract

This study explores the strategies employed by madrasah heads in implementing the Independent Curriculum Change at MAN 1 Soppeng, an area previously unexplored in research on religious schools. Using a qualitative approach, the study identifies three key strategies: (1) conducting regular webinars via the Ministry of Religion's Smart Platform, (2) fostering learning communities through MGMP (Subject Teacher Deliberation) and FGD (Focus Group Discussion) activities, and (3) organizing Independent Curriculum Implementation (IKM) workshops. To facilitate the Independent Curriculum Change, the madrasah head established a Madrasah SOP Preparation Team (Standard Operating Procedures). Additionally, a Curriculum Development Team was formed to support the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5RA). This team designed activities based on established guidelines, tailored to students' abilities, and collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure success. The study also highlights both supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation process. Therefore, the madrasah head must adopt effective strategies to successfully manage the transition to the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

For fresh graduates it is not easy to get a job, because the number of undergraduate graduates is increasing every year, but the available job vacancies are not proportional to the number of graduates currently available. One of the processes of developing and improving the competence of fresh graduates can be done by carrying out training activities. Through participation in training, fresh graduates are able to improve their competence in construction work, especially road maintenance. The type of research used is quantitative research with One Group pre test - post test design. In this model there is one class given treatment and then the process and results are observed. The research instrument used was a road maintenance learning outcomes test instrument for fresh graduates of the Civil Engineering study programme. The test was conducted at the beginning of the meeting (pre test) and the end of the meeting (post test). The research analysis used N-Gain score. Based on the pre-test and post-test scores of the road maintenance training, there was a significant increase in the average score of the participants. During the pre-test, the minimum score obtained by participants was 42 and the maximum was 75, with an average score of 60 and a standard deviation of 9.72. The post test results showed a positive increase in participants' achievements. The minimum score on the post test was 83 and the maximum score was 100, with an average score of 89 and a standard deviation of 4.7. This indicates that the training was successful in significantly improving participants' competencies, with a difference between the mean pre and post test scores of 29 points. The average N-gain for all participants was 0.7, which falls into the high improvement category. This shows that the training was effective in improving the overall competence of the participants, with a visible impact on the improvement of their scores after the training.

This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which systematically collects, evaluates, and analyzes relevant literature on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to uncover research trends and gaps. One of the important findings is the relationship between CSR and financial performance, which has received considerable attention in recent literature. Many studies highlight a positive correlation, indicating that well-implemented CSR initiatives can enhance brand reputation, customer loyalty, and overall profitability.

Abstract

In tourism destination management, there are several variables that are very important for natural tourism destinations, and are also needed in cultural heritage tourism destinations, in order to create a desire for visitors to make repeat visits in the future. Destination attributes can affect the value perceived by visitors, and then perceived value can affect the desire of visitors to revisit. This research tests a model to explore the existence of natural tourist destinations and cultural heritage tourist destinations for mountain climbing, namely Penanggungan Mountain. Several natural tourist destinations, especially mountain climbing, have developed well, although there are also many competitors that are growing equally of course. The reason for choosing Penanggungan Mountain is because it has the potential to become a more developed tourist destination in the future and can be beneficial for the community around the destination, this potential is related to the potential for natural tourism of course, also the potential for cultural heritage tourism, and Penanggungan Mountain has the potential for both, that's why this research was conducted. After this research is conducted, it is hoped that Penanggungan Mountain can be designated as a world cultural heritage site by UNESCO. This study used a questionnaire distributed to 233 climbers of Mount Penanggungan and the data was processed using SPSS v.24. The results of the hypothesis test show that destination attributes have a significant positive effect on perceived value, and perceived value has a significant positive effect on revisit intention, then destination attributes have a significant positive effect on revisit intention, these three variables are correlated with each other.
