Abstract

Until now, the tendency of intolerance with all forms of action in society has not diminished, on the contrary, it has strengthened. Some of the research conducted shows that radical groups spread their views massively through educational institutions, where students, university students and teachers are the target objects, even social media. Intolerance and radicalism in the name of religion tend to be bigger than ethnic reasons. The general aim of this research is to examine the development of religious moderation in MTI Parianagan. Specifically, the study is directed at: 1) The concept of religious moderation according to the view of MTI Pariangan; 2) The practice of religious moderation at MTI Pariangan; and 3) Factors that influence the understanding of the concept and practice of religious moderation at MTI Pariangan. This qualitative research method will be carried out in 2022 at MTI Pariangan. On the other hand, religious education institutions, especially at MTI Pariangan, have a very important function and role in sowing the principle of religious moderation, and even become a laboratory of religious moderation. Students need to be given a very adequate understanding of the nature of the various differences of human beings in their various dimensions, both in the context of social and national life. So the mainstreaming of the principle of religious moderation through the participation of religious education institutions is very strategic.

Abstract

Management of Islamic education is a very important thing when looking at the existence of Islamic education itself. In order to continue to exist and develop, Islamic education clearly requires good management, which is planned and neatly arranged. So that it can develop the existence of Islamic education in the midst of global competition. Every human life is always experiencing changes. Social changes that occur in society can occur due to the process of human spread (diffusion) from one individual to another. This is because the process of social change does not only originate through an evaluation process, but can also occur through the process of spreading cultural elements between communities. Humans in their daily lives cannot be separated from culture, because humans are creators and users of culture itself. Humans live because of culture, meanwhile culture will continue to live and develop when humans want to preserve culture and not destroy it. Thus humans and culture cannot be separated from one another, because in life it is impossible not to deal with the results of culture, every day humans see and use culture, sometimes even realizing it or not humans destroy culture . Abstract

Education is actually an activity that aims to glorify and humanize humans. The existence of education is an important element in responding to the challenges of life in this modern era, in order to establish human existence itself. The additional value of education in terms of macro and micro elements, is intended as the extent to which this education is transformed as a tool that makes humans more competent individuals, as well as confirms their position to be efficient in society. Education in the macro and micro dimensions is inseparable from the financing of education and improving the quality of education, in a broad scope covering education in a country, as well as in a narrow sense covering financing and improving the quality of education in a particular educational institution.

Abstract

Factors that cause socio-cultural changes are: Increase or decrease in population, changes in geographical environment, movement to new environments, contact with people of different cultures, natural and social issues, the birth or death of a leader, inventions/innovations. There are also several factors that impede change, for example the lack of intensive communication with other communities; slow science and technology development; very traditional nature of society ; there are interests that are firmly entrenched in society; negative prejudice against new things; fear of shakiness in society when changes occur; ideological barriers ; and the influence of custom or custom. The relationship between developed and developing countries. The necessity of developing education will open the door to the modern world, because only with education can socio-cultural changes be carried out, namely the development of knowledge, adjustment of values and attitudes that support development and mastery of various skills in using advanced technology to accelerate the process development. The theory of socio-cultural value orientation in this theory says that in society it can be seen where the orientation of values emphasizes a future-oriented view of time, a view of nature that emphasizes that natural laws can be known and mastered, a view that work is something that can give rise to more work, the view that all human beings are equal, are all value orientations that have led to progress

Abstract

Human resources are the potential contained in humans to realize their role as adaptive and transformative social beings who are able to manage themselves and all the potential contained in nature towards achieving life welfare in a balanced and sustainable order. Human resource management (HRM) talks about how to design a management system to ensure that human talent is used effectively and efficiently to achieve organizational goals. Humans are the core competence in the organization. Human Resources (HR) or human resources contain two meanings. First, HR implies work effort or services that can be provided in the production process. Second, HR concerns humans who are able to provide services or work effort. Being able to work means being able to carry out activities that have economic value, namely that these activities produce goods or services to meet the needs of society. Physically, the ability to work is measured by age. In other words, people of working age are called labor or man power. The bigger the challenge. Starting from the compatibility of the skills obtained, the demands of the world of work, now the links and matches have not been built. Many educational institutions may still use a curriculum that industry may no longer use," he said. INDEF also views that the presence of Vocational Training Centers (BLK) in the regions has not helped much in absorbing labor. Data owned by INDEF shows that out of a total of more than 7 million unemployed people in 2018, there were 1.18 million people who had received job training at BLK.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process by which children's language develops and discover the obstacles that were found after applying the "linguistic behavior model" in the context of learning a foreign language at Samarinda Ulu International Elementary School in Samarinda City. The study used a quasi-experimental time series design. The study's population consisted of all students at Samarinda Ulu International Elementary School in Samarinda City. While the sample is a subset of the population, it is thought to represent the entire population. Purposive sampling was employed for this study's data collection. The sample inclusion criteria are 30 students from Samarinda International Elementary School who were chosen based on their foreign language knowledge. The linguistic behavior model was utilized to collect data from respondents based on three periods of habituation. The study's findings indicate that there are two stages of language acquisition in the learning of a foreign language by children: the stage of comprehension and the stage of competence. As a result of his experiences, every child naturally acquires the process of understanding. Furthermore, the process of mastering the language begins when the child is able to apply what he or she has learned in accordance with the language's actual function and meaning. The application of the language acquisition model of linguistic behavior through several stages of habituation (1, 2, and 3) can help improve language development in children at Ulu Samarinda International Elementary School, particularly in English learning.

A total of 20 participants were interviewed, including principals, teachers, parents and students. Observation, interviews and documentation were used as research instruments. Character education promotion implemented at SD Negeri 2 Pengadegan covers 20 aspects. This research describes the character education strategies: exemplary habituation, school climate conditioning, integration in all subjects, and integration through extracurricular activities. Good cooperation from all school members is a supporting factor for character education at SD Negeri 2 Pengadegan.
