Abstract

Remote sensing has become a key technology for assessing environmental damage following disasters due to its ability to provide timely, spatially explicit information. Despite its growing application, existing studies remain fragmented across disciplines and lack a structured understanding of research development. This study aims to systematically map the scientific landscape of remote sensing applications in post disaster environmental damage assessment using a bibliometric approach. A total of 200 publications indexed in scopus from 2015 to 2024 were analysed, comprising 48.195 citations and h-index of 142. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to examinekeyword co-occurrence and to generate network, overlay, and density visualizations. The result identify four major research cluster : damage detection and assessment, environmental impact analysis, remote sensing applications, and disaster management. Network analysis indicates that remote sensing and damage assessment function as central nodes linkinginterdisciplinary research themes. Overlay visualization reveals a clear transition from conventional monitoring approaches toward data driven methods, particularly machine learning, predictive modeling, and GIS based analysis. Density analysis shows that research remains concentrated on monitoring and environmental assessment, while emerging topics such as artificial intelligence and UAV based sending remain underexplored. This study provides a structured and quantitative synthesis of research development and highlights the increasing role of remote sensing as a data driven decision support system. The findings offer new insights into research trends and identify under explored areas for future investigation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the function of strategic communication in combating political disinformation within The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. This study seeks to elucidate the necessity for communication tactics to evolve in response to the emergence of digital information environments, characterized by the swift dissemination of disinformation via digital platforms that shape public perception. The research examines digital disinformation and strategic communication, with the use of narrative tactics and the Ends-Ways-Means paradigm in enhancing institutional communication. The findings reveal that disinformation encompasses not only the spread of false information but also the creation of narratives that influence public perception, necessitating institutions to transition from reactive measures to more proactive and systematic communication strategies. Strategic communication significantly influences public perception, affects information interpretation, and upholds institutional credibility, especially through counter-narratives and alternative narratives that address false information. Moreover, effective communication necessitates consistency in messaging, active public interaction, and the capacity to function within dynamic digital settings. This study advances strategic communication strategies inside political institutions, specifically aimed at bolstering public trust, sustaining institutional legitimacy, and improving resilience against digital disinformation in modern political environments.

Abstract

This study examines Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a key determinant of organizational effectiveness within the Mardi Yuana Foundation, which operates under competitive pressures and resource constraints. OCB has gained increasing importance in modern organizational transformation, as highlighted by Deloitte (2023), reporting a 23% productivity increase in highly engaged organizations, and Kim and Park (2022), emphasizing OCB’s role in resilience and innovation. This research aims to analyze both direct and indirect effects of mutual cooperation, organizational culture, personality, and transformational leadership on OCB, as well as to identify priority improvement areas using the SITOREM approach. A quantitative survey method was employed involving 138 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis and SITOREM. The findings reveal that mutual cooperation has a significant positive direct effect on OCB (β=0.603), while organizational culture, personality, and transformational leadership do not have significant direct effects. However, all variables demonstrate significant indirect effects through transformational leadership as a mediating variable. This study contributes by providing an integrative, evidence-based model and actionable insights for enhancing OCB strategically.

Abstract

The relentless "digital pace" has dissolved the boundaries between cinematic arts and multimedia, yet higher education curricula often remain entrenched in obsolete silos. This pedagogical lag results in a disconnect between classroom instruction and the dynamic demands of the creative industries. Addressing this critical pedagogical lag, this study investigates the convergence of film and multimedia to analyse the extent of media convergence in professional practice; elicit practitioners’ perspectives on the essential skills required in the ‘digital pace’; and to propose a framework for sustainable communication education in Nigeria. The research is anchored on a triangulated theoretical foundation, synthesizing Jenkins’ Convergence Culture, Shaviro’s Post-Cinema Theory, and Onyejelem and Aondover’s Digital Generative Multimedia Tool Theory (DGMTT). Employing a triangulated-method, data were gathered from 150 purposively selected educators and media practitioners via online surveys and semi-structured interviews. Findings reveal a decisive consensus: 78% of practitioners deem the separation of these disciplines redundant, signaling an industrial shift from the traditional "cinematic shot" to the cross-platform "digital asset." Results also reveal that the data validates DGMTT, confirming that mastery of generative tools and AI is now a baseline requirement for employability. The study concludes that sustainability lies in embracing a "Post-Cinema" pedagogy that bridges the gap between high theory and technical application. Based on the findings of the triangulated approach, the study recommends restructuring curricula into a unified "Digital Media Arts" stream and establishing "Living Labs" to ensure classroom instruction mirrors the fluid, tool-driven reality of the modern creative economy.

Abstract

This study investigates the radical transformation in organizational systems from the traditional bureaucratic model to an "algorithmic management" model based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The study aims to analyze the structural and functional dimensions of this transformation and to foresee the future of authority and accountability in modern organizations. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach through a critical review of recent academic literature and studies. The findings indicate that algorithmic management redefines the concept of "administrative rationality" by automating discretionary authority, which leads to unprecedented operational efficiency but simultaneously raises ethical and legal challenges related to the "black box" phenomenon and algorithmic bias. The study concludes with the necessity of adopting a hybrid governance framework that ensures "effective human oversight" to guarantee the fairness and legitimacy of automated administrative decisions.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite Technology offers new opportunities for is-land nations to build robust and autonomous communications infrastructure; however, research specifically examining the advantages of the 0° equatorial orbit for CubeSat constellations remains very limited despite its natural suitability for countries located along the equator. This study introduces a new constellation architecture optimized for the equatorial region, specifically Indonesia, by designing and simulating a ten-satellite 3U CubeSat system operating in a 0° equatorial orbit at 600 km. Using AGI Systems Tool Kit (STK) v11, we modeled orbital dynamics, Voice Repeater (VR) and Auto-matic Packet Reporting System (APRS) communication performance, and Inter-Satellite Link (ISL) stability from October 8 to 31, 2025, with a resolution of 30 seconds. The results show an average of 14 daily passes with a contact duration of 770 seconds and a link margin of 3.2 dB, enabling near real-time tactical communications. The main novelty lies in demonstrating that the 0° equatorial LEO constellation provides superior spatiotemporal consistency for Indonesia and can be implemented in other equatorial countries such as Brazil, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, and others, when compared to CubeSat designs in orbits above 0°. ISL connectivity achieved 99.1% reliability over 23 days, confirming continuous data flow even under ground segment disruptions. This study provides the first integrated demonstration of a VR, APRS, and ISL CubeSat network specifically optimized for equatorial regions, offering a viable and scalable model for disaster early warning systems in island nations. These findings indicate that equatorial orbit CubeSat constellations can serve as a strategic foundation for low latency, sovereign communication infrastructure in Indonesia and other developing countries that are rapidly advancing in the space sector.
