Abstract

This research is directed to explore how experiential marketing experience and customer satisfaction are intertwined in shaping PT RAK Indonesia's customer loyalty. In an increasingly competitive business landscape, consumers no longer judge products simply by function, but by a series of experiences they feel throughout the process of interacting with the company. The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory research type. A total of 96 respondents who are active customers of PT RAK Indonesia were selected as research samples. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that experiential marketing has a real and significant boost to customer loyalty. On the other hand, customer satisfaction does not show a significant direct effect on loyalty. However, when experiential marketing and customer satisfaction were tested together, they were shown to have a significant impact on customer loyalty. A determination coefficient value of 0.955 indicates that most of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by both variables. These findings confirm that customer experience is the dominant element in building loyalty at PT RAK Indonesia.

Abstract

Regional tourism development is one of the strategic instruments in regional development aimed at improving local economic growth and community welfare. Way Kanan Regency possesses considerable natural and cultural tourism potential; however, its utilization has not yet been optimal. This study aims to analyze the public administration strategy of the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of Way Kanan Regency in developing regional tourism based on the Attraction, Accessibility, and Amenity (3A) components. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of officials from the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office, tourism site managers, and other relevant stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results indicate that tourism development strategies in Way Kanan Regency have not been implemented optimally. In terms of Attraction, tourism resources have not been properly curated and managed. Accessibility remains the most significant constraint due to inadequate road infrastructure leading to tourist destinations. Meanwhile, the Amenity aspect shows limited and uneven availability of supporting tourism facilities. These conditions are influenced by weak strategic planning, budget limitations, and suboptimal inter-agency coordination. The study concludes that tourism development in Way Kanan Regency requires strengthening public administration strategies through integrated destination planning, enhanced cross-sector coordination, and sustainable community involvement to ensure effective management of the 3A components.

Abstract

Bu Asih Eatery is a local restaurant located at Jl. Bumi Manti 3 No. 3, Labuhan Ratu, Rajabasa, Bandar Lampung. Although the number of visitors increased from 12,450 in 2022 to 16,950 in 2024, the restaurant's revenue showed a declining trend, decreasing by 5% in 2023 and by 3% in 2024. This decline is partly influenced by reduced menu prices, increased operational costs, the provision of discounts, and rising raw material prices that have suppressed profit margins. This study aims to explore the role of local wisdom-based marketing in enhancing consumer attractiveness at Bu Asih Eatery in Bandar Lampung. This research adopts a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of local wisdom-based marketing strategies, through traditional menus, authentic flavors, and friendly service, has successfully built a unique identity and attracted consumers. Factors such as traditional recipes, the use of local ingredients, affordable prices, and a warm atmosphere enhance emotional closeness with customers. Consumers responded positively to the uniqueness of the menu and services. However, challenges include limited resources, conventional promotional methods, and competition from modern restaurants. With proper management, this strategy has the potential to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and attract new consumers.

Abstract

Densely populated coastal areas face serious threats due to sea level rise and land subsidence, which accelerate the deterioration of mitigation infrastructure. This study aims to formulate the integration of Infrastructure Asset Management (IAM) into sustainable disaster mitigation strategies using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol. From 345 initial documents, 20 leading articles were selected for in-depth analysis. The results of the study show that coastal resilience requires a transformation from reactive maintenance to proactive risk-based management. Key findings identify three pillars of integration: (1) the use of digital technologies (BIM, GIS, Digital Twin) for real-time monitoring; (2) innovation in corrosion-resistant materials and hybrid (green-gray) infrastructure approaches; and (3) the application of Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) for long-term budget efficiency. The study concludes that synchronizing data governance across agencies is crucial to the success of mitigation efforts. The practical implication emphasizes that adopting an adaptive IAM framework can minimize the risk of structural failure and ensure public safety amid global climate uncertainty.

Abstract

Stroke is a condition or disease caused by a disorder in blood circulation in the brain, either because there is a blockage or bleeding due to rupture of blood vessels that result in paralysis or reduced strength in all or part of the body's muscles (hemiparesis). This condition can cause stroke sufferers to experience limitations in meeting their needs so that they need treatment and recovery assistance from the closest people such as family. Therefore, the family who plays a role in this must have knowledge about the care of family members who have had a stroke. This study aims to find out the overview of the level of family knowledge about the care of stroke patients at Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive research design. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a sample of 92 respondents. The results of the study found that respondents had a good level of knowledge as many as 11 respondents (12%), a sufficient level of knowledge as many as 33 respondents (35.9%), and a lack level of knowledge as many as 48 respondents (52.1%). The conclusion of the study was that the majority of respondents had a low level of knowledge about the care of stroke patients.

Abstract

This article examines the optimization of Village Fund Allocation (Alokasi Dana Desa/ADD) in the development of a religious-based tourism village in Senduro Village, Lumajang Regency. Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is a village fiscal policy instrument aimed at promoting village independence through development, community empowerment, and strengthening the local economy. This article aims to analyze the optimization of ADD use in the development of a religious-based tourism village in Senduro Village, Lumajang Regency. The research employs a descriptive-qualitative approach using the case study method. Data was collected through field observation, in-depth interviews with religious leaders, community figures, and residents of various faiths, as well as supporting documentation. Data was analyzed qualitatively using triangulation techniques to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding. The results indicate that ADD in Senduro Village has been utilized as a stimulus for the development of religious tourism by focusing on strengthening supporting infrastructure, facilitating cultural and religious activities, and community empowerment based on local social capital. The presence of the Mandara Giri Semeru Agung Temple, the Ogoh-Ogoh Festival, Grebeg Suro, and the Sedekah Bumi (Jolen) tradition serve as major religious tourism attractions that not only strengthen the village's social and cultural identity but also provide economic impacts for the community through the growth of people's businesses and home industries. Although the ADD allocation for religious tourism activities is relatively limited in nominal terms, it has managed to generate a multiplier effect thanks to the high levels of participation, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and interfaith tolerance deeply embedded in the social life of Senduro Village. This finding confirms that ADD optimization is not solely determined by the budget amount, but rather by the effectiveness of management, community participation, and the village's ability to integrate economic development with social, cultural, and religious values. Therefore, the development of the religious-based tourism village in Senduro can be viewed as a model of sustainable, inclusive village development oriented towards socio-economic independence.

Abstract

Conceptual understanding is a central objective of mathematics education; however, national and international reports consistently indicate that students’ levels of conceptual understanding remain relatively low. One pedagogical approach widely recommended to address this issue is scaffolding, defined as the provision of gradual and temporary instructional support aligned with students’ learning needs. This study aims to systematically examine empirical evidence on the implementation of scaffolding in mathematics learning and its impact on students’ conceptual understanding through a systematic literature review. The study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology. Relevant articles were retrieved from reputable academic databases, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. Seven selected studies were analyzed based on educational context, types of scaffolding, research design, and key findings related to mathematical conceptual understanding. Data were analyzed using thematic synthesis to identify recurring patterns, emerging trends, and existing research gaps. The findings indicate that scaffolding consistently exerts a positive effect on students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics across different educational levels. Conceptual and metacognitive scaffolding were identified as the most effective forms, particularly in fostering relational understanding and deep mathematical reasoning. Furthermore, recent developments in technology-based and digital scaffolding demonstrate considerable potential for enhancing personalized learning, although their effectiveness largely depends on instructional design quality and appropriate fading strategies. This study concludes that while scaffolding is an effective instructional approach, it is inherently complex, underscoring the need for further longitudinal and integrative research to optimize its application in mathematics education.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the development of studies on Japanese disaster cinema and identify its implications for the development of disaster education in Indonesia. The study uses a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review (SLR) following the PRISMA-based selection process. Literature was collected from international academic databases and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of meaning and trends in studies. The result of the study show that research on Japanese disaster cinema developed dynamically in the period 2012-2025 and can be classified into four main themes. The first theme relates to disaster narratives and social meaning construction, which positions film as a medium for reflecting on trauma, risk, and social charge. The second theme highlights trauma and collective memory, where cinema functions as a cultural archive that records and negotiates post-disaster experiences. The third theme discusses the relationship between humans, nature, and technology, showing how cinema represents disasters as the result of complex interactions between ecological systems, modernity, and human responsibility. The fourth theme examines the implications of cinema as a pedagogical medium capable of bridging the cognitive and affective dimensions of disaster education. The research findings confirm that cinema not only functions as a cultural representation, but also as a space for social reflection and learning that has the potential to increase risk literacy, social empathy, and critical awareness. Therefore, the use if visual media and cinematic narratives can be a complementary approach in the development of more contextual, participatory, and culture-based disaster education in Indonesia.
