Abstract

This study aims to identify innovation trends in sharia business, explore the potential of the sharia market, and examine the application of business ethics according to sharia principles. Through a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this study analyzes various sources from scientific journals and relevant articles to provide a comprehensive picture of the development of innovation, market opportunities, and ethical principles in sharia business. The results of the study indicate that digital innovation, especially through sharia fintech, plays an important role in increasing access to sharia financial services and expanding market reach. In addition, the potential for the sharia market is growing rapidly among Muslim and non-Muslim consumers who prioritize halal and ethical products. Sharia business is also considered to have its own appeal because it upholds ethical principles, such as fairness and transparency, which help build consumer trust. Overall, this study concludes that the combination of innovation and ethics is the key to the success and sustainability of sharia business. Businesses that are consistent in implementing these two elements have the potential to develop competitively and sustainably in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia economic law in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, including the challenges faced and the strategies needed to improve its effectiveness. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and used a case study method in several LKS to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of sharia principles in the operations of financial institutions. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with related parties, direct observation, and analysis of regulatory documentation and internal policies of LKS. The results of the study indicate that although LKS have attempted to implement sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury and gharar, there are still various challenges, including limited public understanding, limited competent human resources, and a regulatory framework that is not yet fully comprehensive. This study also identified that strengthening regulations, developing competent human resources, and better sharia governance are needed to ensure compliance and stability of LKS. Effective implementation of sharia economic law is expected to increase public trust in LKS, strengthen the stability of the financial system, and support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Distribution of productive zakat is one of the efforts made by BAZNAS Kampar Regency to improve the welfare of mustahik. The focus of this study is to analyze the role of zakat in improving the welfare of mustahik. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources used consist of primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and literature reviews. In data analysis, data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are used. The results of the study indicate that although productive zakat provides a positive role in empowerment and opening up economic opportunities, a further role from BAZNAS in mentoring and supervision is needed to ensure that zakat funds can be utilized optimally, leading to an increase in economic independence and more significant welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the theory of demand in Islamic economics by reviewing its principles, concepts, and implementation in modern economic life. The research approach uses a qualitative method with literature analysis covering primary and secondary sources, such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and classical and contemporary Islamic economic literature. The results of the study indicate that the theory of demand in Islamic economics is based on moral and ethical principles that emphasize justice, balance, and public welfare. Consumer demand in Islamic economics is not only influenced by economic factors such as price and income, but also by spiritual values, such as priority needs, prohibition of excessive consumption (israf), and prohibition of haram goods. In addition, the implementation of the theory of demand in Islamic economics can be realized through policies that encourage the production and consumption of halal and tayyib goods, promotion of ethical awareness in consumption, and strengthening zakat and waqf institutions to support economic redistribution. This study recommends strengthening education related to the principles of Islamic consumption to the community and developing a policy framework that supports the implementation of Islamic values ​​in the modern economic system. The implementation of these values ​​is expected to create a balance between the interests of individuals and society, and contribute to the sustainability of the global economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic approach to supply values, especially those related to the principles of justice, honesty, and efficiency in economic activities. This study was conducted to identify how these values ​​are applied in the production, distribution, and trade processes, and their impact on market balance and social welfare. The study used a qualitative method with a literature analysis approach, involving a study of primary sources such as the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as contemporary Islamic economic literature. The results of the study indicate that the principle of justice in supply emphasizes the importance of fair distribution and avoidance of exploitation in trade. Honesty as a primary value in supply ensures that information provided by producers or sellers is transparent and free from fraud, thus creating trust between economic actors. Efficiency in the Islamic context is not only related to optimizing resources, but also ensuring that the production and distribution processes do not damage the environment or sacrifice the rights of others. The implementation of these values ​​has been proven to be able to create a more stable market and support the achievement of sharia goals (maqasid al-syariah), such as the welfare of the people and social justice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of qardhul hasan in the Sharia Cooperative of SMAN 1 Bangkinang City as a form of financing that is in accordance with sharia principles. Qardhul hasan is a sharia financial product in the form of an interest-free loan that aims to help cooperative members in need. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of qardhul hasan in the Sharia Cooperative of SMAN 1 Bangkinang City is in accordance with sharia principles. The loan provision procedure is carried out by considering the eligibility and repayment ability of members, and is equipped with a simple administrative mechanism. In addition, the implementation of qardhul hasan has a positive impact on cooperative members, such as helping urgent needs without burdening interest, and increasing solidarity and a sense of responsibility among members. However, several challenges such as limited funds and member awareness in repaying loans on time need further attention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of BAZNAS Kampar in empowering the economy of the community in Ridan Permai village. The target of the output of this study is that the results of the study can be utilized by the research site, for readers and this study is published in the national journal sinta 3 or sinta 4, dummy book, complete report results. The research site is at BAZNAS Kampar Regency, the population and sample of the study are all leaders and employees of BAZNAS Kampar Regency, sample determination by snowball sampling. Data analysis technique by qualitative descriptive analysis. The planned research budget is Rp. 10,550,000 consisting of honorarium, cost of consumables, data collection and reporting costs and research outputs. The results of this study are Through the spirit of "Zakat Menyejahterakan," BAZNAS continues to innovate in creating programs that are relevant to the needs of the community and are able to provide long-term impacts. With a vision to become a trusted leading zakat manager, BAZNAS is determined to maintain the trust of the people and make zakat the main pillar in national development. Hopefully BAZNAS can continue to play a role as a strategic partner in realizing a prosperous, independent, and just society, in accordance with Islamic values ​​that are rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze market strategies in determining consumer segments and targets effectively in order to increase business competitiveness. The main focus of this study is to identify factors that influence market segmentation and determine marketing strategies that are in accordance with consumer needs and preferences. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and literature studies. Data were obtained from various sources, including business actors in certain industrial sectors and market trend analysis. The analysis techniques used are SWOT analysis to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in marketing strategies, and STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) analysis to determine the right consumer segmentation and targets. The results of the study indicate that selecting specific and data-based market segments can increase the effectiveness of marketing strategies. In addition, product differentiation strategies and digital-based marketing approaches are key factors in attracting the right consumer targets. This study also found that a deep understanding of consumer behavior allows companies to develop more targeted marketing strategies that are in accordance with market preferences. Thus, this study provides insight for business actors in optimizing marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and business growth amidst increasingly competitive market competition. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance of the role of business ethics in maintaining mutually beneficial relationships between companies and consumers. In an increasingly competitive business environment, the implementation of sound ethics can be a determining factor in building and maintaining consumer trust. This research employs a literature review method by examining various references, including books, journal articles, and relevant previous studies. Through this analysis, the study focuses on key concepts of business ethics, such as transparency, honesty, and corporate social responsibility, and their application in the relationship between companies and consumers. The results indicate that companies that effectively implement business ethics are able to build stronger trust among consumers, which in turn enhances loyalty and increases customer retention. In addition, business ethics play a significant role in managing corporate reputation, as consumers tend to prefer brands they perceive as responsible and attentive to their well-being. Companies committed to ethical practices are also more responsive to consumer feedback and complaints, which helps improve their products and services. Furthermore, consistent application of business ethics enables companies to face crises with integrity and find fair solutions, thereby reducing the risk of losing consumer trust. The study also reveals that companies that implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) effectively, particularly in social and environmental aspects, can foster deeper and more positive relationships with consumers. Overall, this study demonstrates that business ethics are not merely moral principles, but also a crucial strategy for strengthening long-term consumer relationships and enhancing a company’s competitive position in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in enhancing corporate reputation and supporting business sustainability in the modern era, which is marked by increasing public awareness of social and environmental responsibilities. CSR is no longer viewed merely as philanthropic activity, but rather as an integral part of a sustainable business strategy. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using case study techniques on several companies actively implementing CSR programs in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review, then analyzed thematically to identify the relationship between CSR implementation and corporate reputation, as well as key indicators of business sustainability such as customer loyalty, public trust, and operational efficiency. The results show that CSR, when integrated into business strategy, can significantly enhance corporate reputation. Sustainable CSR programs that are responsive to community needs also contribute to fostering harmonious relationships with stakeholders, improving corporate image, and supporting long-term business stability and growth. Thus, CSR proves to be not only socially and environmentally beneficial but also strategically valuable for the survival of companies in the modern era.
