Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published three times a year in February, June and October. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. The Journal kindly invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the disciplines of Islamic education management in the form of the contribution with articles to be published and disseminated through: the selection mechanism of the article, criticized by reviewer, and the editing process. Abstract

The education system played an important role in the development and expansion of the Ottoman Empire. To provide the country with well-trained and meritorious leaders, special institutions, such as court schools, were established. During its heyday, the Ottoman Empire reached new heights of intellectual achievement. During the success of civilization, this system gave birth to scholars who thought highly and had high knowledge. Empire growth stagnated and became resistant to change and innovation, with lasting consequences for society. Based on this, this article discusses, describes, and analyzes Islamic education in the Ottoman Empire. The object of this research is a literature search with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive research is research that describes existing data. This study uses historical methods. Education during the Ottoman Empire was driven by advanced educational institutions during the Ottoman empire, namely madrasas. In this case it is not just the number of buildings, but the quality of education offered by producing scholars who are experts in their fields. Abstract

Madrasas are educational institutions that combine the national curriculum with the Islamic curriculum. Madrasa education is an alternative to advancing education in the midst of the times. In various countries, especially in Muslim minority countries in the Southeast Asian region, for example Thailand and the Philippines, madrasas are educational institutions that enable people to get an education, if they cannot afford to go to public educational institutions. Madrasas were once considered inferior in terms of their education system, but this did not solely apply to all madrasas, or more precisely, the education system in madrasas has now undergone modernization so as to allow for a better quality of education with combined scientific dualism, namely religion and science. general. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss, describe, and analyze the madrasah education system in the Southeast Asian region, in this case in Thailand and the Philippines. The research uses qualitative research methods with a library research approach. Madrasah education in basic Thailand starts from the ibtidaiyah level, then continues with mutawassitha, and continues at the final level, namely tsanawiyah. Meanwhile in the Philippines, there are madrasah madrasas, regular madrasah madrasas, and integrated madrasas. Regular madrasah diniyah have levels of education similar to the madrasah education system in Thailand. Abstract

Instilling spiritual values ​​in students is an important component in the Islamic education system. Not only in Islamic education-based schools, spiritual values ​​are also important to be instilled by PAI teachers in general-based schools. This is important to do in order to make students good human beings and have good morals. The concept of Sufism itself is one of the spiritual values ​​that can be taught material in the learning process. One of the leading figures of Sufism scholars in Indonesia who teaches Sufism with its own uniqueness in conveying the concept of Sufism, namely using literature, is Syekh Hamzah Fansuri. This is something interesting to discuss and research. This article will discuss how to instill spiritual values ​​in students through the boat poem written by Syekh Hamzah Fansuri. From this research produced 6 spiritual values-tasawwuf taken from 6 stanzas of the boat poem written by Hamzah Fansuri. Keyword: Hamzah Fansuri, Boat Poetry, students

Abstract

Judging from the lack of good behavior in students, this is a negative perspective. Therefore, as a student, I also really feel that this is inappropriate for a student to do, especially at an Islamic university. Changing behavior to be more polite and good in Islam is a moral value. Akhlakul Karimah itself is a benchmark for example behavior for Muslims and Muslimat. Which, as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad as uswatun hasanah, where the Apostle was very careful in behaving, in speaking and even being careful when determining Islamic law which he carried out with his friends. It is appropriate for us as people to follow what the apostle taught, said, and commanded us to immediately implement and apply to our daily lives. Therefore change management is needed so that how management can enter to change for the better of students, which is for the sake of realizing the practice of akhlakul karimah. Abstract

This article discusses about the hidden meaning of tapa wuda that had performed by Kalinyamat Queen as a symbol of Islamic education. This ritualistic behavior recorded in the Babad Tanah Jawi text which is often invites controversy about its meanings. Many people interpret tapa wuda textually as "asceticism without wearing clothes". Scientific studies with a hermenautic approach will reveal what means in this fragment of the Babad Tanah Jawi text. The method that is used in this journal is a descriptive qualitative method which will present data and findings in the form of descriptive writing. The results show that tapa wuda is a symbol that has meanings of the importance of an educational environment, patience, asceticism, and strong determination and purpose in seeking knowledge to gain wisdom in thinking and acting. Abstract

Masyarakat harus sadar dan bijak menghitung seorang pemimpin lokal yang memiliki peran signifikan dalam membangun dan menciptakan sejarah suatu negara. Di era ketika masyarakat cenderung statis dan fatalistik, Halim mengajukan pemikiran yang dinamis dan progresif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa usaha Halim untuk menemukan jati diri bangsa telah dirintis sejak kecil hingga meninggal dunia. Halim telah berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap tumbuhnya banyak gerakan lain yang dipimpin oleh generasi muda sesudahnya. Halim juga berhasil menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat setempat khususnya masalah pendidikan, dakwah dan sosial. Munculnya organisasi Persatuan Umat Islam (PUI) adalah fakta dari usaha dan perjuangan Halim. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Abdul Halim Majalengka didunia Pendidikan dan masyarakat umat Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa ada Gerakan dari karya yang telah dilakukan Abdul Halim Majalengka. Kata kunci : kh. abdul halim, pemikiran, pendidikan islam.

Abstract

Sunan Kalijaga played an important role in the development of Islam, especially in Java. The name Lokajaya is attached to Sunan Kalijaga when preaching choosing to use culture and art. Wayang art is one of the things used in preaching so Sunan Kalijaga is known as a puppeteer of wayang purwa. Epistemology in Islam uses empiricism and rationalism as the foundation of true epistemology, but in Islamic epistemology it also uses God's word and intuition as a source of knowledge. Oneof the Muslim thinkers Muhammad 'Abid Al-Jabiri divided thepistimology in Islam into three methods, namely the bayani, burhani, and irfani methods. This research is using research with qualitative descriptive methods, the purpose of this method is to provide a general explanation of Sunan Kalijaga's cultural da'wah. This article uses a Library Research approach or literature research which is a study that examines various reference materials and findings related to previous research and serves to build a theoretical foundation for the problem being investigated (Sarwono: 2006). Data collection techniques use documentation procedures. Data analysis is carried out by comparing different pieces of documentation literature with different data from research findings related to the topic of research publication. Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be carried out in educational institutions as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education. This is important for carrying out management functions in every educational institution. This study discusses the implementation of total quality management (TQM) in educational institutions and efforts to improve the quality of education in achieving predetermined quality standards. Every educational institution should show better quality. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the community and stakeholders. One way to keep getting this is to make continuous improvements, both from physical and non-physical aspects. So that it becomes a quality educational institution and its quality is guaranteed. The implementation of TQM in the world of education provides continuous improvement which refers to the quality standards of educational institutions as the basis for developing quality. Abstract

Dyslexia is a term that is related to the pattern of learning difficulties of students and is accompanied by characteristic problems in word recognition and accuracy, poor decoding and weak spelling abilities. Dyslexia can be experienced by students at all levels of education. Dyslexia should not prevent students from getting learning like other students. Thus the teacher must find the right subscription to overcome the learning difficulties of dyslexic students. In compiling this article, the authors use qualitative research and focus on literature studies. The author collects through documentation activities, namely collecting all information about dyslexia in books, journals, theses and other reading sources. This study aims to determine the definition of dyslexia, the characteristics of dyslexia and the factors that can affect dyslexia. The author also aims to inform readers about dyslexia subscription assistance which is termed clinical teaching. This article shows that clinical teaching can be one of the subscriptions for dyslexic students to find the weaknesses they face so that teachers and parents can create learning that is in accordance withthe characteristics of dyslexia and they can increase the potential that exists in dyslexic students. Abstract

In pre-Islamic times, the Arab people did not record the historical events they experienced; instead, they relied on memorization and oral traditions to preserve information related to their history. As time progressed, Islamic historiography emerged in the writing of Islamic history. Based on what has been stated, the author tends to write about Islamic historiography. This research is a type of library research. The analysis is conducted by collecting, exploring, and focusing on the substance of Islamic historical data related to the development of Islamic historiography. In its development, Islamic historiography consists of several stages or periods, namely the early stage, middle stage, early modern stage, and modern stage. Each stage has its own prominent figures. Moreover, in the writing of Islamic history, various polemics exist, including those related to the credibility of sources, differences in perspectives and interpretations, and the use of history for political purposes. Through Islamic historiography, historians are able to identify important events in Islamic history that have influenced the development of political and social culture, the effects of which can still be felt today.
