Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published three times a year in February, June and October. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. The Journal kindly invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the disciplines of Islamic education management in the form of the contribution with articles to be published and disseminated through: the selection mechanism of the article, criticized by reviewer, and the editing process. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on work spirit of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This research used saturation sampling method, for 58 respondents. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work spirit of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Spirit

Abstract

Education is one important aspect in the development of a country. The teacher as a teacher has a very vital role in creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment for students. One of the factors that can increase the effectiveness of learning is the use of appropriate learning media. Good learning media can help teachers convey learning material more clearly, interestingly, and easily understood by students. Abstract

This research is based on the demands of the community's needs for quality and higher-quality education. Supervision is an important thing that needs to be done in an effort to improve the quality of education. This supervision is in the form of encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to grow teacher expertise in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of school principal supervision in improving teacher performance. This research was conducted at MI Sirojul Athfal Pondok Rajeg Cibinong Bogor. This research is based on the boardman's theory of supervision. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method supported by data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of informants in this research were the principal and two teachers. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervision of the principal at MI Sirojul Athfal goes well every semester on a regular and scheduled basis. In stimulating teacher performance, the principal provides support, facilities, and appreciation for teachers. In coordinating teacher performance, the principal holds related coordination meetings, evaluates learning, conducts peer tutoring, and involves teachers in community activities. The school principal provides input, suggestions, and solutions related to difficulties faced by teachers, and in an effort to improve teacher performance, the principal provides motivation and optimizes facilities. School is one of the educational environments after family education that must pay attention to student discipline in participating in the learning process, because it needs cooperation between parents, principals and teachers in improving student discipline. By increasing the attitude of discipline, management is also needed, the management needed is student management which regulates student activities at school and also plays a role in increasing student discipline. The implementation of management in schools certainly plays a very important role in an activity that is carried out effectively and efficiently to improve school performance in achieving educational goals. in this research conducted at MTs Al Falah, Tapos District, Depok City, which is an institution that supports students to live a disciplined life. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the subject were school princhipals, class VIII teachers, vice principals and guidance and counseling teachers.The results of the study show that the implementation of student management in improving student discipline has been carried out well. However, the attitude of discipline must be further enhanced by imposing penalties or sanctions for those who violate it, and student management must be able to manage students more effectively Keywords: discipline, student management.

Abstract

This study aims to find or describe the enthusiasm of students for memorizing the Koran at the 'Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Subulussalam Islamic Boarding School, teachers use several methods in teaching students to memorize the Koran easily so they can increase their enthusiasm for memorizing the Koran. The methods taught by the teacher when teaching them to memorize the Koran include: reading carefully verses from the verses of the Koran that will be memorized by looking at the manuscript repeatedly, memorizing verses from verses repeatedly so that they are finally memorized, depositing or listening to memorization. that a student has just memorized to a teacher (talaqqi), repeats the memorization of the Koran bit by bit which has been deposited with the teacher (tikrar), and listens to the memorization that has been memorized to other people, either to friends or other congregations (tasmi'). Abstract

Manajemen ialah suatu ilmu dan seni untuk melakukan tindakan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan. Manajemen peserta didik merupakan salah satu manajemen yang harus dikelola dengan baik dalam lembagapendidikan. Peserta didik ialah orang yang mempunyai pilihan untuk menempuh ilmu yang sesuai dengan cita-cita serta harapan masa depannya. Melihat betapa pentingnya perencanaan peserta didik dilakukan dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganlisis tentang perencanaan peserta didik yang dilakukan di SMP IT Al Afkari. SMP IT merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang mengimplementasikan konsep pendidikan Islam berlandaskan Alquran dan As sunnah. Berdasarkan konsep pendidikan yang ditawarkan oleh SMP IT tersebut maka tidak heran jika SMP IT menjadi sekolah yang banyak diminati karena sekolahnya berbasis agama. Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis tentang perencanaanpeserta didik yang dilakukan di SMP IT Al Afkari. Jenis penelitianyang digunakan penulis ialah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Perencanaan peserta didik yang dilakukandi SMP IT Al Afkari ialah: analisis kebutuhan dari peserta didik di SMP IT Al-Afkari dilakukan denganmelihat jumlah ruang belajar yang adadi SMP IT Al-Afkari dengan menyesuaikan sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Rekrutmen peserta didik dilakukan dengan sistem terbuka kepada siapa saja siswa yang sudah lulus dari SD untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di SMP IT Al-Afkari, tidak ada dilakukan seleksi peserta didik baru. Orientasi peserta didik untuk pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, serta dilakukan penempatan kelas sesuai tingkatan kelasnya. Kata kunci : perencanaan, peserta didik

Abstract

Management can be applied to educational institutions. Educational institutions that want quality in their output, need good management. This research tries to compare education management with Islamic education management. The method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation. Abstract

The world of education has many goals to be achieved, one of which is to foster disciplined behavior in students. With the habit of praying dhuha at school, students should be able to understand and develop disciplined behavior in each of them. This study aims to determine the level of habituation of the Dhuha prayer in congregation for class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City, to determine the level of discipline in class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City and to analyze the influence of the habituation of Dhuha prayer in congregation on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. This study used a population of all VIII grade students at MTs Al-Ahsan with a total sample of 114 people taken at random. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that: First, the habit of praying dhuha in congregation for class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan obtained a score in the "good" category with an average value (mean) of 46.94. Second, the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan obtained a score in the "very good" category with an average score (mean) of 46.91. And third, the results of the simple regression test obtained a calculated t value of 14.909 > t table of 1.661, a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.665 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the habit of praying dhuha in congregation on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor is 66.5% while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

Along with the flow of modernization, Islamic boarding schools have experienced development. Starting from the Salafiyah (traditional) Islamic boarding school, it developed until the Khalafiyah (modern) Islamic boarding school model was born. The Salafiyah Islamic boarding school model with its old traditions prioritizes the study of classical Islamic books, while the Khalafiyah (modern) Islamic boarding school model has characteristics that combine Islam, science and culture. Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor is one of the modern Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia which has the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) program with the identity of implementing its own curriculum and not following the curriculum that has been planned by the government. KMI with the dormitory system indicates that for 24 hours the students' activities within the Islamic boarding school are an educational process. This research is a literature study that uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research are an analysis of the integration contained in the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) Gontor curriculum. The educational process contained in the KMI curriculum is integrated by combining general knowledge and Islamic religious knowledge which is reflected in all activities at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. The education and teaching system combines intra-curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricular in one unit, with the uniqueness of combining 100% general knowledge and 100% religious knowledge.

Abstract

Integration between Islam, science and Indonesian culture is an effort to unite and create a relationship between religious values, science and technology, and Indonesian culture. This aims to form an intellectual generation capable of upholding the values ​​of the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. in everyday life which cannot be separated from science and technology as well as the culture that exists in society. This research uses a case study method. To obtain data, researchers collected various kinds of scientific papers or data related to the characteristics of the integration of Islam, science and Indonesian culture. This research shows that Islam, science and Indonesian culture are related and can complement each other to cover each other's shortcomings. This means that in these three realms of knowledge there is a kind of common ground, especially in its tentative nature (uncertain or still subject to change). Even if taken further, namely from a religious perspective, all ontological object statuses, be it science, religion or culture, are one.
