Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini dimana keterampilan sosial siswa dalam kelas sangat kurang seperti kemampuan berkomunikasi, bekerja sama, mendengarkan pendapat orang lain, berintraksi, dan berempati. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dikalangan guru akan pentingnya penggunaan media dalam menunjang pengajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah bahwa kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa, sekolah dan guru sudah berupaya semaksimal mungkin dalam membantu membentuk perkembangan keterampilan social siswa dengan baik melalui memberikan pelatihan, seminar/workshop kepada guru sebagai bekal atau bahan untuk disampaikan dan diterapkan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa.

Abstract

Ruang filling merupakan rak terbuka berbahan kayu dan Roll’O’Pack . Ukuran rak penyimpanan sebaiknya menyesuaikan ukuran tubuh petugas. Jarak antara rak filling yang satu dengan yang lain harus di perhitungan jangan sampai terlalu sempit atau terlalu lebar, sehingga akan memakan ruangan yang banyak. Untuk itu di Rumah Sakit PMC mengenai jarak dan tinggi rak belum sesuai dengan standar depkes. dimana Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jarak dan ukuran rak rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan deskriptif Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menghasilkan prosedur analisis yang tidak menggunakan prosedur anlisis statistik atau cara kuantifikasi lainnya.dan jumlah informannya terdiri dari 3 informan yaitu kepala rekam medis dan 2 orang petugas rekam medis di bagian filling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jarak antara rak 1 dengan yang lain  di ruang filling I yaitu 75 cm dan ruang filling II yaitu 48 cm  serta untuk tinggi rak  filling I dan II yaitu 2,40 cm. sehingga masih belum sesuai dengan standar depkes. Sedangakan pada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) sudah ada dan pekerjaan di Instalasi Rekam Medis di ruang filling dikerjakan sesuai dengan aturan atau alur yang berlaku. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa Jarak rak antara rak 1 dengan yang lain di ruang filling I dan II masih belum sesuai dengan standar depkes, Perbedaan tinggi rak di ruang filling I dan II masih belum sesuai dengan standar yang ada. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) sudah ada dan pekerjaan di Instalasi Rekam Medis di ruang filling dikerjakan sesuai dengan aturan atau alur yang berlaku. Saran pada penelitian ini mengenai jarak dan tinggi rak di ruang filling I dan II masih belum sesuai alangkah sebaiknya disesuaikan dengan standar depkes, sehingga untuk jarak rak dan tinggi di ruangan filling Rumah Sakit PMC bisa di sesuaikan tata letak berdasarkan ukuran jarak dan tinggi raknya.

Abstract

Linguistic competence is the ability to use written and spoken forms of language. Playing puzzles, children can compose words through puzzle media, and can name animals through the puzzle media. With the application of puzzle games can improve linguistic intelligence and is expected to help language development in children. Improving children's linguistic competence through play at As-Sayyidi Kindergarten is the purpose of this study. This kind of research is known as classroom research. The findings showed that children's proficiency in the target language can be improved through play, with levels I and II reaching 50% and 75% respectively. The main finding of this study is that teaching children to play puzzles can improve their language skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of tolerance behavior through animated films at RA Kartini Sei Rampah, addressing various problems and solutions. To collect data, the author used classroom action research methods. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, action/implementation, observation, and analysis/action. The sample consisted of 20 students. Using animated films as a medium can improve tolerance behavior in children aged 5-6 years at RA Kartini Sei Rampah during the 2023/2024 academic year. This is shown by the results of pre-action observations, which revealed that 2 children, or 25%, were beginning to develop tolerance behavior, while 15 children, or 75%, had not yet developed. In the first cycle, the number increased to 10 children, or 50%, who developed as expected, 8 children, or 40%, who were beginning to develop, and 2 children, or 10%, who had not yet developed. In the second cycle, the results improved further, with 7 children, or 35%, developing very well, 11 children, or 55%, developing as expected, and 2 children, or 10%, who were beginning to develop. The results of this study show that animated films can enhance children's tolerance behavior.

Abstract

The importance of the relationship between society and school culture is to create a healthy balance between these two entities. A school culture that is positive and relevant to the surrounding community can help students develop themselves and contribute positively to society. Conversely, positive influences from the community can also shape an inclusive and adaptive school culture. The method used in this paper is a qualitative approach with the type of writing analytic descriptions. The author will explain and analyze the problems encountered in the topic raised. Society can influence school culture in various ways such as providing support for school programs, providing input on school policies, and influencing student behavior outside of school. Society and school culture are two things that are interrelated and influence one another. These changes were mainly due to the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum which emphasized more active and creative learning. Keywords: Society, Change, Culture, School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap keterampilan menulis teks artikel ilmiah populer siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Desain yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental) dengan rancangan control group pretest -posttest design. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling untuk menentukan kelas yang akan diberikan perlakuan (eksperiment) dan kelas yang tidak diberi perlakuan (kontrol). ). Intrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini berupa tes unjuk kerja, yaitu tes keterampilan menulis teks artikel ilmiah populer siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu sebelum dan sesudah. Berdasarkan uji-t dari kedua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen bahwa diketahui uji-t kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol (5,52>4,58). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan model project based learning (PjBL) terhadap keterampilan menulis teks artikel ilmiah populer siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu dibandikan dengan pembelajaran langsung atau tanpa penggunaan model pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis postur tubuh pekerja di bagian pengemasan garam menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). Metode ini dipilih karena kepraktisannya dalam mengevaluasi ergonomi tanpa alat khusus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi lapangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pekerja di bagian pengemasan menghadapi risiko cedera ergonomi tinggi, terutama pada postur tubuh bagian atas seperti lengan, leher, dan punggung. Skor RULA yang diperoleh adalah 7 untuk kelompok A (lengan atas, lengan bawah, dan pergelangan tangan), yang mengindikasikan risiko sangat tinggi dan memerlukan perbaikan segera, serta 6 untuk kelompok B (leher, punggung, dan kaki), yang memerlukan penanganan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan ergonomi kerja, sehingga dapat mengurangi keluhan fisik pekerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas.

Abstract

The prevalence of diabetes is increasing in line with lifestyle changes such as lack of exercise and frequent consumption of unhealthy foods such as fast food, which is happening in many countries today. For now, diabetes can affect anyone, including children, teenagers, adults and the elderly. This socialization and education activity aims to help increase the number of people with diabetes mellitus in Muara Dua Village.Diabetes mellitus is a disease that is always included in the top 10 most diseases based on the number of visits at the Delinom Health Center in Prabumulih City. The methods used in socialization and education are the elaboration of diabetes mellitus such as risk factors, complications, insulin therapy, diabetes mellitus diet and diabetic melitus foot care. In addition to the explanation, there was also a leaflet that was distributed to all the elderly who attended. Thus, it is hoped that public knowledge about Diabetes Mellitus will be greater so that it will be able to reduce the rate of increase in Diabetes Mellitus sufferers.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the challenges faced by pre-service teachers in using ChatGPT as a tool for planning the learning process. Despite the potential of ChatGPT to enhance efficiency, creativity, and innovation in educational contexts, its implementation among pre-service teachers remains limited due to a range of difficulties. These include challenges in formulating learning objectives, selecting appropriate teaching methods and tools, and assessing the relevance of AI-generated content to curriculum standards. Using a quantitative research approach, a survey was conducted with 30 pre-service teachers in North Sumatra, Indonesia, to explore the barriers encountered across the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the learning process. Findings indicate that while ChatGPT offers valuable support, pre-service teachers experience moderate to high levels of difficulty in critical areas such as identifying relevant resources, structuring learning activities, and facilitating effective student engagement. These challenges underscore the need for targeted training and pedagogical support to optimize the integration of AI tools in teacher education programs. The study provides insights into the complexities of adopting AI in education and proposes strategies for overcoming these barriers, contributing to the discourse on technology-enhanced learning in developing educational contexts.
