Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management performance of UD Daya Prima Abadi, a business unit in the rural agribusiness sector located in Patikraja District, using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) framework. Using a descriptive qualitative design, data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews, which were then converted into quantitative values ​​using the ADLI (Approach, Implementation, Learning, and Integration) method. The results showed that UD Daya Prima Abadi obtained a total score of 601 points, which placed it in the category of Emerging Industry Leaders at the Average level. This score indicates that the business unit has a basic system that is running with positive results, but still requires continuous improvement, especially in aspects of customer focus and operational efficiency. The formulated development strategies include customer communication innovations that are adaptive to rural community conditions, stock optimization to prevent waste, and strengthening business ethics for business sustainability.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that, in a criminal justice system that tends to be perpetrator-centered, the victim's position remains weak. As a result, the protection and fulfillment of victims' rights are not optimal. Advocates play a crucial role as legal aid providers in this situation to ensure that victims have access to justice. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the function of advocates in protecting victims with legal aid from a victimology perspective. Normative juridical research was conducted using a statutory and conceptual approach. The results show that advocates protect victims' rights, assist them in the legal process, and help them obtain justice and redress. However, due to limited access to legal aid, low public legal awareness, and weak implementation of laws protecting victims, this function does not function properly. From a victimology perspective, the role of advocates is crucial in preventing re-victimization and ensuring that victims receive justice oriented toward redress. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of advocates through increased access to legal aid and a victim-centered approach to achieve substantive justice.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of church music in enhancing congregational participation during worship services at the HKBP Dame Ressort Dame Church. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the congregation and pastors, alongside observations conducted during worship services. The findings indicate that church music plays a crucial role in fostering a vibrant worship atmosphere and encouraging congregational participation in singing. Music functions not merely as an accompaniment to worship or a display of talent, but serves as a spiritual pathway that helps the congregation internalize the meaning of the Word of God, elevates spiritual fervor, and strengthens the sense of community. Furthermore, the quality of the musical ministry, rhythmic accuracy, and familiarity with the songs significantly influence the level of congregational participation. Contemporary challenges, such as the shifting interests of the younger generation and the instant convenience of modern music technology, are also discussed. Thus, church music is understood as a vital agent of social construction in enhancing congregational engagement both emotionally and communally within the context of church worship.
