Abstract

Manajemen sarana dan prasarana merupakan aspek yang tidak terpisahkan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang bermutu. Ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai, terawat, dan terkelola dengan baik akan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman, dan mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana praktik manajemen sarana dan prasarana dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, penulis menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan, termasuk data empiris dari laporan pemerintah, buku ajar, serta jurnal terakreditasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kesenjangan signifikan dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, terutama dalam hal distribusi, perencanaan, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta aspek pemeliharaan. Hal ini berdampak langsung terhadap ketimpangan kualitas layanan antar satuan pendidikan. Diperlukan upaya kolektif dari berbagai pihak untuk memperbaiki sistem manajemen sarpras melalui kebijakan yang responsif, pelatihan SDM, serta digitalisasi sistem inventarisasi dan pemantauan. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini menekankan bahwa penguatan manajemen sarana dan prasarana merupakan langkah strategis dalam menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas, merata, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quick Ratio (QR) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada PT Bank Mandiri Tbk selama periode 2013–2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan Bank Mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik QR maupun DAR tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ROA secara parsial maupun simultan. Meskipun QR menunjukkan hubungan positif dan DAR menunjukkan hubungan negatif terhadap ROA, pengaruh keduanya tidak signifikan secara statistik pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,094 mengindikasikan bahwa hanya 9,4% variasi ROA dapat dijelaskan oleh QR dan DAR, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model. Dengan demikian, struktur likuiditas dan struktur pendanaan belum cukup kuat untuk dijadikan indikator utama dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas Bank Mandiri.

Abstract

Education has undergone significant transformation in the era of advancing information and communication technology, presenting both new opportunities and challenges. This study aims to describe the use of digital media and technology in the learning process at SD Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Jabal Rahmah, identify the obstacles faced, and explore strategies for optimizing their use. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through triangulation techniques involving interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the use of digital media and technology remains limited due to inadequate infrastructure, school policies prohibiting the use of mobile phones, and the low level of digital literacy among teachers and parents. Nevertheless, some teachers have started using media such as videos, Quizizz, and PowerPoint presentations. The school demonstrates a commitment to digital transformation through plans to develop a digital library, computer lab, and digital Qur’an lab. To enhance the effective use of technology, teacher training, adequate facilities, and the involvement of all stakeholders are essential to ensure technology integration aligns with the needs of elementary-level students.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of leadership and communication on employee work effectiveness. The author uses a literature review approach to provide readers with an understanding of how these two factors are related to employee performance. Work effectiveness is defined as the degree to which organizational goals are achieved through the activities carried out. Several factors contribute to this effectiveness, including leadership and communication. Leadership and communication are understood as the ability of an individual to encourage, guide, direct, or influence others or a group to accept certain ideas or policies in order to achieve predetermined goals. Therefore, it can be concluded that leadership and communication play a crucial role in improving employee performance and supporting the organization's success in achieving its objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji sikap guru dan pegawai sebagai agen perubahan di SMKS NUSATAMA PADANG, sebuah sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berkomitmen pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMKS NUSATAMA PADANG secara aktif melaksanakan berbagai perubahan dalam aspek fisik, termasuk pembaruan sarana dan prasarana, dan aspek non-fisik, seperti penguatan budaya organisasi dan program pengembangan siswa. Guru dan pegawai menunjukkan sikap proaktif sebagai agen perubahan, dengan menyumbangkan ide dalam pertemuan sekolah dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam pelaksanaan perubahan. Sekolah ini mendorong lingkungan kolaboratif di mana kritik dan saran konstruktif dari guru dan siswa diterima dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa guru dan pegawai di SMKS NUSATAMA PADANG memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong upaya berkelanjutan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR) on Return on Equity (ROE) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. CR and QR, as indicators of a company's liquidity, are expected to show the extent of their impact on the return on equity, which reflects the bank’s profitability. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of Bank Muamalat for a specific period. The results show that CR has a negative but insignificant effect on ROE, while QR has a positive and significant effect on ROE. Simultaneously, CR and QR have a significant influence on ROE. These findings imply that effective liquidity management is essential to improve the bank’s profitability. This study is expected to serve as a reference for Bank Muamalat’s management in making more optimal financial decisions, as well as a consideration for investors in making investment decisions.

Abstract

This research discusses the basic concepts of measurement and scales in the context of educational management. The aim is to help students understand the importance of using valid and reliable measurements in research. Using the literature study method, this article reviews the measurement process which includes the conceptualization and operationalization stages, as well as several important principles such as sensitivity, validity, and reliability. The discussion also covers objects that can be measured, types of scales (nominal, ordinal, interval, and ratio), and forms of scales that are often used, such as Likert scales and Guttman scales. In conclusion, a good understanding of measurement and scales is needed so that decision-making in education management can be based on strong data. Hopefully, this paper can serve as an initial guide for students or novice researchers in developing appropriate and effective research instruments.

Abstract

Human resource (HR) development and transformation are vital components for the success of Islamic missionary (dakwah) institutions. Unlike profit-oriented organizations, dakwah institutions focus on conveying Islamic values that balance material and spiritual aspects. This article explores the challenges and stages of HR development within dakwah institutions, including recruitment processes, initial orientation, and advanced training programs. It highlights key challenges such as limited financial resources, leadership regeneration, and the demands of digital transformation. The study outlines both internal and external recruitment strategies, the importance of values- and competency-based selection, and the necessity of training in Islamic preaching, communication, management, digital media, and leadership. A structured and continuous HR development process enhances the effectiveness and professionalism of dakwah institutions, ensuring their relevance in a changing era and enabling strategic engagement with digital-native audiences. This study aims to provide practical insights for dakwah management in building a competent and competitive human resource system.

Abstract

The Environmental Agency of DKI Jakarta Province is a government institution engaged in the field of environmental protection and management, including cleanliness and waste management. This agency plays a significant role in planning and is responsible for environmental planning, environmental impact assessment, supervision of business activities affecting the environment, and providing public services related to the environment. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Environmental Agency of DKI Jakarta Province. This research utilized a questionnaire distributed to employees in the general section of the agency. The collected data from the questionnaires were tabulated and subsequently processed using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Environmental Agency of DKI Jakarta Province, Work Discipline also significantly affects employee performance, and both Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

School facility financing generally still relies on formal methods, while limited funds are the main obstacle to the construction of a prayer room. The Waste Alms Program at SMPN 01 Balung Jember is presented as an innovative and sustainable solution, which combines waste management and charity values. Waste with sales value is collected by school residents, then sold through cooperation with the main waste bank, and the results are used as a source of funds for the construction of a prayer room. This study aims to examine three main aspects: (1) budgeting is carried out in a participatory manner without official fund allocation, relying on voluntary contributions in the form of waste; (2) bookkeeping is carried out manually by the treasurer in an orderly, transparent, and accountable manner, with complete records and valid transaction evidence; and (3) inspections are carried out directly by the principal as a form of supervision and accountability. The research approach used is a qualitative case study, with data collection techniques through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis refers to the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model with stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity is obtained through triangulation of sources and techniques, ensuring that research results are reliable and relevant..
